WWE Monday Night Raw March 13, 2017 Results and Review Waste of Our Time

Rollins Is Hurt? Not Likely - SRC WWE.COM
Raw came to us from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan and from what I’m told it’s the last time. The arena may be getting bulldozed or something, but whatever the case may be, last night Raw was live and in stereo. I had high hopes for the night, but what ended up being pushed through was absolute garbage. There was a lot to complain about on this Raw, and wow, what a big level of b.s. and here we go.

WWE Monday Night Raw March 13, 2017 Review

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman revealed the “Theory of WrestleMania Relativity”

I am not a fan of wrestling shows opening with guys talking. This night opened up with some absolutely tremendous b.s! Heyman came out to say that Lesnar will win at Wrestlemania. Brock Lesnar, the guy that has been punked out twice now, is going to win at Wrestlemania? I am STILL going to say that Bill Goldberg will win the match at Mania.

Sasha Banks def. Dana Brooke

This match was supposed to help Charlotte Flair. Flair told Brooke to make sure that Sasha could not continue moving forward to their match at Wrestlemania. But what happened? Brooke got beat down and lost in a fast match.

After the match, Flair was in the ring berating Brooke for losing, but Brooke turned and beat up the former women’s champion to an uproar from the crowd. I liked that!

The Brian Kendrick and Tony Nese def. Akira Tozawa and TJ Perkins

The cruiserweights once again put on a show. This was a fast paced, knock out match with some great timing. Even though Kendrick and Nese won, Perkins and Tozawa put on a great show of moves, and it was fun to watch. I really liked this match.

U.S. Champion Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn def. Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe via Disqualification

This match came after Kevin Owens did a longwinded speech about how he was going to beat Jericho. Then out came Samoa Joe and a straight up tag team match took shape. Jericho and Zayn tagged together, because they are now friends? This match ended in a disqualification, and that’s that. I guess Joe and Owens are the new hit crew? I don’t care for them, and Jericho is signaling a loss at Mania.

Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Cesaro and Sheamus ended in a No Contest

This match didn’t get going too far, as the Club Sandwich boys came out and beat up the two tag teams. Foley got mad and made a triple threat match for the titles at Mania.

Roman Reigns def. Jinder Mahal

Jinder My Balls lost. Reigns wins again, simple as that.

Shawn Michaels came out after the fact. HBK told Reigns that Undertaker is in his head, and that he better watch out. Reigns was ok here, but it was mostly a loss.

Austin Aries def. Ariya Daivari

This match was slow moving, and that was that. It was forgettable to say the least.

Big Show def. Titus O'Neil

Ugh, The BIG SLOW beat up Titus O’Neil. Lame.

Raw Women's Champion Bayley def. Nia Jax via Disqualification

Another bad match. Jax got disqualified and that’s that. She was back stage saying that she should be getting a title shot, and instead got this match, bulldozing Bayley. The same Nia Jax that couldn’t beat Sasha Banks at Fastlane is now just bulldozing Bayley, who cares.

Raw General Manager Mick Foley tried to fire Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon

And then we came to the end. Mick Foley said that Stephanie McMahon should be fired. Then Stephanie said no, and out came Triple H. Triple H came out and berated Foley. Foley was about to leave when he came out with Mr. Socko and put it into H! The crowd went nuts, and that prompted limpy Mcgee Seth Rollins. He threw away his crutch and then beat up Triple H for a minute before Triple H took the crutch and smashed Rollins across the knee and then beat him up. That was the end of Raw.

This night of 3 hours of Raw had very little wrestling. It was boring to say the least. Rollins doesn’t have a legit knee injury folks. I have one, and can say that it’s not so simple to get back into the ring like that. Whatever the case is, Raw was a boring, diluted, convoluted showcase of bad wrestling. Oh well. If you saw it, did you like it? I didn’t. I feel like it was a waste of my time.
