Tony Nese and Buddy Murphy defeated The Lucha House Party
A great back and forth match to open the show, with lots of action. While the bigger guys tried to ground the Lucha Dudes, the Lucha guys were able to take on a great deal of action to the floor, to the air, and in the ring. They weren’t a match for the big guys, as eventually we got a roll up and a beat down outside to finish things off. It was a good opener, but I feel like I’ve seen every combination of these guys ever, so it’s kind of odd to see them yet again fighting.
Noam Dar defeated Sean Maluta
Noam Dar wins an easy match overall. Nothing too great here. Maluta seems to have lost weight.
Hideo Itami defeated Mustafa Ali
If there was a match of the week, then you would have to give it to this one. Hideo Itami and Mustafa Ali went to war in this match, and put on a 4 star classic if you ask me. Itami was busted wide open in the mouth, and he took Ali to the limit. The two threw everything they had against one another, and at the end of the day, Itami was able to knock out Ali with several amazing dropkicks. You would be surprised how good this match was, and if you don’t watch 205 Live, then you certainly missed out on something big here.
