WWE Monday Night Raw 6/28/10 Results and Review

*I didn't get this review up sooner because my internet went down for the last few days, and I had to switch from one service provider to another. I'm hoping to get a job soon, so that I can pay for the internet service, so we'll see what happens.

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/28/10 Results

Kozlov defeated Santino
Sheamus defeated Mark Henry
Alicia Fox & Maryse defeated Eve & Gail Kim
Evan Bourne, John Morrison, Randy Orton, R Truth defeated Chris Jericho, The Miz, Ted Dibiase, Edge

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/28/10 Review

Sheamus started the show, and the crowd did not boo, they actually cheered, which was interesting to see, that's for sure. He was going on and on, then out came the super hero of the WWE, John Cena. Cena came out and asked for help from Sheamus and at the same time made fun of him.

The general manager emailed in some comments, and before the guys could start brawling, Michael Cole said some random crap. Next week the Nexus team will have to deal with the General manager. If anyone from the group comes into contact with the wwe universe, they'll get fired...lame.

They announced that John Cena will face Sheamus at the ppv in a cage match, whatever, that never stopped anyone from interfering.

The Hart Dynasty got beat up by the USOS. That's it. No match here, just a beat down.

Kozlov defeated Santino

In a really quick match, Santino got killed, that's it. He has gone from Intercontinental Champion to comedy act.

Rob Zombie came out and announced the Money In The Bank participants:

The Miz, Randy Orton, R Truth, Chris Jericho, Evan Bourne, Ted Dibiase, John Morrison, and Edge

Edge came out on the titan tron and started talking to Rob Zombie.

The mystery general manager set up a tag match...ugh...what a terrible night of wrestling.

Sheamus defeated Mark Henry

Mark Henry got jobbed out to Sheamus. I still think Sheamus sucks.

The legends came into the ring and started talking random crap. By legends I mean, the old legends. IRS, Michael Hayes, Arn Anderson, and others. Arn Anderson talked a bunch of crap and I don't know what was going on, I went to get a drink. Out came out the Nexus and they approached the ring area. They attacked the legends, especially Arn Anderson. They tried to get into the ring, but were thwarted at most attempts. They eventually beat up each legend one by one on the outside.

This is truly New World Order 3000.

I'm not sure what the whole point of this was, nor why the Nexus was still fighting, since they now have the contracts they asked for.

Alicia Fox & Maryse defeated Eve & Gail Kim

The divas got a random match, and you can expect that it was botched, sloppy, and tired. There were a few stand out moments, but nothing too extreme, nor worth mentioning.

Evan Bourne, John Morrison, Randy Orton, R Truth defeated Chris Jericho, The Miz, Ted Dibiase, Edge

This eight man tag was just like all the rest of the cluster eight man tags that end Raw. That being said, this match was given a good amount of time, and wasn't a spot fest. The match was watchable and quite interesting to see. Jericho and Bourne set the stage late on for Orton to hit the RKO and win this match up, with the crowd going nuts.

Post match, Edge attacked everyone and introduced a ladder and was attacking anyone that moved, but was thwarted by Morrison and Bourne. The Miz was left in ring and was going to pull down the briefcase prematurely, but Randy Orton threw him off a ladder.

One of the worst nights in pro-wrestling, that's for sure.

I didn't get to catch NXT so I didn't post results. I also don't care about the second season. Rob Zombie was a non factor in this night of wrestling. Lame.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/26/10 Results and Review

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/26/10 Results

Big Show defeated Jack Swagger via disqualification
Christian, Kofi Kingston, MVP defeated Dolph Ziggler, Archer, Hawkins
Matt Hardy defeated Drew McIntyre
Kelly Kelly defeated Rosa
Kane vs Cm Punk no contest

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/26/10 Review

The show started with Teddy Long and Vickie Guerrero rambling about the next ppv, and also talking about how Vinnie Mac got beat up. Drew McIntyre interrupted and said that Teddy Long shouldn't be happy. Teddy Long reinstated Matt Hardy and made a match tonight with Drew.

Big Show defeated Jack Swagger via disqualification

Once again, Big Show fought Swagger, this time there were no titles on the line. Big Show was dominant for the most part. He was hitting Swagger quite hard at times and this match was quite slow. It looked like Swagger's arm was definitely injured at times, but it seemed to be alright towards the end of the match. All in all, this was probably one of the more entertaining Big Show matches as Jack Swagger was able to incorporate some nice strategy and counters to the freight train that is Big Show. Jack Swagger put on an ankle lock submission, and would not release the hold. That was that.

Stryker said that he hasn't seen Big Show so vulnerable, I wonder if he saw when Big Boss Man dragged Show's father's casket threw the cemetery. I'd say he was more vulnerable then, just sayin.

Christian, Kofi Kingston, MVP defeated Dolph Ziggler, Archer, Croft

Christian works really well in six man tags, that's what I got from this one. This match was your average six man tag with lots of high spots, and lots of cool moments to see. Christian was given a lot of cool points in the match and it wasn't all bad. Christian eventually got the win for his team, and this match was better than I thought it would be.

Maybe Christian is not getting fired, like many podcasts were claiming.

Matt Hardy defeated Drew McIntyre

I'm sick of seeing Fat Ass Matt Hardy in WWE. I wish he would finally go away. This match was a mix of strong style than it was a finesse driven wrestling match. Drew seemed dominant early on and was definitely in control for a good portion of the match. While Hardy did have some counters for the Scottish thug, He was taking a lot of punishment. Hardy eventually had enough gusto to hit the Twist of Fate and get the pinfall victory, without interference or foreign objects. I guess this is the end of their feud? I guess. Hardy managed to pull out an interesting finish, despite being fat.

Teddy Long deported Drew McIntyre! He said Drew's Visa expired and that was that. Good riddance.

Cody Rhodes came out and really started to shine on the Mic with his NXT rookie. Apparently they voted him most handsome. Husky Harris looks like the second coming of Festus. Rhodes then verbally attacked his NXT Rookie, and continued to just say how he sucked. He then sent him to the back, and cut a funny promo, bringing Rhodes into a new light. I like this new Cody Rhodes.

Kelly Kelly defeated Rosa

This match as really short, and Kelly Kelly won, that was it.

Kane vs Cm Punk no contest

No one wins anything in the WWE do they? This match was a back and forth affair with the Straightedge Society pushing Kane at times, double teaming him and forcing him to fight a bit more than usual. Punk eventually got worked over on the stairs, and when things got too heated, the two went to the concession stands on the first floor of the arena and Punk went through a couple of tables, and the two fought straight into the parking lot. Punk ran away into the streets and Kane was left watching him, and that's your smackdown!

This night of Smackdown sucked. It wasn't that great and the champion wasn't even on the show! Punk was terrible against Kane and once again there was a no finish ending to the match. I just don't care about Smackdown right now.

TNA Impact 6/24/10 Results

Without cable I've been trying to stream the shows or find a suitable download, but this week I couldn't stream the show because my internet was down from 6 pm to 3 am this morning.

I searched high and low and couldn't find either Superstars, Smackdown (Australian version) or Impact. So instead of writing lengthy reviews, here's the results.

From what I can see, I didn't miss much.

TNA Impact 6/24/10 Results

TNA Impact opened with Hulk Hogan announcing Fatal Fourway match for the TNA World Title at Victory Road. It'll be champion Rob Van Dam against Jeff Hardy, Mr. Anderson, and Abyss.

Why in the world is Abyss getting a title shot? It's beyond me. That dude sucks, face it.

Velvet Sky defeated Angelina Love by disqualification
Jay Lethal defeated Kazarian n.
Kurt Angle defeated Desmond Wolfe
The Doug Williams vs. Brian Kendrick
Beer Money (Robert Roode and James Storm) defeated Ink, Inc. (Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal)
Abyss defeated Mr. Anderson in a Falls Count Anywhere Match

WWE Superstars 6/24/10 Results

After a few phone calls and some pleading and even begging at times, I couldn't convince either Time Warner or Dish Network to give me a deal on cable television or satellite television.

Therefore, I didn't get to see Superstars. I never usually see it, but it's getting frustrating for me not to be able to see wrestling and keep this site alive.

Furthermore, it frustrates me that an educated man (like myself) can't get a job. Not even McDonald's.

I'm having a hard year.

Here are the WWE Superstars Results for 6/24/10

JTG defeated Caylen Croft
Luke Gallows defeated Chris Masters
Brie Bella defeated Jillian
R-Truth defeated William Regal

WWE NXT 6/22/10 Results

I didn't watch the show, nor do I care about the second season of NXT, and my search for a "guest blogger" has yielded no results, so here is the quick update.

WWE NXT 6/22/10 Results

The Miz & Alex Riley defeated MVP & “Showtime” Percy Watson
Michael McGillicutty defeated Titus O’Neil
Eli Cottonwood defeated Kaval
Cody Rhodes defeated Lucky Cannon in a Five-Minute Challenge

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/21/10 Results

Chris Jericho defeated Evan Bourne
Natalya vs Tamina
John Morrsion defeated Zack Ryder
Eve & The Great Khali defeated Alicia Fox & Primo Colon
Sheamus vs John Cena (no contest)

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/21/10 Review

Raw was definitely heavily anticipated by the world of wrestling due in large part to the way things went down at the ppv on Sunday. I was looking forward to seeing how things were going to be addressed and changed.

Vince McMahon came out and addressed the crowd by cutting what seemed to be a “heel” promo on Bret Hart. He relieved Bret Hart of his duties as general manager, and so that's the end of “The Hitman” and he fired him on the spot to a mixed reaction. Vince McMahon said that the new general manager will be doing things via email to a computer at the desk of the announcers.

The first thing announced was that the NXT 7 have in fact been hired and they will address the crowd later. That prompted Sheamus to come out with the WWE title, before McMahon could leave the ring.

Sheamus got on the mic and relinquished the title to McMahon, then took it back, and then gloated. He was receiving a mix of cheers and boos, I would rather just not have John Cena as champion, that's all. I don't think Sheamus is that good at all. Sheamus followed things up by thanking the NXT guys.

John Cena came out and went on about random crap, and still gets a positive reaction.

He invoked his rematch clause, and via emails the main event was booked with a special guest referee.

Tonight it will be John Cena vs Sheamus w/ special guest referee Mr. McMahon.

And the plot thickens! I liked how Raw began already, and it made me want to stay tuned for the main event with McMahon as guest referee. Will Vinnie Mac screw Cena? Will he screw Sheamus? I don't know?! And that's the great thing about pro-wrestling sometimes, not knowing what's around the corner.

Chris Jericho defeated Evan Bourne

In a rematch of the ppv match, Chris Jericho fought Evan Bourne. Bourne was getting a lot of punishment dumped on him by the former champion. This match wasn't nearly as good as the ppv match, but he was definitely putting on a show against the up and coming star. Evan Bourne looked all but beat towards the closing moments of this match, with Jericho softening him up for the Walls of Jericho or at least the Codebreaker, but Bourne kept fighting back and in an amazing Hurricanrana from a standing position, the tables turned and it seemed like Jericho was in for another loss. The Walls of Jericho got put on and the crowd went nuts, as the move was rolled through into position. Bourne got out of the move, and knocked Jericho out, he then went up for the shooting star press but Jericho put his knees up then hit the Walls of Jericho for the win over Evan Bourne. I liked this match far better than the previous one, with Bourne taking a knockout knee blow unprotected from Jericho.

Post match it looked like Jericho was going to do the classy thing and shake Bourne's hand, but he pushed him down and walked away.

Backstage Virgil was fired and replaced with Maryse. I guess that's the end of Virgil's second run in the WWE? I don't know.

Natalya vs Tamina (no contest)

The women got to put on an alright match, until the NXT rookies came to the ring and interupted the match up.

The NXT guys were ready to apologize but the Hart's jumped the NXT guys only to get beaten up easily. NXT basically ruined the last 2 weeks of build up, apologizing like chumps. Way to drop the ball.

The only good thing that came out of this was that the NXT 7 will now be part of the WWE roster, but furthermore the fact that there's a legitimate faction and stable in the WWE. It's about time there was a stable in pro-wrestling.

John Morrsion defeated Zack Ryder

I feel somewhere, somehow, that I”ve seen this match happen many times before. This match was average and while John Morrison is talented, he's not on par with Ryder. Yeah, I said that, Ryder is a little better in terms of persona than the “Shaman of Misses”. Does he ever land “Starship Pain”? Come on. The match had a few good moments, but overall this match was your standard singles fair from Morrison, eventually hitting his finisher, and landing it, which was odd. I didn't like this match, even though Ryder keeps on growing on me. Maybe I'm being too hard on these two, and these guys deserve some praise for a better than average Raw match up.

Eve & The Great Khali defeated Alicia Fox & Primo Colon

This match was your standard mixed tag. Alicia Fox and Eve fought most of the match until Primo and Khali played the “Big Man vs Small Man” routine, with Primo selling each move like he was going to die. The Punjabi Plunge finished off the much smaller Primo and Alicia Fox left the ring before anything too crazy could happen. I didn't like this at all, and was actually bored really. Khali is massive, that's for sure.

Randy Orton cut a promo, and I'm already sick of him. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah I'm the Viper, I'm going to take your championship, Blah Blah Blah.

The Miz came out and interrupted. The Miz cut a major hell promo against Orton. I like what Miz said, he resounded what I've been saying for years on this blog: “I'm sick of seeing you in the main event, I'm sick of seeing you in yet another WWE title match”. The Miz told Orton to get to the back of the line.

The Miz said he was next in line to get a WWE Title Match. The Miz then attacked Orton, straight way, he didn't sugar coat it at all, but The Viper was striking and getting upset, but Miz rolled away only to have Edge run in and hit a nice Spear on Edge.

Edge said, “now the real fun begins, Randy”.

The only thing Randy has going for him is that his name reminds me of Macho Man Randy Savage, that's about it.

Sheamus vs John Cena (no contest)

Vince didn't become the ref, he was at ringside to make sure nothing happened at all.

This match was interesting to me. Basically, we had two guys that wrestled around 24 hours beforehand on a ppv, and yet showed no signs of being tired, beaten up or weary. Meanwhile, Sheamus was trying his best to match Super Cena's mediocre offense, and was actually doing more than most opponents. Sheamus looked way more winded at times than Cena, and it looked as though Cena was distracted at times.

The Cena chants were immense and this match was getting interesting as time wore on, and I was actually wondering whether or not Cnea would win the championship on Raw rather than in epic fashion on ppv.

The NXT guys came out and chased away Sheamus through the crowd. They then beat up John Cena, chased the announcers away, and threw the announce table on top of John Cena.

Vince McMahon did nothing at all to stop them.

Vince then got in ring and on the microphone. He told the NXT guys to leave Cena alone and then invited the NXT guys to enter the ring. He then introduced the NXT guys and said he was responsible for all of their actions.

Including choking out the ring announcer? Firing Daniel Bryan?

He said that next week the general manager was going to reveal something, and that's when the NXT guys started to look at McMahon with some mean faces. That's when I realized, much like everyone else realized, NXT was NOT run by McMahon at all!

The NXT guys circled Vince McMahon and this was going sour fast, and I marked out huge! The NXT guys beat the crap out of Vince McMahon! They put the boots to him, and they just kept going for it! I was going nuts, the crowd loved it, and I was wondering why in the world is this PG? They are beating the crap out of the CEO of the company! McMahon took a major beating, and NO ONE, and I do mean NO ONE came out to save him. Wade Barrett then hit his finisher on McMahon and this thing ended on another great note. I can't believe that this faction is so over, and they let Justin Gabriel hit the 450 splash on the CEO! If you missed RAW you missed another great ending, geez.

Once again, they beat up McMahon and NO ONE saved him, NO ONE. The fans chanted NXT as the guys walked away. The last image was McMahon dead in the ring. Yep.

It's finally an exciting time to be a pro-wrestling fan, WWE is finally doing it right and knocking this one out of the park.

PETA Urges WWE To Resign Daniel Bryan

PETA is getting behind Daniel Bryan, alongside many others that want him back in WWE. They even went as far as to write a letter to Vince McMahon himself in an open letter found below!

June 21, 2010

Vince McMahon

Chairman and CEO

World Wrestling Entertainment

1 page via fax:

Dear Mr. McMahon,

On behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and the WWE fans among our more than 2 million members and supporters, I'm writing to toss our name into the ring as yet another proponent of the push to bring back Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson). I might not personally carry the same clout as other Bryan supporters like John Cena or Shawn Michaels (although I do consider myself "The Showstopper of PETA"), but I am, along with many of my colleagues, a huge Daniel Bryan fan, not only because he humiliated the Miz and Michael Cole a few weeks back on Raw but also because he's vegan.

Lots of athletes, including baseball slugger Prince Fielder, the NBA's Raja Bell, MMA fighters K.J. Noons and Mac Danzig, and Olympic Legend Carl Lewis, show that vegetarians often leave meat-eaters in the dust, gnawing on their greasy chicken wings as they wonder what hit them. But Bryan represents the quintessential vegan badass. He knows that unlike WWE superstars, animals beaten to a pulp by the meat industry don't want to be there. The worst Hell in a Cell match is nothing compared to what animals in slaughterhouses go through, such as having their throats cut and being scalded alive and dismembered, often while still conscious. Even Mick Foley couldn't withstand that kind of abuse. Just by being vegan, Bryan saves more than 100 animals a year, a feat far more impressive than any of Jack Swagger's "accomplishments." Savvy athletes go vegan for the health benefits, too, as they slash their risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.

So what do you say, Mr. McMahon? Bring back Bryan and let him prove that he belongs. And maybe there could even be a storyline romance between Bryan and the gorgeous vegan diva Tiffany! (Who, in your PETA fans' opinion, deserves another shot at Layla.)

Sincerely,

Dan's Signature

Dan Shannon

Director

WWE Fatal Four Way 2010 Results and Review

It's not often that I get to see live events, but by some miracle of technology, I was able to get this one and review it for all 2 of you readers out there.

The set is really cool, with a giant 4 above the titan-tron, lit up, and in red, quite the cool entrance. The arena looked packed, or at least nearly full, but that's just how it came across.

Vince McMahon showed up and was on the microphone. He said that Bret Hart will not be on the show tonight because the NXT guys beat him up on Raw.

Drew McIntyre came out and shook McMahon's hand, and that was the end of that. McMahon was only there to announce that Hart would not be there tonight. I wonder if that means that NXT rookies will not get an answer.

McIntyre came out at the prompting of Drew McIntyre. Drew then berated Teddy Long with insults, as Teddy was forced to watch the next match.

Kofi Kingston defeated Drew McIntyre

Kofi started this match with lots of kicks, but Drew was able to get control after the initial moments. Kofi was on tonight, he had some very cool and smooth counters to Drew's offense, which were quite cool to see live. His mid-rope dive to the outside was even on key, and different than the Botchamania videos I've seen him featured in.

Drew first focused on Kofi's Leg, then he started working on his arm. It seemed odd that you would want to work on Kofi's arm, considering he has a lot of high flying moves that don't require his arm at all, except in landing. Kofi managed a comeback and despite his arm “hurting” he was able to do a plethora of moves, including sunset flip pinfall attempts, cross body blocks, drop kicks and more. At one point he did acknowledge his arm for a moment, but it didn't matter, he had already shown that the arm wasn't a factor. Don't really believe me? Consider that around the 22 minute mark of the show, Kofi was able to do a “tornado DDT” off the ropes landing on his “injured” arm and was fine, with no showcase of pain, oh well. Drew hit a nice power bomb for a near fall, and this match, despite being a little slow at times, there were some big moves!

Kofi hit the SOS and despite it being near picture-perfect, Drew McIntyre kicked out and this match was getting interesting. The REF bump opened up this match to outside interference. Drew hit his Future Shock DDT, but the Referee was knocked out so he went outside and threw in Teddy Long and told him to make the 3 count. Drew then ripped the shirt off the ref, told Teddy Long to put it on, and count the 3!!!

Teddy went in to count the 3 but after 2 his arm stopped! That's right, Teddy STOPPED! He couldn't give in to the 3!!! I marked out huge!

Matt Hardy ran into the match from the stands, then Trouble In Paradise was hit, and Kofi retains his title! Teddy Long had no problem counting the 3, and the crowd went completely nuts for this one, and I did too. Despite the obvious flaws in the match, Kofi's lackluster acting skills, and a couple of obvious botches, the match was entertaining and a good opener to get the crowd going.

Justin Roberts is a chump, dude got Daniel Bryan fired...jerk.

Alicia Fox defeated Eve Torres & Maryse & Gail Kim to win the Diva's title in a fatal four way match

I actually liked this match. It had a few botches and misses, but there were some sick moves. The most memorable of them were from Eve and Gail Kim. Gail Kim's top rope dropkicks got this thing going quite well for her, but it was Eve that wowed the crowd, even if her top rope moonsault looked painful and will most likely end up being in Botchamania down the line. Alicia won after Eve put it all on the line with a sick dive off the top (moonsault) and this match made a new champion. The divas can string together watchable matches, it's just not often, that's for sure.

Evan Bourne defeated Chris Jericho

This match was a rematch from Raw, and it featured a lot of the same action. The only difference here was that Jericho seemed poised to actually take out the younger star. Jericho was in control a lot of the time, and he was countering a lot. Jericho was in tune with everything that Bourne was going to throw at him, and it was interesting to see a veteran actually counter a younger stars move set. Towards the end, after Jericho blocking Evan Bourne's top rope moves on three consecutive occasions, the shooting star press (Air Bourne) hit with full engines on Jericho! This match was quite good, fast paced, slow where it needed to be, and Jericho loses. I can not express how amazing the Shooting Star press looks when done with the heights that Evan Bourne does it. Move over Billy Kidman, Evan Bourne has re-invented how you do the shooting star press.

On a side note, Jericho's losing record isn't crazy. There's two things that you need to remember as a sports fan and a wrestling fan.

1. People love streaks. Wins or losses, all sports fans love streaks. It's just how it is. Famous streaks in wrestling? How about the Goldberg win streak? It helped WCW conquer the ratings, even in light of the now. Need another streak? Consider Mikey Whipwreck's loss streak that lasted quite a while until he won with Cactus Jack in ECW. His impact was so large that he eventually made it to the big leagues, WCW cruiser weight division and put on a show with kidman at Uncensored.

2. Jericho doesn't need to win to be over.
Jericho can lose forever, but he'll still get the reaction that he wants. Even if he turns face, the fans will go with him. Of all the WWE superstars he's the only one that is jobbing on a consistent basis, passing the torch with each guy. Much like Dean Malenko, and others in WCW, he's letting younger stars take the ball. Too bad HHH isn't doing this...well...except for giving Sheamus the rub...but whatever.

Rey Mysterio defeated Jack Swagger, CM Punk, and Big Show in a Fatal Fourway for the World Heavyweight Championship

This match was fast paced, and featured spots from each wrestler. It took a while to set up just two guys in ring, but after it did, things were speeding up and the high spots were going through. It was quite good at moments, even though it seemed telegraphed that Mysterio would win the match up. Swagger's reign was weak, so when Mysterio his the 619 on him towards the end of the match, I knew it was going to end in a favorable manner for the little guy. Other than Mysterio's title win, this match was forgettable. This match just seemed wasted for some reason, I felt that it was just another Smackdown match up, rather than a ppv caliber match.

The Miz came out doing the What's Up rap with his own Lyrics, and it appeared that his mic didn't work at the end, and it was interesting to see...even though I didn't care. I feel like this match was already done, and it was, so when it came time for it, I was already tired of the ppv.

The Miz defeated R Truth in a United States Championship Match

This match was given some time, and I can't believe that I'm saying this...The Miz is actually quite good. Truth fought hard and it seemed like he was going to get the title again, but it was Miz that turned this match into a win with a nice counter pin. There were some hard hitting moments, with both men going for big moves, but when the match was over, it was a pinfall counter that won Miz the match up. I didn't hate the match, but I didn't think it was all that great either.

The Hart Dynasty defeated The USOS

This six man tag was all over the place. It had a lot of action, with both teams putting on watchable efforts. The USOS, I thought, would get the one up, but it never happened. The Harts ended up winning this one, even though it was Natalya that got the pinfall. The match had a lot of action, and some nice high flying points, but I don't see this feud having a lot of legs. I'm already tired of the feud, if you can call it that. This match didn't even get the crowd going when The Harts won, so that's that.

Sheamus defeated John Cena & Edge & Randy Orton in the WWE Championship Match

The WWE championship match didn't exactly have me too thrilled on paper. I didn't care about all the components to the match up. The match had your standard near falls, and big moves. It boiled down to two wrestlers in ring at a time, with big moves taking out several components at different points. Cena wasn't much of a factor at times, which was definitely nice to see, but that didn't mean he would be gone the whole time. Orton was all over this match, and you could tell that they were being careful with his shoulder at times.

I thought for sure Edge had this thing won with a Spear attempt on Cena, only to have Super Cena emerge and get some “Vintage” John Cena moves. The match broke down with Orton and Sheamus getting involved in ring. After some quick moves, and counters, Super Cena once again got control and locked in an STF on Edge, and this thing looked all but over until Sheamus ran in and tried to steal the match.

Sheamus used the ref as a weapon at one point, or at least to counter Cena's offense, and it looked like the winner was going to be Sheamus, but it wasn't in the cards. I can't stress enough that this match was definitely back and forth, and didn't really look to let any one competitor get the most of anything, except for Cena jumping up and getting hyped now and then.

Backstage the NXT guys jumped some guys that were watching a monitor set up. Meanwhile, Michael Cole got all scared and left the announce table. The NXT rookies ran into the ring and attacked! I marked out huge for this stuff, I can't help it. The invasion interrupted the match up, before any clear winner was taking advantage. After the NXT guys nearly killed Cena, Sheamus jumped in and got the quick pinfall victory and is the NEW WWE CHAMPION! That's right, Sheamus ran in, pinned Cena and ran off out in the crowd, leaving Cena to get beat up by the NXT guys.

As the NXT guys ran off, they left Edge, Orton, and Cena at the ring. Notice that this time NO ONE came to save anyone from the NXT beat down. The ppv ended with all men in the ring beat up, and the crowd chanting FATAL FOUR WAY, and that was that. Not a bad ppv ending, not a great one either, but I'm glad I saw it.

The invasion Angle continues.

Raw started with a recap of last week's major NXT invasion, then went live with Wade Barrett in the middle of the Ring with a live microphone. Wade said that WWE management told him to go to the ring and apologize. He then invited the rest of the NXT guys to come in and help him apologize properly.

The NXT rookies from season one showed up to the ring, and at that point Michael Cole and The King Jerry Lawler left ringisde.

Wade Barrett went one by one and asked the NXT rookies to apologize, and all of them said NO. No sign of Daniel Bryan, so I guess he really was fired. Wade Barrett cut a promo about the WWE treated them like Animals, so they acted like Animals last week and beat up everyone. Wade isn't half bad on the mic, which is interesting, because the majority of the WWE idiots can't even talk on the mic, yet this guy comes in and does quite well. I kind of miss Daniel Bryan.

General Manager Bret Hart came out to confront the NXT guys. Hart then went to talk about what happened last week and was interrupted by Wade to say that they kicked out Daniel Bryan for being remorseful. Wade then went on to say that they weren't upset at Cena, they were upset with management not the wrestlers themselves.

The NXT guys want contracts, first class travel, and their own private dressing rooms.

Wade then told Hart that Hart could give them all contracts tonight, but Hart said NO! Bret Hart then fired Wade Barrett and stripped him of his title shot. Hart then threw out the NXT guys and threatened them by saying he'd call the police.

We came back from break and the announcers are back and they started talking trash.

The Miz defeated R Truth, John Morrison, and Zack Ryder to win The United States Championship

How did Ryder get a title shot? Morrison is back? The Miz gets another shot too? This fatal four way match was for the U.S. Title and wasn't half bad opening up. The match was your standard four way match with each man getting involved at opportune times, with near falls from each man. Morrison botched a sunset flip, or rather Zack Ryder didn't catch Miz, as his head bounced off the ring floor. I'm sure it will make it to Botchamania. This match had spotfest written all over it, but it was exciting to see. R Truth hit a nice “stunner” of sorts mid-match. Truth shined in this match up, but so did Ryder at times, but it seemed like Morrison was going to win this one with Starship Pain but after hitting the move, The Miz ran in and won the United States Title!

The backstage segments with guest hosts sucks. Once again this show had some random Guest Host and I hated it, I didn't care, you shouldn't care, and no one cared. Even when Ted Dibiase tried to buy his way into the guest host spot, I didn't care. I kind of missed when Santino would be in these things, but recently, it's just boring..especially with these USA network baffoons.

Evan Bourne defeated Chris Jericho by DQ

Evan Bourne wins this nice match up with Jericho. While it wasn't a four star classic, it was an ok point of interest, in an otherwise lame showcase. The shooting star press that Bourne does is way better than Kidman's, it's high, it's on point, and can't possible be his finisher forever. Other than that, Jericho keeps losing, which is interesting.

The last time someone actually gained from a losing streak was Mikey Whipwreck. He had a LOOOONG losing streak before he started winning and was even eventually placed in WCW and made a run for the Cruiserweight title in a nice set of matches with a much ligher and better Billy Kidman.

John Cena cut a lame promo. I was bored with it immediately. John Cena sucks.

Remember the last time we had an invasion angle? Well there were a few. The best was the New World Order. This one feels stale, and outside of last week's surprise, this follow up sucks. Cena went on and on with random crap.

John Cena went on and on and out came the NXT guys and were ready to strike, but out came a ton of the WWE stars to defend. Regal, Truth, Evan Bourne, Jerry Lawler were all in ring, but there was a huge brawl. The NXT guys jumped the WWE Stars, and that was just that, a brawl.

RANDY ORTON RAN DOWN!

Where were all these idiots last week?

The NXT guys were all thrown out.

EDGE came down!

SHEAMUS! That's right SHEAMUS HELPED JOHN CENA!

THIS MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO ME! This is STUPID! SCREW THE NXT ANGLE SCREW WWE, WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP! What is this N.W.O 3000? What a load of crap! The new found friends of CENA chased the NXT guys out of the ring and out of the building...yeah that's not strange right? Half Naked guys running in the streets? Come on WWE, I'm not 10 years old anymore.

Gail Kim & Eve defeated Alicia Fox & Maryse

This match sucked, the divas suck, and I'm sick of them wasting valuable wrestling time on Raw. They need to revamp the women's division in wwe and tna, I'm sick of crap non-wrestling botches. Alicia made a mistake and hit Maryse of the apron, then lost via pinfall. This sucked.

The Big Show & Mark Fuerstein defeated Ted Dibiase & Virgil

This was stupid to say the least, The big Show and the guest host won after Show knocked out Virgil. I'm sick of watching bad wrestling, I need an intern over at Sir Jorge WWE studios. I also need a news guy, but no one ever lets me know if they are interested. Then again, it doesn't pay very well.

Dibiase left Virgil in the ring, dead.

Santino defeated William Regal w/ special guest referee Kozlov

Regal put the boots to Santino. Santino was getting beat up the hard way. This match was strong style at times, but Santino managed to get a little bit of wrestling offense. Santino rolled up Regal and Kozlov counted quite fast to win. This was stupid too...no one cares about these three guys, do they? I don't.

Bret Hart came out and asked all of the WWE superstars to join him on stage, and they all came out and joined him. He said that he didn't want History to repeat itself, and then they stood there...I don't know why.

Edge & Sheamus vs John Cena & Randy Orton no contest

This was your standard tag team match. Despite two heels being forced to work together, Cena and Orton hating each other, this match went off with few bumps along the way. There were a lot of rest moments, that's for sure, and I thought that this was just another standard tag team match for Raw. Cena took a lot of offense, and would get his revenge in the latter stages of the match, Orton got a hot tag, things got back to their normal, predictable moments, but not before I had to sit through Sheamus and his million rest holds. Super Cena was in full effect then the lights went out and the scene was cut to backstage.

Bret Hart was getting beat up by the the NXT guys and they were trashing the place. They put Hart in a Limosine and then the limo was driven and crashed through several different cars.

The rumor has it that Daniel Bryan was driving the car.

I think it's Rikishi, and he did it for the Rock.

I hated Raw.

You should've hated it too.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/11/10 Results and Review

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/11/10 Results

Rey Mysterio defeated Jack Swagger
Layla defeated Tiffany
Christian defeated Dolph Ziggler
The Big Show vs. CM Punk

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/11/10 Review

It's beyond funny to me that news outlets were seriously considering whether or not The Undertaker was in fact dead. I was even asked to write a news piece for a local paper about whether or not The Undertaker is in fact in a coma, not just a wrestling story line. I don't know why people believe all sorts of stuff in the world of WWE, but hey, it happens I guess.

Remember when Billy & Chuck were going to get married? The national media was all over the story and they were on the covers of so many different non-wrestling papers. Then what? 3 Minute warning? Well, that's where we are now, Kane and The Undertaker start off the show, well...a focus on last week and how the Undertaker was found sleeping or dead, whatever. Kane's quest to find out what is happening will most likely be the focal point of WWE Smackdown, and we'll eventually either get Rikishi admitting that he did it for the Rock, or Kane facing the Undertaker yet again.

Remember the whole “IS He Dead?” story line with Kane? This is like a 2.0 of that story, and I'm not sure I like where it's going.

Why would the WWE put the champion in a match that opens the show? Remember the days when the Champion didn't wrestle for free television or didn't wrestle in the first MATCH! This sucks.

It's funny to me that Daniel Bryan got fired for not being PG yet Punk can say that he was a victim of an assassination attempt? That's not PG, that's not non-violent.

Before the match started, CM Punk came down and was on the mic, ranting and raving as usual.

Big Show got on the mic and started talking trash too. I'm sick of these 30 minute starting points with NO wrestling...man, that south park parody is looking more and more true.

Kane showed up on the screen and cut a promo about random crap that had to deal with his brother...I'm sick of Kane already. Get back to JOBBING!

Rey Mysterio defeated Jack Swagger

This match was back and forth, with no clear dominant wrestler. I was surprised that the WWE made Swagger look weak in this one at times, because he's the champion. Mysterio has been on a roll since he knocked off the Undertaker and it keeps growing. He wasn't letting the much bigger Swagger take control often, even though the Champion was definitely in control a good part of the match. Swagger was also getting hit from all sides with fast paced offense from Mysterio, so maybe my comments are unfounded. Mysterio managed to win the match, and again, I'm shocked that the champion gets jobbed out. Swagger is a weak champion, losing key matches, and looking weak against former champions.

I must note that Mysterio's title reigns were the same, with him getting losing streaks until narrowly retaining at the ppv matches. Mysterio is getting pushed like crazy right now, and I'm not sure why. Swagger beat up mysterio after the bell, and Kane came out. Kane choke slammed Swagger, and once again, I must wonder, why did they fire Daniel Bryan for choking out a guy, yet Kane can choke people and slam them without recourse, just sayin.

This match was given time, it was interesting to watch at times, but the logic of a weak champion that narrowly wins big matches, escapes me.

Layla and Michelle McCool came out with their rookie, and it prompted Tiffany and Kelly Kelly to come out, and I'm not sure why.

Layla defeated Tiffany

This match showed some botches. Layla got the win, but after a terrible first round of manuevers, it's interesting to note that LayCool keeps winning. This crap sucks, the divas suck, Kaval is in an interesting storyline where he's an NXT rookie and gets to bang his pro's, right? Oh no? That's not this show? Crap. Whatever, this crap sucks. I hate the divas.

They showed the footage from Monday Night Raw where the NXT guys showed up to beat up everyone and tear up the ring. They omitted some of the more “harsh” moments that got Daniel Bryan fired, but who cares? I don't.

Christian came out and she had a new haircut or something, and Vickie Guerrero came out on the mic to get booed out of the building. She introduced Christian's opponent, Dolph Ziggler.

Christian defeated Dolph Ziggler

This match wasn't all that great, and I'm sick of seeing Christian. His matches are so formulaic, and he hasn't had a quality impact in a long time. After winning via an off the ropes sunset flip, Hawkins and Archer came in and beat up Christian, but I don't care about those idiots either.

Dolph Ziggler then ran in and put Christian to sleep.

Why is it that Dolph Ziggler is far more interesting than anything Christian has done in the past weeks? Odd.

Drew McIntyre came out and called out Teddy Long, then made him watch the recap of last week. I'm sick of “fat ass” Matt Hardy, and Drew McIntyre has the charisma of a mayonaise sandwich. Smackdown was ruining my high on wrestling that I had at the end of Monday Night Raw.

It looked like Drew McIntyre was going to announce that Teddy Long was fired, but instead Kofi Kingston came out on the mic, and he lost his Jamaican accent...that was fast.

Kofi beat up Drew McIntyre, that's that. I don't know what else to say about this stupid exchange.

Drew McIntyre announced that he would face Teddy Long next week on smackdown..ocne again I say, WHO CARES?

The Big Show vs. CM Punk

The Big Show essentially beat up CM Punk for a great portion of this match. Show wasn't giving the former champion much of a chance, and rightfully so. The giant was just beating up Punk. Punk was selling all of Big Show's offense like crazy, and that was interesting to see, that's for sure. Show was going to win, but the Straightedge Society jumped Big Show. Kane then came out for the save? I gues Big Show isn't to blame?

Nope, Kane chokeslammed The Big Show. Once again, Chokeslames are PG but choking a ringside idiot isn't.

Kane sucks, he's still nothing more than a jobber to me.

Smackdown sucked, face it. It was a boring show with maybe 1 good match, and Kane getting pushed as if he was being set up for a match with the Undertaker....I'm sick of Smackdown, but am looking forward to Monday Night Raw.

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Results and Review

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Results

Brian Kendrick defeated Homicide
The Band defeated Matt Morgan
Kurt Angle defeated Amazing Red
Beer Money, Aj Styles, and Desmond Wolfe defeated Abyss, Anderson, Lethal, and Hardy

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Review

Aj Styles came out with most of the Ric Flair crew and started mouthing off about random crap. Then him and Kaz started to argue about things, and that prompted Jay Lethal to come out dressed like Ric Flair doing his parody thing again.

Lethal then said he put together a team to face Flair's crew. This was funny at first, but overall, it was just long and pointless to me.

Lethal, Anderson and Abyss fought the whole Flair crew...that was the opening.

Kendrick started to cut a promo backstage and was like the old Raven interviews, he was just randomly speaking...it was weird. Honestly, it was like Raven lite.

Brian Kendrick defeated Homicide

First of all Homicide is wearing some weird trunks and it was stupid. Homicide and Kendrick could've put on a four star match, but instead, this thing was just a waste of time. Seriously, this thing was oen of the worst x-division matches I've seen in a long time.

Meanwhile, backstage Jesse Neal and Bubba Ray Dudley were fighting.

Bubba Ray got called out by Neal and the two faced off in the ring, and it led to a near brawl. It was lame.

Backstage Sting was killing Jeff Jarrett again. He apparently ripped Double J's shoulder? Whatever. Jarrett sucks, Sting sucks, and this is just stupid. Jarrett was taken away in an ambulance.

Matt Morgan came out and was ready for a tag team match, and out came Super Mex! Matt Morgan was completely beat down and put on a stretcher before the tag match. Hernandez just left, and out came the band.

The Band was scheduled to wrestle Matt Morgan & Hernandez but instead was laid out and that was that.

The Band defeated Matt Morgan

The Band came out and pinned a dead Matt Morgan. This was stupid, these guys get paid to do nothing! What the heck? I want to get paid to do nothing. What a terrible match, it was a non match, this is seriously one of the worst impact shows ever!

Backstage, Sting beat up RVD and just choked him out for no apparent reason. Sting stole the belt and that was that.

Kurt Angle defeated Amazing Red

This was by far the best match I've seen in TNA in a long time. Amazing Red was fighting fast, and Angle was getting punished with some high spots. Angle hit a few counters, but he was definitely giving Red some breathing room to showcase his talent. Red hung in there quite well against a much bigger Angle. Angle was nearly put away with several instances of Red's offense but after rolling away from one of the finishers from Red, and hitting the Angle Slam, Red lost.

Honestly, this was the funnest match I've seen in a long time. Angle and Red put on one hell of a television match and it was amazing to see.

Sting cut a weird promo, just like Raven. He sucks.

TNA put in a weird promo where they said they are growing and they have been expanding by leaps and bounds. REALLY TNA? REALLY? That's why they failed on Monday nights? That's why they are pulling .9 ratings on thursdays? Whatever.

Beer Money, Aj Styles, and Desmond Wolfe defeated Abyss, Anderson, Lethal, and Hardy

This eight man tag was just a “WWE” lite main event. I hate eight man tags from guys I don't care about. The teams worked ok together, I guess, but come on, this was not fun to watch. It was given a little bit of time, and it wasn't a complete waste, but it was far from something I wanted to see, let alone write about. I do give TNA credit, it was given a lot of time to run through. It ended up being all finishers at the end, which was ok I guess. I don't know who the legal person was as the ref let everyone just run in and do their finishers. I'm sick of hearing Tenay say “goozle”!

Desmond Wolfe got Chelsea to throw in a chair, and Abyss punched it...what a terrible move...Lethal jumped in and got hit with the Styles Clash for the win. This match was ok at best....no, it was a little less than ok. The bad guys won in the end, and that was it.

Backstage Sting beat up RVD and it spilled into the ring, where RVD set up Sting to take some offense. I guess this sets up their match on Sunday, but once again, I ask, who cares? Sting and RVD set up a good little piece, but still, Sting sucks.

Was it me or were the Knockouts non-existent on this show?

Oh well.

WWE Superstars 6/10/10 Results

I'm not sure if anyone actually watches the WWE thursday show, but I've been hearing that there are some great matches shown. I don't have cable or anything, so not only do I not see Superstars, I don't even get to see a replay.

While I'm at it, I'll have to note that my reviews are delayed due to streams getting shut down, my lack of television subscriptions, and slow-ass internet.

Other than that, here's the WWE Superstars review:

WWE NXT 6/8/10 Results and Review

WWE NXT 6/8/10 Results

John Morrison and Eli Cottonwood defeated Zack Ryder and Titus O'neal
MVP and Percy Watson defeated Husky Harris and Cody Rhodes

WWE NXT 6/8/10 Review

John Morrison and Eli Cottonwood defeated Zack Ryder and Titus O'neal

A boring match, with the pro's doing most of the heavy lifting, and rightfully so. There's nothing too exciting here, Morrison got the pin and that was that. I'm not excited about the season 2 rookies, I'm just not.

MVP and Percy Watson defeated Husky Harris and Cody Rhodes

Another snoozer of a match. Man, the WWE knows how to stink up a crowd that's for sure. Nothing too crazy here again, just another standard match up with MVP getting most of the reaction with his predictable offense.

At the end of the show Striker asked what the Rookies thought of last night's events and they took turns saying what they thought. Afterwards, Striker had the pro's beat the crap out of the NXT guys. I don't know if this is a continuation of last night, but if it is, it's weak. I don't care about how they continued it, it's just stupid.

NXT continues to be the worst WWE show produced right now. I hate it. I can barely sit through this. And to think, they got rid of ECW for this garbage.

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/6/10 Results

The Big Show defeated Chris Jericho in a body slam challenge
The Hart Dynasty defeated The Great Khali and Hornswoggle
Vladimir Kozlov defeated Santino in a dance contest
Kane defeated Sheamus via countout
Matt hardy defeated Drew McIntyre
The Miz & Zack Ryder defeated R-Truth and John Morrison
Randy Orton defeated Edge by disqualification
CM Punk vs. John Cena (no contest)

WWE Monday Night Raw 6/6/10 Review

The night was supposed to be viewers choice, and in some ways it kind of was. The internet is buzzing with how this thing all ended, but I don't really care...yet. Time will tell.

The show opened up with the general managers talking in ring and immediately I was bored. I'm sorry, I just saw this whole thing coming. The people in charge set up a viewers choice option with Randy Orton and Ege, with some stupid choices like a math or sit up contest! Come on man! Sit up Contest? What a joke. They set up a match between Jericho and The Big Show.

The Big Show defeated Chris Jericho in a body slam challenge

What a waste of two competitors. While I am optimistic about Jericho's strength, I knew from the get go that there was no chance in hell that Big Show was losing this one. Big Show won after a nice effort from Chris Jericho. Raw is not going well so far for me.

The Hart Dynasty defeated The Great Khali and Hornswoggle

This match was dumb, and it was just stupid. The votes came in between a lot of different tag teams, and ended up being Khali and Hornswoggle instead of other opponents, which was stupid to say the least. At least we k now it wasn't rigged, right? Did people actually vote them in? Whatever the case is, The Hart Dynasty won the match.

Post match the Uso's beat up the Dynasty. Whatever, so far the viewers are idiots.

Vladimir Kozlov defeated Santino in a dance contest

I don't know how to seriously review a dance contest, but that's what the fans voted for between these two. Raw was going completely comedic. I hated the show up to this point, and for good reason too.

Maryse won a divas battle royal

This wasn't half bad, but I'm tired of the same old divas revolving around similar circumstances to win or lose matches for a belt I care nothing about.

Kane defeated Sheamus

This sucks. This is stupid. Kane is NOT the big red machine to me, and losing via countout is stupid to say the least. Kane has jobbed out in the past, but this victory wasn't so hot, and it actually just made me wish this show wasn't 3 hours. Yet I had to sit through the rest. Kane won via countout, that's all that is important I guess.

The Miz & Zack Ryder defeated R-Truth and John Morrison

This match was ok to say the least. The crowd seemed to die down at this point, and rightfully so. I didn't expect Truth and Morrison to win, and they sure didn't. The miz and Ryder? I don't like their team, and Ryder can get fired for all I care.

Randy Orton defeated Edge by disqualification

This wasn't even a match, it was like a minute at most. It was actually a stupid thing to see. Orton had one hand tied behind his back, well it was in a sling, and he fought Edge if you can call it that. Edge got the best of the exchange even though he lost the match. Orton might be legit injured, I don't know, and guess what? I don't care. Hopefully Orton can return to form soon.

Matt Hardy defeated Drew McIntyre

This match was fast paced, with Hardy just winning by beating Drew up most of the match. He won after a few minutes, then kept fighting, and that was it. Apparently the crowd loves the guy, so I guess that's ok with me. This match was short, and I didn't mind, I don't think Drew is over and is bland as mayo, so to see him beat up is kind of interesting, even if I don't care.

The next segment was ok for a moment. Rampage Jackson was kidnapped and brought into the ring by IRS, Ted Dibiase and Virgil. Then out came Piper, and wanted to beat up Rampage Jackson, but out ran Dusty Rhodes and he beat up Ted and IRS and Jackson with help from Murdoch fought the bad guys off...it was mildy amusing to see Roddy Piper, that's for sure.

CM Punk vs. John Cena (no contest)

The main event was next, at least that's what I could gather, and it wasn't all that great. The fans voted in Cm Punk for this match up, and Cena was making quick work of Punk. Punk was fighting back and was amidst a comeback until Cena got the better of the exchanges and then got distracted. Wade Barrett came down to the ring and distracted Cena. Then out came the NXT rookies! They all came down and they beat up the Straigtedge Society, and then got onto the ring!

Ok, I was marking out huge for this. The NXT rookies all stepped into the ring and this was getting good! Yes, CENA took on all the NXT rookies, and just got beat up. I was marking out huge for once, that's right, for once I actually cared about a segment on Raw. I was going nuts, because CENA finally was getting his comuppance. The nxt guys were completely killing CENA! YES YES YES!

Then Matt Striker got beat up! Then Michael Cole got beat up! The NXT guys were completely killing everyone. They were beraking the set, beating up guys at ringside, I think a fan might have gotten beat up. The Fink was out there getting beat up.

That's right, the NXT guys comletely took over folks, they ripped apart the place and then the ring and I was going nuts at home, for once I cared about Raw, for once I actually enjoyed watching WWE programming. I love this turn, and I hope they figure out how to make it work. Holy crap, if you missed the ending to Raw, you really missed out. This was completely insane, no commentary, just a complete dismantling of the RING.

John Cena fought back only to get beat down, and I loved every second of it. Oh man, BEST RAW of 2010! BEST FREAKIN RAW! If only for the ending where the NXT guys completely killed Cena and everyone at ring side. Wow...if you missed it, you really missed it, you just missed it. Wow. This was amazing. HOLY CRAP! CENA got killed, that's all I know. WOW.

Cena was taken out on a stretcher and this thing was over.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 6/4/10 Results and Review

WWE Smackdown 6/4/10 Results

Jack Swagger defeated MVP
Kofi Kingston defeated Drew McIntyre
Kelly Kelly defeated Rosa
Rey Mysterio won a battle royal to get a spot at Fatal Fourway

WWE Smackdown 6/4/10 Review

First things first, Undertaker is out. News websites pointed to a broken orbital bone. Instead of wrestling with a freakish mask, like he did in the late 90’s, Undertaker will be taking time off. But instead of just telling us what happened, the WWE decided to salvage Kane’s career by not only remembering that he’s the Undertakers brother, but also that e found him dead…well undead. With the Undertaker in a coma, and the big red machine looking for revenge, it’s interesting to note that we might be getting the best feud of the year….but will we get a swerve? Did Kane really do it?

Wait, I know what happened.

RIKISHI did it!

“I Did it for the people…I Did it for the Rock”

- Rikishi

Smackdown started with Druids rolling a casket down and Kane cutting the promo of his life. While I still think Kane sucks, at least his vow of revenge should be interesting. Unless we get weeks and weeks of, “Is He dead or Alive?”

Jack Swagger defeated MVP

Maybe it’s because I don’t care, or maybe it’s because these two are not that interesting in ring, but this match sucked. I know that these two can wrestle, but the way WWE keeps booking weak champions is stupid. First of all, Jack Swagger first match? Secondly, against a minor opponent? This match had a few high spots, and it looked like MVP was very smart here, countering a lot of Swaggers offense. When MVP missed his kick, Swagger rolled him up and pinned him clean. It wasn’t half bad, but you know what? I just didn’t care. This match was given a good amount of time, so let’s give WWE some Kudos.

Post match, Hawkins and Archer beat up MVP. I liked this unprovoked beat down. But these two idiots have no charisma besides beating up a random dude. I know WWE can write something better, I’ve seen it in the past.

Backstage Kane was going to beat up CM Punk, and Punk was scared, and Kane finally looked menacing. It was about time, I’m just saying.

Kofi Kingston defeated Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre is lame. He has failed to get over, and while he has dominated, he just doesn’t look menacing to me. He sucks. He has no build, and in person, he’s just a rectangle with no personality. Even though McIntyre was able to fight off Kofi’s offense, and even after Drew backhanded Matt hardy at ringside, the SOS got Kingston the win and hopefully the end of the Hardy feud…nevermind.

Post match, Matt Hardy ran in and hit a Twist of Fate! Then he ran off.

Kane yelled at Rey Mysterio backstage. Mysterio is to blame, but I still think Rikishi did it for the Rock.

Kelly Kelly defeated Rosa

The divas wrestled at this point. This match sucked. I hated this crap. It was a terrible match, and “sucked” the life of this match up. Rosa did most of the offense, and eventually Kelly hit the K2 Leg drop and won. The divas are a joke.

Rey Mysterio won a battle royal to get a spot at Fatal Fourway

Alright, this was your standard battle royal, and it might have been Kane that won, if I didn’t accidentally get fed spoilers. Rey Mysterio won this match up and it wasn’t half bad. You could count more than ½ of the roster in this battle royal. There was absolutely NO way that was Hawkins was winning, or Finlay! Come ON! This was like a jobber battle royal, just sayin.

For having such a large roster, once again WWE focused on only a few stars, if you can call them that. The second or third coming of Kane didn't do much for me, as it didn't really pay off in the end.

Overall this Smackdown was weak, face it, it was boring and just convoluted. They can't just say that the Undertaker has a broken orbital bone? Whatever.

TNA Impact 6/3/10 Results

Roxxi defeated Rosey Lotta
Jay Lethal defeated Aj Styles and Kaz in a triple threat match
Jeff Hardy defeated James Storm
Robert Roode defeated Mr Anderson
Abyss & Rob Terry defeated Desmond Wolfe & Orlando Jordan
Samoa Joe & Rob Van Dam defeated Matt Morgan & Sting

TNA Impact 6/3/10 Review

Sting Showed up, and I was already bored, I hate this crap…sting sucks, he hasn’tbeen good since 1994, and even that is reaching far.

Samoa Joe and Sting were supposedly ready to have a battle, but instead it ended with Joe winning most of the match up, but then Matt Morgan came out, and again we get a cluster of a finish, if you can call it that.

Hogan came out when Bischoff couldn’t change a main event or something, I don’t know, this whole thing was so convoluted.

Roxxi defeated Rosey Lotta

I’m so tired of the women of TNA wrestling for less than 2 minutes. It’s interesting to see things develop into crap, right? I’m so sick of the divas and sick of the knockouts….this match sucked. I hate this crap.

This sucks so bad, I can’t believe I have to watch this…well…I guess I don’t have to watch it.

Jay Lethal defeated Aj Styles and Kaz in a triple threat match

This match wasn’t that great, in fact, I thought it sucked. I liked Lethal’s old parody gimmick, and don’t really care for his new gimmick. Sure he can wrestle, but so can a lot of guys, but that doesn’t mean I want to watch them. Styles sucks as a heel and Kaz just sucks. These idiots put on a passable match, but once again, it was short and full of fuzzy spots. Jay Lethal wins, and that’s that.

Post match, Kurt Angle came out and exchanged words with Flair and Kaz, and after a few moments, had a little moment with Flair. After holding down the ropes for Flair, he attacked him, only to get attacked by Kaz. I guess “no talent” on the mic Kaz will face Kurt Angle? Who cares! Gagh!

In ring Christy Hemme’s forehead was shining when Anderson came down and got on the mic. He announced that himself and Jeff hardy will face Beer Money at Slammiversary. I’m not 100% but I smell a swerve coming.

Hardy and Anderson were on the mic, and they talked about how they could beat up Beer Money and what not. Beer Money came out and started talking about random crap.

Anderson then berated Beer Money with some observations and got a few chuckles. I don’t mind promos, but these exchanges take up a lot of time during shows that should be dedicated to pro-wrestling. I’m just saying.

Beer Money beat up the good guys, and that was that. The two fought until security ran in and broke it up.

Jeff Hardy defeated James Storm

Hardy is getting fat, and I’m not the only one that has noticed, am I? He’s a little slower, he’s not trying as hard, and maybe it was James Storm that is to blame for this “slug fest” rather than a wrestling match. Sure, Hardy had a few moments, but it was painfully obvious that this wasn’t an instant classic. Storm introduced a chair and Hardy used it to his advantage, as a springboard. Despite putting up a quality effort from James Storm, Hard won this match with relative ease at the end. I saw it coming, I’m sure you did too. Hardy sucks, he needs better competition and a reason to actually do well, instead he’s lackluster and looking to be gaining weight like his fat ass brother Matt.

Robert Roode defeated Mr Anderson

This match sucked. Anderson barely had any offense, and in the end another roll up ending. I’m so sick of seeing such crappy wrestling, and this was another terrible match. This match was just bad, seriously bad, don’t watch it, if you haven’t seen it.

Abyss & Rob Terry defeated Desmond Wolfe & Orlando Jordan

Rob Terry is acting injured or legit injured, meanwhile Abyss is no longer under the power of the “ring”, is he? I don’t know. He sucks, let’s face it. Despite Desmond Wolfe getting a TON of the TNA voting, he is in this mash up of a piece of crap tag team match. Can you even call this a match? This was fast, and wasn’t even a good match, it just sucked. After some weird interactions between Jordan and Chelsea, this match was over, and Rob Terry got the pin.

So far TNA Impact this week is a complete waste of time.

A huge piece of time was taken for an interview with Jay Lethal…at least that’s what I was watching (stream).

Backstage Jesse Neal was knocked out cold with an Ace on him. That was it. I’m sure that was Orlando Jordan’s card, but I don’t know.

Samoa Joe & Rob Van Dam defeated Matt Morgan & Sting

This match was back and forth, but really managed to highlight Matt Morgan’s strengths more than anyone elses. Matt Morgan seemed to have full control until he saw someone that looked like Super Mex in the crowd, and that’s when Samoa Joe hit the Muscle Buster on Morgan, but couldn’t capitlize. Matt Morgan was on the floor, and Rob Van Dam flew down with a Five Star Frog Splash to get the win.

Post match RVD and Samoa Joe stared each other down.

And that’s the end of the show for me, I guess.

WWE NXT 6/2/10 Results and Review

This was the 1st season finale of the show...I hated the whole thing, and they're going to do it all over again....sigh.

WWE NXT 6/2/10 Review

NXT came to an end last night, and I was able to find time to watch this piece of crap show. I hated NXT for the most part, and am not sure what’s going to happen for the rest of the show, as they announced Season 2 participants tonight, and they all look stupid to me.

Wade Barrett defeated Justin Gabriel and David “A-List” Otunga

I knew this match was going to happen, and I wasn't too sure if these three could pull it off. The match was canned, it was ok at best, and while each guy had a few shots in, it was obvious that Barrett was going to win the show, and he did.

Throughout the show they introduced new guys, but I don't remember any of them, and I was just fed up with NXT altogether, so you'll have to pardon my lack of effort in reviewing tonight's show.

The winner of NXT is none other than Wade Barrett, that’s right. The next breakout star is none other than Barrett and guess what? The fans were dead. No one cared, I didn’t care you didn’t care, and I won’t care about the next season.
