NXT 8/4/10 Review
The Opening of NXT sucked. It featured a the rookies trying to impress this fat girl named Margarita...it was dumb.
Husky Harris defeated Kaval
This match was quite good for what it was. For being a rookie match, these two put on a good show, and Kaval was on point. The two were countering each others moves with relative ease. Kaval looked to have this thing won, but alas, Husky Harris put away Kaval with his finisher and this thing was over. These two are the best of NXT both season 1 and 2 in my view.
McGulicutty defeated Lucky Cannon
Another entertaining match, with some simple moves and great overall style. I liked it. I think he beat Lucky Cannon...I don't know who some of these guys are, even after watching for so long.
Alex Riley defeated Percy Watson
Riley is also a tough one and I'd peg him as #3. Watson's showmanship and funny tactics are going to leave him out. He's not growing on me any longer. He lost with some rookie mistakes.
The Miz defeated McGulicutty
The Miz didn't just roll over here, he actually took some offense, and it was interesting to see how this one would play. After some nice action, it was the Miz that went over, and rightfully so.
Overall this night of NXT wasn't halfway bad, and I actually enjoyed watching it, even with the crappy intervals and stupid opening.
