WWE Smackdown Live April 19, 2017 Results and Review Don’t Hinder My Jinder

Sick Bump - src wwe.com
WWE Smackdown Live proved to me that they are the B show last night. There were so many problems that I don’t know if I have time to list them all. I know that King Ross over at Whatculture WWE is going to have a field day with the WTF moments, if he doesn’t slack off again. Whatever the case may be, let’s discuss the most terrible 3 hours (205 Live next), of my wrestling viewing this week. It’s going to be bad folks.

WWE Smackdown Live April 19, 2017 Results

Jinder Mahal defeated Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Mojo Rawley in a Six Pack Challenge
Charlotte Flair defeated Naomi in a non title match
Primo and Epico defeated American Alpha
Kevin Owens defeated Gary Gandy in a Face of America Open Challenge
Aj Styles defeated Baron Corbin via count out

WWE Smackdown Live April 19, 2017 Review

The show opened with Charlotte Flair, and her beautiful body in the ring. She demanded a title shot, in which Naomi came out to confront her. Shane McMahon scheduled a match between the two, and if Charlotte won, she would get a title shot. The two brawled afterwards, and the show begin.

Jinder Mahal defeated Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Mojo Rawley in a Six Pack Challenge

This was a fine match. Lots of action, and lots of no-selling for some reason. Luke Harper at one point takes a superkick from Dolph, no-sells it, and then buries him with a power bomb. That happened a lot in this match. Lots of finishers and lots of kicking out for no reason. Jinder eventually got the big win here, and it was because of the Bollywood Boyz helping him out. Otherwise, Zayn may have gotten the win. Jinder then cut a promo against Randy Orton, and the heel heat was coming off the television.

Charlotte Flair defeated Naomi in a non title match

Charlotte Flair buried Naomi here. Ok, maybe it wasn’t as bad as the burial that Primo and Epico threw down, but it was sad. The champion looks weak when they lose matches here. Charlotte will get a title shot for next week.

Primo and Epico defeated American Alpha

Primo and Epico buried American Alpha. They went from selling timeshares to burying younger talent. Oh well.

Kevin Owens defeated Gary Gandy in a Face of America Open Challenge

Kevin Owens beat a jobber. This is what you call a prize fighter, folks.

Aj Styles defeated Baron Corbin via count out

This was a cool match, but Aj Styles won with a count out, sending me into a frenzy of bad words in my head. This was stupid. Aj Styles doesn’t have to sneak a win out against Corbin, which makes no sense to me. Oh well, Corbin loses again.

Smackdown made no sense to me. Jinder is your new number one contender, the USOS were not featured, and well, this was just a horrendous show. This is the B show again folks, face it.
