WWE 205 Live Review
Tajiri def. Sean Maluta
Maluta got buried. Tajiri is great, but only when working with a faster paced style. Watch his work in ECW and you’ll see how amazing he can be, and watch his latter work in WWE and he can showcase amazing elements. This wasn’t that at all. This was a slow moving match that ended with Kendrick coming out getting sprayed in the face with mist. Meh.

Jack Gallagher def. Tony Nese via Disqualification
This match didn’t go too far. Gallagher is great, but against, he has to work with great talent for this to work for him. This was a short match, and of course, it was boring. He’ll get his day in the sun, sooner, than later.

Mustafa Ali def. Noam Dar
The only cool spot here was Ali’s inversed 450 splash. Other than that, Dar worked Ali’s arm, in a slow, boring match.

Neville def. TJ Perkins
Neville buries Toe Jam Perkins, no one cared.

205 Live promises to give you a lot of action. But that’s what the show is lacking right now. It’s a boring hour of wrestling, and I’ve seen XPW shows live. The guys are talented, but WWE isn’t allowing them to work the frenetic style that made the Cruiserweight Classic so good. WCW had better options because they sold moves, they had strategy, they were great fun, these matches aren’t. These are slow moving matches with a few high spots, and boredom throughout. The crowd hates a lot of it, and I do too.
