WWE Smackdown Live October 11, 2016 Review
Dolph Ziggler def. The Spirit Squad
Word on the street is that The Spirit Squad are staying in the WWE for a while. You have to remember that the guys are very young, so they have a lot of bumps to take in wrestling. As for this match, it was dumb. I don’t like a single wrestler beating a tag team, but I guess this worked. The Miz cut a great promo before, and then beat up Dolph on his way out. I hope this doesn’t lead to more matches between these guys, as I’m sick of seeing them wrestle by now.

Naomi def. Carmella
Not a great match, and you know what? It smells of “DIVAS” division.

Jimmy Uso def. Chad Gable
Boring match, nothing great here. I fell asleep.

James Ellsworth def. AJ Styles with Dean Ambrose as guest referee
Dean Ambrose finally makes the antics work as he was the guest referee for this match up. James Ellsworth is getting some great time on Smackdown, to the detriment of others, but good for him! 14 years in the business, and he is on Smackdown, pinning the champion! That’s right, he pinned Styles and will now get a title shot next week. He’ll lose, but what a rush for James Ellsworth!

Bray Wyatt & Luke Harper def. Randy Orton & Kane
Another boring match that I didn’t care about. Oh well. Kane sucks, Orton is stale, and the Wyatts don’t usually win much.
Match Rating: 1 out of 5
At the end of the day, Smackdown and Raw were weak shows. Without a ppv for about 7 weeks, Smackdown will get relegated to the B show in my book. This night was boring to me, and well, who cares, right?
