The one thing that I hate about the WWE right now is the fact that they keep starting their shows with pure talk. I’m tired of talking, I don’t care for it, and I honestly just want to see pro wrestling on my wrestling shows. I’m probably in the minority, right? Ugh.

Daniel Bryan defeated Andrade Cien Almas

The talk led to Zelina Vega and Andrade Cien Almas show up and they laid down a challenge for the couple. Bryan would then throw down with Cien Almas, and the match saw Andrade Cien Almas controlling most of the match, and it was a fast flying, frenetic affair. With the women outside of the ring, the two men took on each other with gusto, and it was quite good to see, including Cien Almas countering a lot of offense that Bryan was throwing at him. As if this was going to be any less than another win for Daniel Bryan. I won’t say that Cien Almas is buried, but come on, another loss for him? Why even bring these guys up from NXT?

After the match, we saw Brie deliver the Brie Trigger on Zelina Vega, and that was that. Zelina Vega is hot, just smoking hot. Miz and Maryse showed up and started to yap, and that led to Bryan and Brie to leave the ring and chase them down, at a random restaurant, from what I can tell.

Up next we got more talking! It was Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair getting interviewed. Ugh. I’m so tired of nonsense. Sure they talk smack, and that’s it.

Naomi defeated Peyton Royce

I think it was Peyton Royce. This was a short match and it went back and forth until the Iconics ran in and beat up Naomi after she had won the match.

More talking, and then Joe comes to the ring, and talks. This show has so much talking I went to get lunch and came back and they were still talking. Aj Styles showed up and beat him up, then we got more talking and backstage stuff. By the time the next match started, there was not much left for the show.

Rusev Day defeated Sanity and The Usos in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match

This was a substantial match, but it wasn’t long. The guys put together a good match with some nice high flying moves, and some great back and forth before Rusev eventually got the pin for his team. Lots of quick moves, lots of apron moves, elbows, and more was all you got here. It was a fun match, it just didn’t last long. Rusev would win after a Matchka Kick on Young, and that was that.

R Truth defeated The Miz

This match was short, since the show only had about 10 minutes left by the time it started. This wasn’t a half bad match, and R Truth was able to get a distraction roll up win thanks to Brie and Daniel Bryan showing up. It wasn’t bad, mind you, and the end of the show featured Brie and Bryan taking care of business, until Andrade Cien Almas and Zelina Vega showed up to help Miz and Maryse, and that was that. Another beat down ending.
