Jimmy Wang Yang Steroids

The Cruiserweight division is being picked apart fast, and with todays announcement that Jimmy Wang Yang has been suspended for violating the wellness policy, we have one less cruiserweight in the WWE.

This sucks.

First Yang gets pummeled into submission on Smackdown and now this?

I'm not sure what everyone out there in the internet world thinks, but I know one thing: The WWE is losing talent left and right, and will continue to do so unless they start getting new talent and fast.

This is the problem with not having a lot of competition. Many wrestlers that would have made it into the WWE by now, are not making it because they are nobodies.

Now that WWE has gone public, more so than ever, they are all about sales. If a new wrestler can't sell, well...they aren't worth it.

That's beyond the point, Jimmy Wang Yang was floundering anyways, so it's not like he'll be terribly missed.

I'm not sure if he was on Steroids, Painkillers, Smoking Dope, or something else, but one thing is true...within 5 years there might not be any cruiserweights in the WWE.

Yang Making Waves

In a cruiserweight division that has seen high fliers grounded into a more mat stable wrestler. This past smackdown during the jimmy wang yang match we saw some risk taking that involved more than the WWE's traditional stance on lightweight wrestlers.

I was surprised to see that they would risk such high flying talent, even though they have been banning moves and telling their risk takers to settle down.

It's interesting to note that Yang hasn't been the star that he could've been and the WWE pushed Chavo instead. It's odd if you ask me.

Why not push more high flying moves? If Yang is getting over with this style offense, how much more can others get into the greater good of wrestling? It's a matter of talent and green lighting.

If the high fliers can get more chance to do moves of this nature, maybe the lucha guys can come over and create a new genre of American wrestling!

Or maybe I'm just hoping for too much.

Smackdown In Pictures Again

Khali is amazing. Only when he is beating up old men.

Jimmy Wang Yang is cool, he's got some great offense. Dykstra though? I'm not buying his no nonsense gimmick right now.

Matt Hardy is STILL in the midcard. This guy has talent, but if he doesn't learn how to use the mic...he's going to be stuck in the midcard forever...like Dino Bravo.

Smackdown was ok at best.
