ECW on ScyFy 12/29/09 Review
Matt Hardy defeated Finlay
In a back and forth match, Hardy’s left leg was isolated and he was having a hard time moving forward. However, Finlay made one small mistake and Matt Hardy made him pay. This wasn’t a terrible match, and Finlay was looking a lot more vicious than he previously has. He couldn’t put away Hardy though, and after a Twist of Fate (albeit botched) Hardy advances in the “tournament” of the homecoming guys.
Evan Bourne defeated Mike Knox
Not much to look at here. Evan Bourne does the impossible and buries Mike Knox. This match had a few spots, but it was so unbelievable that I didn’t care for it much.
Zack Ryder defeated Tommy Dreamer
This is the last Tommy Dreamer match. It is going to be the end of ECW, since he’s the last remnant of the original ECW. Good riddance….not for Dreamer, but the brand. It’s not anywhere near as good as the original. Dreamer had Ryder reeling for a few moments, and I really was believing that Dreamer was going to win this one, but I remembered that WWE never lets anyone look strong on their way out. This match, towards the end, was in slow motion as Dreamer was obviously winded. Ryder went to the top rope but was foiled by dreamer, and we got the tree of Woe one last time!
Dreamer got a three count, but Ryder's foot was outside of the ring so the ending didn't count. The match was restarted....much to the dismay of anyone watching. Dreamer went for a back suplex but it was reversed and Ryder won via pinfall.
Goodbye Tommy Dreamer, we'll see ya in TNA probably.

Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz

Dx defeated The Big Show & Chavo Guerrero
John Cena defeated Sheamus via dq
WWE Monday Night Raw 12/28/09 Review
The show immediately opened before the intro with Chris Jericho trying to get people to sign a petition to let him back onto the Raw show, and no one seemed to want to give their signature.
John Cena came out to a huge ovation, and he got in the ring and started talking…oh man. Sheamus came out and talked a little trash, and eventually got thrown threw a table, but it doesn’t matter, because Cena is not champion.
Timbaland sucks, but he seemed to be getting the crowd going with the chance of seeing Cena and Sheamus in a tables match.
Ted Dibiase defeated Evan Bourne
Ted Dibiase had one of the best matches of his short career, but that’s not saying a whole lot. Evan Bourne was all over him, but he’s on his way out right? Bourne loses again, somewhat clean, and it was all over. Dibiase wins.
Cody Rhodes defeated Mark Henry
What a terrible match and outcome. Cody Rhodes, by a miracle, defeated Mark Henry. This is stupid. The match was all Henry, man, it must suck to job out to such a terrible wrestler. I give up.
Maryse defeated Kelly Kelly
Maryse won this match, and she sucks. I hate the divas division. Kelly Kelly has some nice gymnastics, but they are so slow, that it seemed like it took days for her to reach the corner. Once again, this thing makes for terrible viewing.
Vince McMahon came out and announced that Bret Hart will in fact be the guest host on next week’s Raw. They then ran a tribute video for Bret Hart and it included the screw job! It ended there, they didn’t show any wcw footage at all.
Then Vince McMahon came back and said that Bret Hart would never be guest host…so he changed his mind? I don’t know. This prompted for Shawn Michaels to come out with his original music, and straight to the ring. This was eating up a lot of time, so I figure they will have him host? I’m lost now.
This show had barely any wrestling up to this point, which was well past the first hour mark.
Shawn Michaels came out and talked about the Undertaker. He was demanding a match, which was odd. Vince McMahon said he wouldn’t make the match. He said that Shawn Michaels would have to make it happen.
HBK then asked for Bret Hart to come back to Raw! McMahon then says it will happen next week.
I can’t really speculate what will happen, but word on the street is that Bret signed a 4 month contract estimated at around 750,000 dollars. Will Bret equal ratings? Or will Hogan and TNA spoil the WWE parade? I’ll have reviews for both.
FINALLY!
Josh was going to have an interview with Cena and it never happened because Sheamus attacked him! I love when that happens.
Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz
The Miz started this match fast, and looked like he was at ease in this match up. The Miz went to the top rope and launched off but was hit with Thunder in Paradise, a perfectly timed move and was knocked out cold. He lost the match, and now had to defend the U.S. Title!
Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz via dq
Kofi Kingston was on his way to another victory, this time for the title, but out came Randy Orton to interfere. Is he aligned with Miz? No, he just doesn’t like Kofi. Thanks for ruining it Orton.
Dx defeated The Big Show & Chavo Guerrero
**Chris Jericho got a ticket for the front row, and was at ringside.
Admittedly, Chavo can really go if you let him. He started this match with HBK and was doing quite well. It’s funny to me that WWE doesn’t do more with him, considering he can actually wrestle, from time to time. Triple H hit a huge pedigree on Chavo, and this thing was over. I didn’t expect Dx to lose.
John Cena defeated Sheamus via dq
The wwe title was on the line in this match. This was a terrible match, a TERRIBLE MATCH! The ref disqualified Sheamus! What the heck! This was like a 4 minute match, nothing major happened, this is so stupid.
This Raw sucked, face it folks, it was terrible. Next week though? The Monday Night Wars begin again!

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/25/09 Review
Alright, Christmas is over, although I’m still tired from my long day of partying. Well, mostly hanging out with family, and eating too much. However, I’m back in action with another review and results thing that I do on this blog that no one seems to read or help me keep going. I gotta admit, I was a little excited about this, but didn’t put my hopes up too high.
R Truth, Finlay, John Morrison, Matt Hardy defeated C.M Punk, Luke Gallows, Drew McIntyre, and Dolph Ziggler
It’s funny to me, that this match just seems repetitive. I know it’s an eight man tag, but we’ve already seen 6 of these guys wrestle each other in a tag match. They’ve added Ziggler and Finlay, but those guys just seem like an after thought. I guess we won’t be seeing Ziggler vs McIntyre anytime soon.
This match was fast paced, and filled with a lot of spots. It just kept pushing forward, with everyone getting their signature shots in right away. The match broke into chaos and every guy ran in and knocked someone out, until Morrison hit Starship Pain on Ziggler and this match was done. I feel like I’m getting hit with the same thing every week from the opening matches on Smackdown. Oh well, it was a fun match, nothing really crazy, but that’s alright.
Chris Jericho came out to cut a promo, and he was interrupted by The Hart Dynasty, and then Dx appeared on the screen and they interrupted the guys in ring. Nothing really happened here, besides more slapstick and nonsense. Chris Jericho was hit with their finisher, and I guess Dx should be scared right? This was boring.
I don’t mind the Piggie James thing, because it’s obvious that at one point she was gaining weight and it was all over the internet and podcasting world. So I don’t care. What does she care? She gets paid to be there, that’s all I’m saying. I wish I got paid to be made fun of on television. Instead, I’m broke, and have no job right now.
The first hour main event, was none other than the world title match.
Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated The Undertaker via disqualification
This match wasn’t half bad, and Mysterio actually had a few chances to make this thing work out. Undertaker definitely pushed his weight around on Rey, and Rey took somemajor punishment in and outside the ring. The Undertaker was ready to light up Rey, but Batista came in and blatantly interfered. The Ref called for the bell, and I can only assume that Rey wins via disqualification. Mysterio got the last laugh with 619’s on Undertaker and Batista. This match should’ve got a clean finish, but instead it just got the Dusty finish.
Cryme Tyme defeated jobbers
This was weird. Cryme Tyme was in the second hour and they just beat the crap out of two really random guys. I kid you not, these guys were nobodies.
Mickie James & Maria defeated Layla & Beth Phoenix
This match was ok at best. Layla spent a lot of time with rest holds, and Mickie James ended up winning for her team. Then she attacked Michelle McCool, who was at ringside. This match bored me.
Dx defeated The Hart Dynasty
The Hart team got some good offense in against Dx. They did not just get worked and then thrown out of the ring. They actually put on a good show. Natalya definitely helped her team get a bit more offense than they usually get. I admit, I was almost impressed with the timing from Dh Smith and Tyson Kidd, they seemed to be right in there with Dx, despite Dx being much slower than their past days as a team. There were a few near falls, but nothing that I really would consider “obvious” or even “realistic”. Dh Smith couldn’t put away HBK without a finisher, yet he was heavily frustrated at the two counts. Triple H got the hot tag, and was leveled by Kidd and Smith with the finisher from the Hart's but that wasn't enough. Kidd fell outside the ring, and HBK hit DH Smith with a superkick from outside the ring, and Triple H hit a huge pedigree, and this match was done. I knew the Hart's would not win...but I didn't think it would be with Dx kicking out of their finisher. So much for building up the tag division, huh?

ECW on ScyFy 12/21/09 Results and Review Swagger Returns to ECW
ECW on ScyFy 12/21/09 Results
Zack Ryder defeated Tommy Dreamer
Vance Archer defeated Goldust
Yoshi Tatsu defeated Jack Swagger
ECW n ScyFy 12/21/09 Review
Jack Swagger came out and cut a lame promo. Zack Ryder came out and the wrestling started.
Zack Ryder defeated Tommy Dreamer
This match was interesting, to say the least. Zack Ryder continues his winning ways, and this time, is it even worth it? Tommy Dreamer gets a few shots in, but overall he got worked, and while there were some interesting spots, this wasn’t too hard for Ryder. Tommy Dreamer is on his way out.
The Abraham Washington show sucked, he had that new tag team that I hate on, and that was that. Swagger got made fun of backstage by The Hurricane, and I’m already dead tired of this show.
Vance Archer defeated Goldust
This match sucked. Everytime I start to have a glimmer of hope for Goldust, he just loses. I don’t know, Vance Archer doesn’t impress me at all. He didn’t impress me in TNA and he sucks now.
Yoshi Tatsu defeated Jack Swagger
Jack Swagger came in and really was making quick work out of Tatsu. He was just toying with him, but Swagger got too cocky and Tatsu made him pay. Tatsu won this match, and it was the only good thing about ECW this week.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/21/09 Results and Review Johnny Damon Hosts
WWE Monday Night Raw 12/21/09 Results
Melina, Kelly Kelly, and Gail Kim defeated Alicia Fox, Maryse, Jillian
Mark Henry, Kofi Kingston, and Evan Bourne defeated Legacy & Randy Orton
John Cena defeated Jack Swagger
Chris Masters defeated Carlito
Sheamus defeated MVP
The Miz defeated Santino
WWE Monday Night Raw 12/21/09 Review
This is already lame. Johnny Damon sucks…go Mariners! Sorry. He just didn’t seem that well versed, as is the truth for most of the guest hosts. A poorly timed, and stupid “Tiger Woods” joke happened here. A blonde was chasing a guy in a Tiger Suit with a Golf Club. This was stupid. WWE is really trying hard to make me hate them.
Melina, Kelly Kelly, and Gail Kim defeated Alicia Fox, Maryse, Jillian
Is it just me or do the divas do the same 4 moves. All of them! How many times do I have to see them try to pull a good Hurricanrana? Geez. This match was lame, it wasn’t timed well at all and wasn’t given any time. This sucked, I didn’t like it, although I’d hit Maryse up if I was single and my name was Batista…just saying.
The Dx guys ended up going to “little people’s” court…man they are going to get a lawsuit on their hands…I’m sure.
Mark Henry, Kofi Kingston, and Evan Bourne defeated Legacy & Randy Orton
I’m surprised Evan Bourne is still employed. This six man tag seems tired, but the guys made it fast and worth watching. Orton being a coward meant Legacy would have to do a lot of the dirty work. It was easily done too, with everyone getting worked and proving that Legacy sucks. Kofi’s delayed tag into the match made for a good amount of anticipation for him to lock up with Orton. Kofi was on a roll, but that doesn’t mean much in six man tags, considering Orton has lost in a lot of six man tags over the course of this year. Dibiase got clocked hard with Trouble in Paradise and this thing was over. Orton’s team loses, in a fast paced, frenetic match up. Legacy and Orton should go their separate ways.
The Little People’s court segments were stupid, and they just kept working on it…to an annoying effect. Dx has done stupid things in the past, but this is a new low, even for them.
John Cena defeated Jack Swagger
As soon as Swagger’s music came out, I immediately rolled my eyes. Swagger? Oh man, Swagger is ready to get buried. That’s right, Swagger is about due to get thrown back down to Ecw and eventually out. Right? I mean he’s going to fight Cena here and I knew he wasn’t going to win. Cena has to bury Swagger or…turn heel after a string of losses. Which one seems more likely to you?
Exactly.
The first half of this match was ALL John Cena, no joke. He was on his way to easily burying Jack Swagger, and I thought this match was going to be three minutes of hell for Swagger. We then cut to commercial break, and on return, Cena was getting worked over by the All American American. In fact, I was surprised just how much offense John Cena took in this match, getting hit with Jack Swaggers best moves, and still able to kick out. Of course, Super Cena showed up, after being tired out and just did his moves, made Swagger tap out, and ruined an otherwise interesting match up.
Chris Masters defeated Carlito
Carlito has to be getting fired soon. There’s no other reason why a superstar is on such a downward spiral after getting such a huge push earlier this year. Him and Primo are on their way out, it has to be the truth. I mean that’s what it seems like when watching Chris Masters easily handle him and knock him out.
Sheamus defeated MVP
It must be the night of burials, because MVP couldn’t win this one. I didn’t think he could win, simply because if he did, it would make Sheamus look weak. MVP didn’t even get much offense in, this was a complete burial of MVP. This was stupid, I hate Sheamus’ run…and I hate how the WWE makes the champion wrestle every week against inferior opponents.
Post match, Cena ran out and started talking smack. He wanted a rematch, but it didn’t work out.
The Miz defeated Santino
Santino came out dressed as Santa Claus. It was kind of funny. This match was entertaining, without making The Miz look weak. I liked it, in fact, this is my pick for Match of the Night! Santino losing doesn’t bug me, and he threw in some great counters, which I thought was awesome. The Miz continues his heel role and is quite good at it. I never thought I would say that.
WHAT THE HELL! THEY DID A RECAP OF EARLIER IN THE SHOW OF THE DX LITTLE PEOPLE’S COURT! WWE REALLY PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE WITH THIS! COME ON, YOU THINK I DIDN’T WATCH IT THE FIRST TIME? I HATE THIS CRAP. WWE HAS LOST THEIR MIND, SERIOUSLY LOST THEIR MIND! DX IS THE WORST TEAM RIGHT NOW, AT LEAST TO ME.
Oh and if that wasn’t bad enough, they end the show with Jericho fighting a ton of little people. Oh and he was dressed as Santa, and man…this sucked. I hated this junk. WWE really outdid themselves in the terrible department.
To end the show Dx let the little guy, Hornswoggle kind of join Dx as the mascot.

WWE Tribute To The Troops 12/19/09 Review
Mark Henry & Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Carlito & C.M. Punk
The troops got a treat, at least if they were kayfabe. Mysterio and Henry had their way with the bad guys and won easily. Punk started the match hot, but Carlito got in and lost it all. Not too crazy, but definitely better than some of the terrible matches I’ve had to witness in the recent years.
R Truth came out dressed as Santa! He also then called out the WWE Divas dressed up in festive attire. Obama also had something to say in a taped address troops, which wasn’t terrible.
The Miz defeated John Morrison
These two have wrestled in the states many time, and it is painfully obvious that this was taped before the TLC ppv, because Morrison still has the title. This match was safe, including the nice Superplex out of the corner, but overall it was a fast, easy match up. Morrison had control for the most part, but Morrison got wrapped up by The Miz, putting his feet on the ropes and winning this thing while cheating; not a terrible match.
John Cena defeated Chris Jericho
Jericho wasn’t going to win this one, I just felt it, and it turned out to be true. Jericho had a few good spots, but nothing too crazy, as the guys were playing it somewhat safer than usual. Cena did take a bump outside which looked hard, but overall, Jericho and Cena put on a good match for the troops, and that was that. Cena wins after the attitude adjustment.
This years show was ok, I didn’t remember last years.
Without having a job right now, and no one calling me back from countless applications, I’ve been considering joining the military. I haven’t done it yet, but if things continue the way they are and I’m broke and no hope to get even a job at McDonalds, then I guess I’ll serve my country.

Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Batista to become the #1 contender
WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/18/09 Review
Teddy Long opened up the show and out came Batista. Batista demanded a title shot, and Teddy Long looked legit scared. Rey Mysterio came out, and he demanded a rematch with Batista and the winner will win the #1 contender spot.
C.M. Punk, Luke Gallows, and Drew McIntyre defeated John Morrison, Matt Hardy & R Truth
I feel like every time I tune into wwe programming, it’s the same style matches, to the components and finishes. I feel like I’ve already seen this match, and it’s no wonder, these guys have all faced each other last week. But again, we have to see it again, and what are you going to do? There’s nothing else to watch, is there? Oh and this is a wwe blog afterall.
The Gospel of Luke, as Striker said, was a great play by play call. I thought that was classic. This match really gave John Morrison a hard time, he was trying to find his way back to tag in one of his partners, but it was Luke Gallows and Punk that softened him up, before tagging in Drew McIntyre to clean the bones of a obviously struggling John Morrison. Cm Punk did some good tandem moves with Gallows to really create a good overall middle point of this match. I for once, was actually impressed with CM Punk’s move set, as he doesn’t usually throw up a lot of greatness on television. It’s a good fit for Gallows, as the strong man and Punk as the high flyer, which is really just shades of the original Hart Foundation. Morrison finally got a tag in, and Hardy was in there going for broke on Punk with a sick set of combinations, straight to the nearfall. Gallows threw in the Slammy Award and Punk used it to get the fall, off of Hardy. Overall, this match started slow and really tested my patience, but it picked up in the middle, and then Punk made this thing a good match up, and I enjoyed it. Punk wins again.
Dx’s constant pandering for people to buy their crap is making nautious…I mean who begs for money by having people buy stuff from their…..uh…nevermind.
Escobar is a broke ass Razor Ramon, face it.
Kane defeated Escobar
Escobar got a little gift from Vickie Guerrero, it was a match with Kane. This match was fast, it was all Kane, as he beat up Escobar and then dropped him on his neck for a big choke slam. Escobar can’t possibly be WWE’s idea of bringing up new talent.
Now, I complained yesterday about how TNA had roughly no wrestling in an hour, well, for reference, the end of this match up came at around the 50 minute mark of Smackdown. So it’s not like WWE is doing THAT much more wrestling within an hour of their 2 hour show on Friday nights. What wrestling fans need is more wrestling and less talk. Even if some of the matches are squashes, we need that “kayfabe” ideology to come back.
Chris Jericho came out and cut the standard Jericho promo. His character is getting a little stale to me. I kind of miss that old Lionheart guy from ECW and WCW. Now he’s just running his mouth too much. I guess it works on some level.
The Great Khali defeated Chris Jericho via count out
Chris Jericho was not getting much offense in on the giant here in the early goings of this one. Khali towers over Jericho by a ton! Jericho’s moves were no match most of the time, even though Khali was a little slower than Jericho. Jericho decided to walk away after a while, since he couldn’t do anything to beat the giant.
The Hart Dynasty defeated Jimmy Wang Yang & Slam Master J
Jimmy Wang Yang is still employed? Slam Master J is still employed? What is going on?
The Hart Dynasty is one of the worst flops of WWE history. They shouldn’t even use the Hart name right now. Despite my dislike for the way the team’s been going, I did find this match somewhat entertaining. Slam Master J and Jimmy Wang Yang were proving to be a little more difficult than you’d think. DH Smith actually looked strong for once, and Natalya was finally doing a good job outside the ring. The Hart’s hit their finisher, and this thing was done. I didn’t hate this match, but it’s sad to see that there’s not more competition and teams in the WWE tag team division, if you can even call it that.
Beth Phoenix defeated Maria
Maria is simply outclassed by Beth Phoenix in regards to pro-wrestling. Phoenix was in control for the most part of this match and when she hit the Glam Slam this thing was done. Maria, for being diva of the year, really is terrible at wrestling. Phoenix has little to no competition in the women’s division of WWE, face it.
Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Batista to become the #1 contender
Batista immediately caught Rey Mysterio with strength, catching Mysterio in mid air and throwing him emphatically into the turnbuckles, like a rag doll. This match was mostly Rey Mysterio, with no remorse or let down. Mysterio was getting pummeled in a crazy way. Mysterio did manage to come back, if only momentarily at times, with some quick reversals and counters. Mysterio had some very near falls after his ddt, and a top rope senton, causing Batista to run out of steam. Batista definitely was growing tired as the match went on, and it was obvious he couldn’t keep up with Rey Mysterio towards the end of the match up. After the 619, the mighty Batista seemed done, as he fell like a gain tree in the forest, but still managed to get the knees up to hit Mysterio as he fell from the top rope. Batista started to get frustrated near the end of the match, and right when I thought this was over, Batista was rolled up fast and got pinned!
In a shocker, Mysterio defeated Batista and now Rey Mysterio will face The Undertaker for the WORLD TITLE! On Christmas, it is MYSTERIO vs UNDERTAKER WORLD TITLE! I’m excited! But something tells me it’s not going to stay that way.
Smackdown had some good matches. I didn’t really care for the talking, or the backstage stupidity. But overall I didn’t have a hard time watching Smackdown, like I did watching Tna Impact this week.
Next week is Christmas. I will be reviewing Smackdown the day after Christmas, as I usually do on this blog. The reason why I don’t live blog the shows is because my wife works early mornings and I don’t try to stay up too late. Plus, since I have no job right now I just wait for the next day to enjoy wrestling. That’s right, I’m still broke and have no job. That’s also the reason why there’s little to no ppv reviews this second half of the year.
There will be no TNA next week, it’s being preempted, I think. I’m most likely NOT going to review the TNA year end “best of” show. But will be back for their January 4th show. I’ll be reviewing Tribute to the Troops tonight, and then be back for another edition of Monday Night Raw.
One last time today, if you have extra money please visit our amazon links and buy something online. Each sale gets me 4% and it doesn’t cost you anything. If not, that’s fine. Smackdown has definitely been the better show all year, and this one actually had a good finish.Seriously, I didn't really think Mysterio was going to get the title shot for Christmas. I still think that WWE might change that match into either a triple threat, or Mysterio is going to "mysteriously" be knocked out in the backstage area. So we'll see what the WWE does with all that.

TNA Impact 12/17/09 Results and Review Foley Goes Nuts Again
TNA Impact 12/17/09 Results
Roxxi defeated ODB
Bubba Ray Dudley defeated Matt Morgan in a lumberjack match
Hamada & Awesome Kong defeated The Beautiful People andTaylor Wilde & Sarita
Tatanka defeated Jay “Black Machismo” Lethal
Desmond Wolfe vs Christopher Daniels 10 minute draw
Kurt Angle and Aj Styles defeated The British Invasion
TNA Impact 12/17/09 Review
The show opened up with Mick Foley attacking Kevin Nash in an empty arena. That was it, he literally just fought him and it was broken up by security.
Roxxi defeated ODB
This match sucked. Roxxi put on a good bit of offense but I HATE ODB right now. She just isn’t that good. Roxxi gets the win with a roll up, and it’s just not fun to watch for me.
Post match, Tara came down after ODB was beating up Roxxi. Tara is looking old. I’m tired of the knockouts, they are turning into the divas division before my very eyes, and it’s not something I ever wanted to admit.
Just a quick FYI at this point of my review we’re about 40 minutes into the show. TNA has only had 1 match, it was terrible, and I’m seriously getting bored with the product, and you should be too.
Bubba Ray Dudley defeated Matt Morgan in a lumberjack match
Matt Morgan went for the big boot and embarrassed himself. He missed, obviously, but between Bubba moving and Morgan actually doing the move, there seemed like an eternity. That being said, Morgan and Dudley were half-speed for a good portion of the match. The Lumberjack’s got involved, and it was really only the team members that will meet this weekened at the ppv. Seriously, this match was terrible…man…the night was getting tough to review. The Dudley’s cheated their win to a victory, in one of the most obvious endings and slow paced pieces of crap I’ve seen in a while. Morgan isn’t ready yet, sorry.
Another note, we’re about 1 hour into the show, and we’re getting match #3, and that’s only after 4 or 5 commercials! I’m so tired of this show.
Hamada & Awesome Kong defeated The Beautiful People andTaylor Wilde & Sarita
If there’s a stand out in the knockout’s division, it’s Hamada and Awesome Kong. Those two can actually not only wrestle, they can put on a good overall show. This match was interesting, it had some good spots, it was fast, and it was Kong who got the win in a great ending for me. She basically squashed, I mean she sat on someone, a member of the beautiful people to win this match up.
Tatanka defeated Jay “Black Machismo” Lethal
Tatanka is back! Well, he’s back enough to wrestle Jay Lethal, which wasn’t half bad. Tatanka has made several appearances in the WWE before and each time he wanted back in full time and WWE has passed. Well he gets a shot at Lethal, and he’s not in terrible shape. Tatanka won this match with somewhat ease, Lethal is getting squashed and you know what? If this were WWE he’d be on his way out. I’m not sure where TNA has him, but it’s getting strange to see him off television for a while then get beaten yet again.
Desmond Wolfe vs Christopher Daniels 10 minute draw
Christopher Daniels was definitely proving to be troublesome for Wolfe. I’m not sure why Wolfe is supposed to be so menacing and hard to beat? He was getting worked for 75% of this match up against Christopher Daniels. The two wrestled to a ten minute time limit, and they both had each other in roll up cradles, which was interesting to see, but the timer really made for a terrible finish.
Kurt Angle and Aj Styles defeated The British Invasion
This match really lost me. I know Lashley and Steiner were involved, but they were non factors as they fought to the backstage area. Abyss also was in a scuffle with Raven and Stevie. TNA has moved their cluster endings to the backstage area...I hate this. With time running out, Styles gets tagged in, he rolls someone up, and it's over. That's it...TNA is over!

ECW on ScyFy 12/15/09 Results and Review Boredom Movement
ECW on ScyFy 12/15/09 Results
The Hurricane defeated The Ripper
Ezekiel Jackson defeated Kozlov
Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft defeated Jobbers
Kane defeated Zack Ryder
Ecw on ScyFy 12/15/09 Review
The show started with Tiffany calling out Shelton Benjamin and Christian to ringside. William Regal and his idiots came down to ringside. Tiffany announced that they’ve invited former ECW stars to come back and wrestle and maybe get a shot at the ECW title at the Royal Rumble.
The Hurricane defeated The Ripper
This is ridiculous. However, I guess it keeps Hurricane employed. This match was a little slow paced up front, but Paul Burchill managed to put in some good offense. I liked him better as the Pirate, oh well. The Hurricane pulled The Rippers mask to reveal Paul Burchill, hit the shining Wizard and won this match with somewhat ease. I personally don’t care about these two and their feud of sorts.
Abraham Washington had a show with special guest Maria. It was boring, and I’m tired of his show.
Ezekiel Jackson defeated Kozlov
This match was terrible. Slow moving and just awkward. Regal pulled Kozlov’s leg to end the boredom and Jackson won. This match was terrible. Terrible.
Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft defeated Jobbers
This match was ok, and by ok I mean it sucks. These two idiots are not good at all, and I’m tired of seeing them get shoved down our throats.
Kane defeated Zack Ryder
Zack Ryder tried to fight the big red machine, but it wasn’t working at all. Kane easily defeated Zack Ryder and this match was done fast. Way to bury your talent wwe, way to bury your talent.
Ecw sucked. I’m tired, and I’ll be back for the TNA review.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/14/09 Review
Here we go, 3 hours of Raw, and major fallout from TLC which brought us a new champion, and the end of the long time reign of John Cena. Rumors were hot and heavy all day about what was going on, but we’d find out tonight, and of course we’d also have the Slammy Awards, 3 hours, the Slammys and more, here we go with my two cents, a review, or whatever it is I do here. Thanks to NO ONE for buying NOTHING from all my links…sorry…I’m still broke, unemployed, and struggling to pay the cable bill.
Here’s Raw!
Dennis Miller isn’t half bad. However, the crowd was not having it. The announcers were giving some chuckles, so that was interesting.
First up, Jillian Hall and R Truth came out to give out the first set of Slammy Awards. They were giving away the tag team Slammy, and the winner was:
Chris Jericho & The Big Show
I guess so. These guys were pretty dominant all year, but were they better than the rest? Yeah, why not? Jericho got some decent heat and Big Show looked ok in that huge suit he was wearing. I’m surprised DX didn’t win, considering they are the title holders right now.
William Regal and his cronies were in ring yelling at Christian, about who he picked to wrestle tonight. Christian looked terrible, but he is going to wrestle the ECW heels, and who were his partners? Oh yeah, Kane and The Great Khali!
The Great Khali, Kane & Christian defeated William Regal, Kozlov, and Ezekiel Jackson
This match was pretty standard, and overall it wasn’t anything to talk about at length. The big men got in there, but it was Kane and Khali that really mounted to greater good in the match, and after a short fight the Punjabi Playboy Great Khali picked up the win. This match wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t necessarily anything too good. It’s understandable, considering Christian was completely fried from his match with Shelton Benjamin last night on TLC.
The Slammy for best new star, and out came Tiffany and Teddy Long, and the winner is:
Sheamus
Wow, Sheamus wins the title and now he’s breakout star? Whatever. He’s ok. He’s still a footnote to me.
Kofi Kingston defeated Cody Rhodes via disqualification
Wow, Cody Rhodes in a singles match up? Kofi Kingston’s shoulder and arm was taped up, but he would still fight a fresh member of Legacy. Kofi got some moves in, but the match was immediately finished with a disqualification after Ted Dibiase ran in.
However, Dennis miller announced a new slammy award, and the match was rest to be a tag team after Evan Bourne ran down for the save.
Best Announcement by a Guest Host for restarting a match after disqualification:
Dennis Miller
Legacy defeated Evan Bourne & Kofi Kingston
Evan Bourne was hitting big during this match, getting some great spots in. Legacy isolated Kofi’s arm and were on the hunt to injure him, but it was Cody Rhodes with his Crossroads finisher on Bourne that got the win for his team. Overall, not a terrible match, but the finish seemed a bit rush, so it was interesting to see how it finished.
Another Slammy Award was going to be presented, this time by Santino and Vickie Guerrero. They would present the award for Shocker of the Year, and the winner is:
Shocker of the Year: CM Punk for retiring Jeff Hardy
John Cena defeated Cm Punk in a superstar of the year tournament match
Apparently there was a tournament to see who would be superstar of the year. This match seemed like they were giving away a nice ppv match up, but oh well. Punk was fast and hitting Cena with a lot of heavy lumber early on, he slowed it down and tried to get John Cena into a series of rest holds, creating an opening for the GTS. However, Cena countered out of the series of moves, and even turned the GTS into a STF and Punk tapped out. John Cena defeated CM Punk in less than 5 minutes, after losing the title in a tables match!
Wow, WWE really buries CM Punk, way to go WWE, way to bury your talent. Cena showed NO fatigue, as if he didn’t wrestle last night.
John Cena cut a promo, a crazy promo about true believers in Cena. Lame. He needs to turn heel.
The slammy for match of the year, was up next and it was given by Triple H, and the winner is:
Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker at Wrestlemania this year
I think this was not evaluated evenly. Honestly, this past year, I only remember a few great matches. I would’ve picked Ziggler vs Mysterio, their first match, in which Ziggler nearly broke Rey Mysterio in half with a gut buster. If you saw it, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
Randy Orton defeated The Undertaker in a superstar of the year tournament match by countout
I already saw an Orton and Undertaker feud. I was at Wrestlemania in Los angeles, and these two put on a good overall match, but Orton is a different guy now. The Underatker? He’s the same, just older and dare I say, slower? I don’t know, he’s just not as good as he used to be, and it could be due to age. Michael Cole said “vintage” again, and Lawler made him aware of that. I’m sick of hearing “vintage”. This match was short, and had interference, although minor, by Legacy. Legacy ended up distracting the Undertaker for a countout loss. This match sucked.
But what was the kicker, and the worst thing that came out of this tournament was that once again we had to watch John Cena and Randy Orton wrestle! That’s right, Orton and Cena wrestled again! Man I’m so sick of that match, I hope I never have to see them wrestle each other ever again, EVER!
The next Slammy award was set up, and out came Vince McMahon, and the winner is:
Bob Barker
Vince McMahon asked Dennis Miller who he would book for guest host, and in what seemed like an adlibbed segment, Miller said that they should get Bret Hart to host. McMahon, dejected, walked away after basically saying that, there was NO chance.
Chris Jericho and The Big Show defeated Degeneration X via disqualification
This match started off with nothing major. Then Triple H pushed the ref, while Shawn Michaels was behind him, causing a disqualification! Then Dx got on the mic, and Triple H made sure to mention that it was the rematch that is available to Big Show and Chris Jericho.
Dx then had the raw locker room come out and force Chris Jericho out of the building. It was a nice segment, and Jericho is off of Raw, I guess.
The next Slammy was presented by Carlito, Eve, and Chris Masters, it was fro most Extreme Moment, and the winner is:
Jeff Hardy for his Summerslam moment
Carlito attacked Matt Hardy and stole the Slammy from Matt, but was put into the Master Lock and then was hit by Hardy.
John Morrison, Yoshi Tatsu, Mark Henry defeated Drew McIntyre, The Miz, and Zack Ryder
This was seemingly a fast match up, and it had Yoshi getting the pinfall win over Ryder. There’s not much to this match up, at all. Seriously, this match was terrible.
Mickie James, Maria, The Bella Twins, Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim, and Melina defeated Michelle McCool, Layla, Rosa Mendez, Natalya, Beth Phoenix, Maryse, and Alicia Fox
The divas were all in night gowns, and they still managed to wrestle in them. I’m not sure how or why they did this, but this match was less than 5 minutes, and only 2 women actually wrestled. It was a waste of time, and I’m not sure why the wwe continues to push women like this…terrible.
The slammy for diva of the year was to be presented next by MVP and Goldust, and the winner is:
Maria
Batista interrupted and said he got robbed last night. Security came out and got escorted off the stage.
Abraham Washington, Big Dick Johnson, and Tony Atlas were presenting the next slammy award, and it was for the Oh My! Moment of the Year:
Michael Cole for vomiting
John Cena defeated Randy Orton to win the Superstar of the Year Slammy Award
This match was standard, it was just John Cena and Randy Orton again. The two tried to make it somewhat interesting, but overall it was just Cena who had to go over. Cena is like super man, and that was the end of the show.
Overall not a terrible Raw; 3 hours, is a bit much unless you have more matches. That’s how I felt.

WWE Smackdown 12/11/09 Results and Review Hanukkah Night
WWE Smackdown 12/11/09 Results
Cm Punk & Luke Gallows defeated R. Truth & Matt Hardy
Chris Jericho & The Big Show defeated Eric Escobar
Kane defeated Mike Knox
Mickie James & Maria defeated Michelle McCool & Layla
Batista defeated Rey Mysterio in a street fight
WWE Smackdown 12/11/09 Review
I’m still in high spirits, last night I celebrated my first official Hanukkah with my in-laws and after cleaning up playing with a top, I’m on a gold coin chocolate high. So it’s only fitting that we review and rant about none other than WWE Smackdown!
Batista is first to come out of the back, and his new shirt looks pretty cool. He cut a promo basically saying that he’s going to be dominant against Undertaker and Mysterio and not only that, he is only in it for the money. A good overall heel promo, with little to no major mistakes, and you can almost feel that he’s sincerely being a badass.
Cm Punk & Luke Gallows defeated R. Truth & Matt Hardy
The straightedge superstar and Luke Gallows finally got a shot at wrestling together as a team, and there was no signs of “festus” anywhere to be found. Matt Hardy and R Truth came out rapping and Hardy came out with a bag of Jeff Hardy dvd’s and Hardy was throwing them out to the crowd. Not just 1 or 2, he had a full gym bag full of dvd’s! The crowd was going nuts for Truth and Hardy and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone go over so well in a long time, seriously, Truth and Hardy were insanely over, at least for their introduction, better than anyone I’ve seen in a long time. Truth and Punk started the match, and Punk was reeling as we went to the commercial break. I thought for sure that when we came back from commercial break we would get a 180 with Punk getting the upper hand, and that wasn’t necessarily true. Not until a few minutes after the break as Gallows got tagged in. I like Gallows style now, a little better than I liked him as Festus. This match broke down into a melee at one point, but it was Hardy and Punk that were left as legal men after the dust settled. Gallows got the blind tag as Hardy delivered a Twist of Fate, and Gallows got in and hit the Gallows Pole, I think, and this match was done. Punk and Gallows win this one, in a pretty good tag team encounter.
One thing I can not stand is the backstage crap the WWE does. Kane walking? Kane and Knox talking about how they are monsters, no thanks.
Chris Jericho & The Big Show defeated Eric Escobar
Why in the world is Eric Escobar trying to be Razor Ramon? It makes no sense. He is a poor man’s Razor Ramon; or to quote my old coworker Cosby: Escobar is a Broke Ass Razor Ramon.
Chris Jericho and Escobar were putting on a one star match until Vickie Guerrero interrupted and demanded this match be a handicap match. Jericho and Show basically bulldozed Escobar, and one has to wonder when this broke ass Razor Ramon is going to get fired.
Drew McIntyre cut a promo…it bored me. But John Morrison came out dressed as Mel Gibson in Brave Heart, and broke the boredom. It was a great one, hilarious!
Kane defeated Mike Knox
Stryker makes a sick joke about David Carradine, and this match goes on. The two big men of the WWE go at it, in another slow moving slug fest. This match wasn’t that great at all. Kane wins, but after a lot of yawning on my end, that’s for sure.
Mickie James & Maria defeated Michelle McCool & Layla
Mickie James has gotten fat, admit it….alright, I’ll stop.
The main problem with the divas division is that the matches are so short, and when they are given time the divas suck at making good matches. This was a terrible match, if you could call it a match. Mickie James got the win for her team, but it wasn’t anything that could be quantified into a match, it was just a fast cluster of an attempt at entertainment. The divas division sucks, face it.
Batista defeated Rey Mysterio in a street fight
I remember when street fights had wrestlers coming out in jeans and t-shirts and taped fists. Now, apparently it means that you wrestle in all your regular wrestling gear. I liked the old days, when the Nasty Boys would come out with just street clothes, and would knock the crap out of people. Oh well, those days are long gone.
This match wasn’t half bad, but it wasn’t exactly the finest hour for either man. Mysterio eventually got out of Batista’s slow moving moves and eventually hit all his spots, and it looked like Batista was going to lose this one, just because he couldn’t keep up with the speed of Mysterio. However, Batista managed to escape the onslaught and eventually got his bearings hit Mysterio not only with his finishers but a huge chair shot to the head. Batista pinned Rey Mysterio after a massive head shot that was heard around the world, I’m sure.
Post match, The Undertaker appeared and bat down Batista with a flurry of punches and kicks.

Tna Impact 12/10/09 Results and Review Kevin Nash In Charge
TNA Impact 12/10/09 Results
Chris Sabin defeated The British Invasion in a handicap match
Awesome Kong & Scott Steiner defeated Bobby Lashley & Kristal Lashley
Erik Young defeated Hamada in a global championship match
Jesse Neal, Rhino, Team 3D defeated Hernandez, Suicide, & Matt Morgan
The Beautiful People wrestled in a mud wrestling match.
Aj Styles defeated Desmond Wolfe
TNA Impact 12/10/09 Review
Kevin Nash took over the show, as Foley went to “meet with Hogan”.
Kevin Nash announced what he had in mind for the night in wrestling, and you know what? It’s going to suck. Seriously, it’s ridiculous, and over the top….a shocking night of wrestling.
Meanwhile, Foley was looking for Dixie…this story line is stupid.
Chris Sabin defeated The British Invasion
This is the impossible. Chris Sabin managed to roll up a victory and it wasn’t that great at all. The Invasion had a few moments, but it was Sabin with the surprise win. This was a terrible opening match, and really unfathomable in regards to the result.
Awesome Kong & Scott Steiner defeated Bobby Lashley & Kristal Lashley
I’m not sure why they put in Lashley’s wife, as she’s not exactly trained as a wrestler, but I guess that’s just what happens in TNA…bad ideas. Lashley got worked by Scott Steiner, and this thing takes a turn for the worse. It’s sad to see things unfold like this, and It’s even sadder that TNA has to stoop to so low. Steiner pins Kristal and does push ups on her…Edge did that to Beulah at ECW One Night Stand. Way to be original tna…way to be original.
TNA does an interview with Samoa Joe and guess what? I have that shirt! Well I have 2 button down dickies black shirts, and it looked like that’s what Samoa Joe was wearing. It looked cool. Beer Money interrupted, and that wasn’t half bad. I like interrupted interviews.
Erik Young defeated Hamada in a global championship match
Hamada was not wrestling like she was some random woman, she was proving far better than Chyna ever did, that women can wrestle. She was amazing against Erik Young. Simply amazing, she was putting on a show, but it was too little as Erik Young used the ropes and a roll up to stop the momentum. I hated it. Hamada was amazing, and yet Young wins. Hamada is a gem of a wrestler by comparison folks, the divas have NOTHING on Hamada.
ODB defeated Tara in a non title trailer park throwdown
This was essentially just a hardcore match. It seemed interesting to me, that part of the stipulation was that they had to drink a six pack of beer. Sure, you didn’t see most of this on screen, but it was still part of Kevin Nash’s stipulation.
Jesse Neal, Rhino, Team 3D defeated Hernandez, Suicide, & Matt Morgan
I got distracted during this match, but I know that Jesse Neal won. I was in the middle of purchasing Simpsons Scene It on amazon for 7.99…yep. Sorry.
The Beautiful People wrestled in a mud wrestling match.
This match confused me once all the women started getting soaked in muddy water. I guess it’s interesting, but this was nothing more than a backroom bar type of match up.
The title shot was given to the highest bidder, and that bidder was none other than Desmond Wolfe! That’s right.
Aj Styles defeated Desmond Wolfe
This match was a little slow to start, but eventually it built into a good overall match up, but was derailed by interference by Christopher Daniels. The distraction allowed Aj styles to roll up, I kid you not, roll up Desmond Wolfe, making Wolfe look like a chump.
What a terrible night of wrestling folks. TNA continually makes terrible shows, and this is yet another one.
Post match, Christopher Daniels and Desmond Wolfe fought each other to commercial break.

ECW on ScyFy 12/8/09 Results and Review The End Is Near
ECW on ScyFy 12/8/09 Results
Vance Archer defeated Tommy Dreamer
Trent Barreta and Caylen Croft defeated Two Jobbers
Yoshi Tatsu, Christian, and Shelton Benjamin defeated Ezekiel Jackson, Kozlov, and William Regal via countout
ECW on ScyFy 12/8/09 Review
This show opens up with Kozlov calling out Ezekiel Jackson. The Boredom begins…no wonder this show is getting canceled. Regal stopped them from fighting, and then Shelton Benjamin came out to get a chant of “Let them fight” going. All in all I was readily bored.
Vance Archer defeated Tommy Dreamer
Tommy Dreamer is still employed? What the heck? Well, Tommy Dreamer gave Vance Archer a run for his money, at least momentarily. The match was somewhat short, but it was Archer who continued to win on WWE television. I still am not buying his character.
Trent Barreta and Caylen Croft defeated Two Jobbers
This match was lame. These two are the future of WWE tag teams? I’m going to need some time to grow on them. These two put on a standard little man tag match…nothing too complicated, that’s for sure.
Yoshi Tatsu, Christian, and Shelton Benjamin defeated Ezekiel Jackson, Kozlov, and William Regal via countout
This match had a god flow to it. The evil three isolated Shelton Benjamin for most of the match up. But eventually Yoshi got in there and then all hell broke loose. However, at one point Kozlov decided to leave his partners, and eventually led to a countout as Jackson ran out to get him.
ECW is on the way out, and you know what?
I don’t care.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/7/09 Results and Review Mark Cuban Guest Host
If you like the site and would like to support it getting it’s own domain name etc, please purchase items from amazon.com by clicking here. It would help me greatly in this time of need.
WWE Monday Night Raw 12/7/09 Results
John Cena defeated Carlito
Legacy defeated Primo Colon & Evan Bourne
Maryse defeated Gail Kim
Kofi Kingston defeated Randy Orton w/ special guest referee Mark Cuban
The Miz defeated Mark Henry
Hornswoggle & Eve defeated Chavo & Jillian
Dx vs Chris Jericho no contest
WWE Monday Night Raw 12/7/09 Review
Mark Cuban was the guest host. I’m so tired of guest hosts right now. I don’t want to see anymore guests, seriously.
John Cena defeated Carlito
I used to kind of like Carlito, and now it seems like he’s one of the most hated wrestlers. No, not by the fans, but whoever is booking Carlito. He basically got stomped out, punked out and well thrown out by Cena. Now he gets a match with Cena? Odd.
Sheamus tried to come down to ringside, but security thwarted his attempt. Carlito jumped up and tried to hit the back stabber but nope, Cena turned it into the Attitude Adjustment and beat Carlito without even breaking a sweat. WWE just dealt a big F-U to Carlito.
I’m so sick of Randy Orton. I’m sick of a lot of things with professional wrestling. Orton and his idiots came down to ringside and cut a promo against the guest host and I was tired.
Legacy defeated Primo Colon & Evan Bourne
It’s nice to see that Primo and Bourne have something to do but is this really where we want them? I personally am tired of seeing “hot shot” tag teams thrown together for no apparent reason. Will Primo and Bourne also now get title shots too? Show & Jericho makes some sort of sense, but these two? Not really. By the time I wrote that last sentence, Legacy had taken control of the match and won with somewhat ease. They barely broke a sweat, meanwhile Bourne and Primo gave it their best shot.
Post match, Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase Jr were ejected from the arena. Security came out and essentially threw them out.
Maryse defeated Gail Kim
Maryse, the worst woman wrestler since Kelly Kelly got the win. Gail Kim, a great knockout in TNA, is now just a jobber. I don’t like the divas, there is no saving grace to them. I’m sorry, I don’t like any of them.
Kofi Kingston defeated Randy Orton w/ special guest referee Mark Cuban
This match was all Orton for the most part. Then Kofi hit a nice backslide, and Mark Cuban gave the fastest count in wwe history! Kofi wins! I don’t care for this feud right now. I’ve already seen these two wrestle, they can’t possibly steal the show any longer. There’s no anticipation for me to see anything.
The Miz defeated Mark Henry
The Miz defended his title, and surprisingly won in a fast match against Mark Henry. He won with a ddt, and that was about it. There was a few moments that were alright, but overall a short, throwaway match up for the title.
Hornswoggle & Eve defeated Chavo & Jillian
This is not important. It’s filler, and bad filler at that. Chavo is still employed? Wow. This was a standard psuedo-comedy match up. Eve pinned Jillian to pick up the win.
Post match, Chris Masters came out to fight Chavo. Apparently Chris Masters is a face now.
At this point the Emergency Alert System decided to do an Emergency TEST! They interrupted my RAW program! What the hell! I hate this place.
Dx vs Chris Jericho no contest
Jericho had to wrestle both members of Dx. It was a little interesting. Jericho was definitely out numbered and was getting hit hard. The ref was knocked out at one point and out came The Big Show to help out. Triple H got a chair, and that only made the giant mad. The match never really finished, I assume it was thrown out. Jericho and the Big show were left standing with the belts and Ladders.
Sheamus and John Cena had a “debate”. If you saw it, you know what I’m talking about. This was the worst ending to raw I’ve ever seen. Seriously, the worst…it was like a contract signing, and it ended with Sheamus beating up Cena, knocking down Mark Cuban.
Mark Cuban didn’t back down from Sheamus, and he got pushed down! Seriously, he got punked out! Sheamus proceeded to knock Cuban through a table! Yep, basically speared him through a table! If you missed it…you missed it. That’s when the Dallas Mavericks players jumped the guard rail, and Sheamus decided to leave.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/4/09 Results and Review More Crap To Review
WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/4/09 Results
R. Truth defeated CM Punk via disqualification
Kane defeated Mike Knox
Mickie James defeated Natalya and Beth Phoenix in a triple threat match
Drew McIntyre defeated John Morrison (non title match)
The Hart Dynasty defeated Escobar
Chris Jericho & The Big Show defeated Cryme Tyme
WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/4/09 Review
The show started with CM Punk and Luke Gallows coming to the ring. I knew what was coming, but my eye hurt, so I didn’t write it down right away.
R. Truth defeated CM Punk via disqualification
CM Punk and R Truth could put a good match together, and prove to be good overall. However, this match wasn’t even close to being good at all. It was obviously headed towards a disqualification finish, and when Gallows interfered that’s exactly what we got. I like Punk with a bodyguard, and this mean streak keeps growing. I don’t dislike it, I just feel that we could use more clean finishes in wrestling. I mean, what is this? TNA? Geez.
And now ladies and gentleman, the big man slow match…what is this the 1980’s?
Kane defeated Mike Knox
I hate big man matches. I think it’s because I’ve seen them too many times. Sure they guys can move, but I’m not a fan of either right now. Kane has slowed down since his days as Isaac Yankem and Mike Knox hasn’t been relevant for a long time it seems. Kane essentially put away Mike Knox, and it’s time to fire him. Knox sucks now. Kane sucks too. This match was standard, but it ended with a good choke slam.
Jericho and Big Show backstage with Josh had the longest, and I do mean longest, promo I’ve seen in a long time. This thing was long, longer than anything in recent years. This was a main throwback to the 80’s, and if you saw it, you know what I’m talking about.
Mickie James defeated Natalya and Beth Phoenix
Best part about this triple threat match? A sick double clothesline between Phoenix and Natalya! Picture perfect, and just sick. These three are the best wrestlers in the divas division, and wow, they put on a few good shots in there. Mickie James edged out a victory after some time, and near falls. So now, Mickie James is the #1 contender.
Mickie James went nuts and started to fight McCool and Layla at ringside, and out of the back came Maria to help her out.
Drew McIntyre defeated John Morrison
Drew finally gets a shot at some serious competition, and he didn’t disappoint, and neither did Morrison. Morrison didn’t just back down, he went right at Drew, and Drew was keeping up quite well, making some good reversals and catching up with Morrison’s offense. Seriously, Drew had Morrison well scouted, and was putting his boots to him better than some other contenders, including Ziggler! On the outside at one point, Drew pulled Morrison’s head into the bars underneath the ring and this caused the champion to lose the match. Drew pinned Morrison, and he’ll most likely get a shot at the title.
Escobar is channeling the “Razor Ramon” character, vest and all. Vickie Guerrero came out and cut a huge promo, and Escobar appears to be a fan favorite now? This is lame. Whatever, I’m too tired to write more about this b.s.
The Hart Dynasty defeated Escobar
Escobar had to wrestle both members of the Hart Dynasty, and early on he had this thing rolled up. He was showcasing some good offense, and clean moves, but Tyson Kidd wasn’t going to just sit down as he tagged in the big man DH Smith and Escobar was not doing well with the numbers game. The Hart Attack was hit and Escobar is done. Looks like Escobar is going to be wished his future endeavors.
Chris Jericho & The Big Show defeated Cryme Tyme
This match was fast, and while Jericho was obviously the weak link of the tag team champions, Cryme Tyme was getting some good offense in. However, Shad walked into a huge right hand and was knocked out. Big Show and Jericho win with somewhat ease.
The Undertaker was coming down to the ring, but Batista interrupted him with a chair and just attacked with no mercy. He was trying to soften up taker for their match at TLC.
And that was the end of the show. Smackdown was ok at best.

TNA Impact 12/3/09 Results and Review Dixie Carter Headlines
TNA Impact 12/3/09 Results
Alex Shelley defeated Doug Williams
Suicide defeated Homicide
The Pope Dangelo Dinero defeated Jesse Neal
Christopher Daniels defeated Abyss
Kurt Angle defeated Raven & Doctor Stevie
TNA Impact 12/3/09 Review
Desmond Wolfe shows up in ring and talks about how he hates “mangles”, which is Kurt Angle. He announces that him and Angle will go into a three stages of hell match at Turning Point, and I’m already bored.
Kurt Angle came out and climbed the six sides of steel, started fighting Desmond Wolfe and was laid out. Wolfe won this round, leaving Angle in the ring on the floor, like a chump.
I’m not 100% sure where this is going but if Angle doesn’t lose against Wolfe soon, this feud is dead in the water.
Alex Shelley defeated Doug Williams
The new Motor Machine Guns music still sucks. This match was interesting and had some good points. While I didn’t really care for whatever storyline they were pushing, but I did think some of the spots were dead on. These two can really go, however, the match was a little short for what it was, and it was interesting to see these guys go for such a short time and still put something together. Alex Shelley put away the British Invasion member after sliced bread, and that was that.
Suicide defeated Homicide
This match wasn’t all that great, Homicide seemed like he had to tone things down a little to match Suicides speed. Suicide didn’t really impress me, and it’s been going on for weeks, he just doesn’t seem into it anymore. I never liked the character, and this match proved it for me. Homicide did have some good moments, he put on a show as usual, but it wasn’t for him to win.
Post match, the Pope came in to save suicide.
Tara was the guest on ODB’s show. It was boring. I’m tired of the knockouts division now, they used to have great matches and no drama. Now? They suck, with lots of random drama.
The Pope Dangelo Dinero defeated Jesse Neal
This match sucked. Plain and simple. Jesse Neal isn’t ready for the big time and Dinero didn’t do much wrestling, and carried the match.
Post match, Suicide is now aligned with the pope….who cares!
Kevin Nash & Erik Young defeated Beer Money
I like Beer Money, but this match wasn’t given enough time to develop into something more than a mashed up match. There were some nice near falls, and Beer Money had a good chance, but it was Nash and Erik Young that pulled away, after the ref was distracted for a while, and that was that.
Bobby Lashley came down to the ring to cut a promo. He didn’t do much talking, his wife did. It was boring.
Christopher Daniels defeated Abyss
Christopher Daniels couldn’t really do much in this match, he kept trying to wrestle Abyss but it wasn’t working at all. Abyss then got distracted by a video of “Lauren” getting abused by the Beautiful People, and Abyss loses the match with a roll up. This match sucked, and it was boring.
Post match, Daniels challenged Styles to a match, but a masked man ran out and knocked out Styles before he could get to the ring.
The show then shifted to an interview with Dixie Carter. It’s a boring thing…Carter keeps coming out and saying TNA is going straight at WWE for competition…whatever. I was already tired, but she made me more tired with all this talk about “Hulk Hogan” and what not.
In the main event, Saria and Hamada? Yep.
Hamada defeated Sarita
Wow, this is so interesting, a women’s match is the main event on Impact! This is kind of cool. I take back some of what I said earlier about the knockouts, because these two women aren’t involved in any major drama and they are just pure pro-wrestling and it’s rad. These two really put a good show together. Hamada ended up putting Sarita away with the Hamada driver, and I thought this match (despite the short time frame) was quite good for a women’s match.
Kurt Angle came down to ringside, but Foley interrupted. He was put into match with Raven & Doctor Stevie.
Kurt Angle defeated Raven & Doctor Stevie
Yes! Stevie Richards and Raven are back together for a match! ECW ECW ECW ECW! I thought the women’s match was the main event, but I was wrong. I apologize. Anyways, this is a cool beat down on Kurt Angle. Both men were attacking Angle straightway without having to tag in at all. This fat match ended with Kurt Angle getting the Ankle Lock and making Raven tap. Of course, Kurt Angle got a little assist from Abyss!
Post match, Desmond Wolfe hit Kurt Angle with a sick move and it was over. The night of TNA finally was done.

ECW on Scyfy 12/1/09 Results and Review Boredom Comes to ECW
Ecw on Scyfy 12/1/09 Results
Goldust defeated William Regal
Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft defeated two jobbers
Shelton Benjamin & Christian defeated Ezekiel Jackson & Kozlov
Ecw on Scyfy 12/1/09 Review
The show started with the Abraham Washington show, and it wasn’t all that great. I don’t understand why this crap continues to pollute ECW. Remember when ECW (on wwe) was pure wrestling and that they intentionally put in hardcore matches, lesser production, and what not? Oh well. Those days are past.
Goldust defeated William Regal
Goldust has been a mainstay, low carder, on this show and I have to wonder if the WWE just doesn’t see him as a good investment on the other shows. He’d feud well with anyone, and he could push that “homoerotic” thing he did with Razor Ramon back in the day. But alas, he’s getting matches with Regal. Regal started the match getting pummeled, but he managed to turn things around and get this into a more slow match. The outside drama overshadowed the in ring work, and it looks like Ezekiel Jackson is still on his way out of the trio, as Goldust was able to pin William Regal somewhat cleanly.
Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft defeated two jobbers
This match sucked. These two guys are nobodies right now, and they are a tag team. Tag teams don’t last, and without some serious competition, I don’t care.
Shelton Benjamin & Christian defeated Ezekiel Jackson & Kozlov
You can always bank on Benjamin and Christian to put on a good show, and they made this match interesting. Whether they were bumping for the big guys, or unleashing some high flying offense, those guys were pushing a good match out of the buffoons that are regal’s body guards. This match was interesting for what it was, but overall it didn’t really move forward anything too interesting. The Regal dudes managed to work together, for the most part, despite blind tags. Ezekiel Jackson, after some missteps from Kozlov, walked out on his partner and left him for dead. Benjamin and Christian won this match, and it just proves that Jackson is going to be doing things on his own.

WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Results and Review Last Day in November
WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Results
Maryse & Jillian defeated Melina & Gail Kim
Shaemus vs Santino (no contest)
Randy Orton defeated Kofi Kingston
Mark Henry defeated The Miz
Triple H defeated Chris Jericho
WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Review
Chris Jericho and Big Show opened up the show, and this week seems new to me. No, not just “new” in the sense that we are in a new week, but moreover, that we’re watching a new show altogether with different story lines. The last few weeks are thrown out the window, because now Jericho is talking about fighting Dx. I’m too tired, and this is how raw started; Jericho and Big Show talking smack.
DX came out to rectify the situation, and that to a huge ovation. Apparently if Jericho loses at the ppv, he will have to leave Raw too.
Maryse & Jillian defeated Melina & Gail Kim
Gail Kim is still employed? Lame. This match wasn’t much of a match. There were a few good parts, but overall, this match was fast paced and really didn’t offer much in the way of wrestling. Maryse picked up the win, and I guess she’s after the title, but does anyone care? I know I don’t really care.
Shaemus vs Santino (no contest)
Shaemus got on the mic, and I didn’t care. He was rambling about how he can beat John Cena or something, I don’t know. Santino then came out to confront him. Santino then was fed to the new guy, got pummeled, and there was no match? I don’t know what was going on. I know they need to build him up for Cena, but they could’ve just had him be mysterious, like Goldberg, but nope…he eventually threw Santino through a table.
We’re almost an hour into the show, and we’re going to get another match. Kofi Kingston was on his way to the ring, but was taken out by Cody Rhodes. He said he wanted to continue with the match, but out came Ted Dibiase to beat up Kofi and therefore causing this match to not even start, so we still have no major wrestling an hour in.
Randy Orton defeated Kofi Kingston
Kingston still wanted the match, so out came Orton. Orton was fighting Kingstn, at every turn, hitting him with some major moves. Kingston had no major chance here, as Orton was simply beating an already beaten man. Kingston did manage a moment of offense, but it was to no avail, Orton hit the RKO and this thing was over.
Backstage Jillian was crushed by Mark Henry after dancing, it was kind of a funny sketch.
John Cena got on the mic. He was talking and rambling, but out came Carlito! Carlito is still alive! Wow…he came out and started talking about how Cena needs to get beaten. Cena buries Carlito, who is as good as fired now.
Mark Henry defeated The Miz
The Miz put up a few shots at the world’s strongest man, but Mark Henry was just too much for the IC Champion, and one world’s strongest slam later, it was all said and done.
Triple H defeated Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho is the best heel in the business, and he’s being worked hard every week. This time around he is fighting off Triple H, and it seemed like an easy task for him, at least up to the commercial break, which he had full control of the match up. Jericho had this thing going his way after the commercial as well, and Shawn Michaels and Big Show were ringside for this one as well. Triple H turned this thing around, if only momentarily, with some big shots. Jericho, though, had this thing really going his way with some reversals, but they didn’t suffice. Big Show got up, and knocked out Triple H with a big right hand, meanwhile Shawn Michaels hit Jericho with sweet chin music! The ref then threw out the big show and shawn Michaels from ring side. Triple H got the big win after recovering from the Big Show’s knockout punch.
This match made for a match that will have Jericho fighting for his career on Raw!
This night of wrestling kind of bored me.
