WWE Monday Night Raw December 25, 2017 Results and Review Chicago Still Loves Punk

The ZO Train - SRC WWE dot com
The biggest thing that I recall from the start of Raw was not the people involved, but the crowd. The crowd was chanting CM Punk for the whole thing. They were going crazy with the Punk chants, and that’s something that is absolutely fun to see and hear, I’m sure. I was loving that.

Elias and Cena’s opening segment was good, and Elias is gold on the mic, if you ask me. That was a great way to open things up, and get Cena roped in, only for him to sucker punch him and start the night of wrestling.

John Cena defeated Elias

Elias took control over all of this match. Cena was behind throughout, and Elias looked like a million bucks, that is until he met John Cena’s five moves of doom. As much as you can hate on Cena, he is so crisp in the ring sometimes, and he did well to let Elias have a lot of his offense in this match, but it proves ineffective if he never loses, and well, he lost this one thanks to Cena and the crowd ate it up. I liked it, a good match, for the most part.

Hideo Itami defeated The Brian Kendrick

Itami looks like a shell of his former self. He won this match, and it was awful. I didn’t like this at all. It was boring. The Brian Kendrick’s wrestling is a bit slower, more methodical now, and it’s just not as good as when he was flying around. I get it. I get it, but Itami here just doesn’t look great. I also don’t like to hear him yelling “RESPECT ME”, which is stupid. I hate that. Stop it. I’m not going to respect someone that’s yelling at me to respect them. It’s stupid.

Absolution defeated Sasha Banks, Bayley and Mickie James

If you didn’t think that the RAW brand was the number one show for the WWE, then watch this. Absolution won again, but the Riot Squad didn’t win on Smackdown. Oh well. Anyways, this match wasn’t half bad, it had a lot of back and forth, with a beat down that would end up getting Paige over more than anything. It’s funny, Paige has 40 new videos leaked, and it seems like no one knows. Not a bad match, not a crazy good one, but it had enough gusto to work.

Kane defeated Heath Slater

He didn’t win, he buried Slater. Heath Slater and Rhyno were great. They were getting a lot of crowd response, and then what? Dead. They are gone, and buried. I didn’t like this match. There was a sign in the crowd telling Kane to go back to being mayor or something. This was abysmal.

Finn Balor defeated Curt Hawkins

Well, here we go again, another burial. Curt Hawkins buried. There’s not much else for this. It’s a burial.

Matt Hardy attacked Bray Wyatt

That’s it. Hardy showed up and beat up Bray Wyatt, that was it. Meh.

Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, and Akira Tozawa defeated Enzo Amore, Drew Gulak, and Ariya Daivari in a Miracle on 34 TH Street Fight Match

This was like watching old ECW, and it wasn’t that bad. I loved the guys dressing up and it was fun to see. However, the crowd wasn’t that into it. The ZO train loses here, and it’s a fun match to see. Lots of action, back and forth, and great hardcore rules. I had fun, I don’t know what else to say. Everyone got their stuff in by the way, good stuff. If you’re going to watch the show and want to skip a lot, don’t skip this one, it’s fun.

Samoa Joe defeated Roman Reigns by DQ

This was a good back and forth match. Roman Reigns wasn’t bad, but Joe would lose here. Lots of action here, Joe hit his moves, Reigns hit all of his moves, and eventually he ended up going too far and causing the disqualification. That was the end of the match, for the most part. Don’t skip this one either, it was a good match.

Braun Strowman defeated The Miztourage in a secret santa match

Strowman buried the Miztourage. Meh.

Asuka is In The Rumble

Asuka came out and knocked out Alexa Bliss after saying she’s in the Rumble, in broken English.

Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan defeated Cesaro and Sheamus for the WWE Tag Team Champions

This wasn’t a terrible match, mind you. It had some great moments and lots of back and forth action. The teams are great, but in the end, it was Jason Jordan and Rollins that would get the big win. Perhaps this win was because Sheamus has a legit injury. I don’t know. Either way, the show ended with Jordan winning and Rollins holding the titles high. A good way to end the night, and something to watch out for, a classic moment for Raw.

There you go, Raw goes well tonight, and it’s not grand, but it went well for the most part. Enzo almost kissed Nia Jax, The Miztourage were singing and giving away gifts, and it was a funny night. Not bad. Not great.

WWE 205 Live December 19, 2017 Results and Review Itami Sucks

Hideo Itami vs. Colin Delaney - SRC WWE DOT COM
Here we go, the hour of television that is supposed to be filled with the most action, and yet it’s boring at times, and other times it’s not even worth turning on. Well what about this night? Was this weeks’ 205 Live worth it? Let’s find out.

WWE 205 Live December 19, 2017 Results and Review

The first thing that you should know is that there were only 3 matches on this show, and little to no story line progression. There was a little, but if you missed it, you didn’t miss a whole lot.

Gran Metalik and Kalisto defeated The Brian Kendrick and Jack Gallagher via disqualification

They have turned Jack Gallagher into a nobody, and The Brian Kendrick into another moron. This match wasn’t half bad because Metalik and Kalisto are great at what they do, but the other guys kept grounding them, and trying to focus on mat wrestling. I guess that’s what the cruisewerights are known for, right? They are known for their ground, mat wrestling? These aren’t all Dean Malenko, folks. The end of the match came with a DQ and the bad guys tried to break Metalik’s leg with the metal stair case and that’s really it. Not a great match, but hey, it was something while it lasted.

Hideo Itami defeated Colin Delaney

Alright, Colin Delaney gets another paycheck. I’ll applaud that any day. However, this match was horrendous. Hideo Itami kept asking for the crowd to respect him, and I just wanted to boo him more. He did the Go To Sleep and then went to social media and asked for respect of his move, and not Punk. Whatever, the guy is bland and he sucks, beating up a jobber on 205 live is not a way to introduce this guy, I’m sorry. Yes, I know who Kenta is, and yes, he’s got more charisma as Kenta than he does as this new guy for WWE. (they are the same person)

Cedric Alexander defeated Drew Gulak

Well, this was a hard hitting match, but Gulak wasn’t to win. He got distracted by getting on the top rope and then was thrown off. That’s it. The end of the match, and nothing major to see here. If you missed this, it wasn’t anything that good. Gulak is good in ring, but he is being throw into a tired feud with Alexander, and I already miss Rich Swann.

Overall, 205 Live was not a great show. It was ok at best, and while the WWE is trying here, they are going to end up eliminating this show, I can feel it. I don’t think anyone cares that much, and honestly, the same few guys every week makes this as bad as Ras and Smackdown. The Cruiserweight Classic was great because it had a lot of different characters and wrestlers, this doesn’t. This has the same old BS that other WWE programming has, and it’s starting to wear thin.

WWE Smackdown Live December 19, 2017 Results and Review No Time For The 10

Aj Styles Throwing Down - SRC WWE dot com
I’m tired of WWE, I’ll admit it. This is especially true because there are a lot of people on the roster that seem to not have any moments on the show. For instance, where’s Tye Dillinger? Where’s Breezango? Oh well. Here’s what went down on Smackdown this week.

WWE Smackdown Live December 19, 2017 Results and Review

Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan Talk

There was a time when Shane said that Smackdown wasn’t going to be about the McMahon family, and well here we go, another opening where he is the center point of Smackdown. Lame.

Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable defeated The Usos

I was surprised by this match. I didn’t realize that The Usos would get a loss here, but Shelton and Gable found a rhythm and blocked a lot of the Usos offense. I loved how well they are working together, and found a way to win, even when the champions seemed to have things in the bag. Gable and Benjamin won with a great finisher, and that’s that. Oh, and this was a non-title match.

Charlotte Flair and Naomi defeated Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan

Well, that’s the end of that. The Riott Squad were supposed to be a dominant force and guess what? They lost here. So I guess they aren’t that much of a threat? Logic gets thrown out the window here, so that’s the end for me. They aren’t very good if they can’t win. Imagine if the NWO lost all of their matches.

Dolph Ziggler quits.

I sure hope this is true.

The New Day defeated Rusev and Aiden English

50/50 booking, right? The New Day wins this match, and they were all dressed up for this one. It was ok I guess, but honestly, I’m tired of this form of booking, and people just phoning it in.

Aj Styles, Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jinder Mahal, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn

Well, here you go, a six man tag, as though Teddy Long was booking. I’m so tired of seeing these six people, and honestly, am tired of the same old stuff on Smackdown. I guess this was ok, wrestling wise it worked, but honestly, the good guys always win, and that’s really the big deal here. I mean, they win to further what story line? Jinder Mahal is buried here, the Kevin Owens and Zayn things continues, but I’m so over it.

Well there you go, the end of the line for Smackdown. There was some good wrestling in the tag division, and the women put on a good show too. But there was a lot of things missing, including the Bludgeon Brothers, Bobby Roode, and so many others. Oh well.

WWE Monday Night Raw December 18, 2017 Results and Review The Dumpster Fires of All Dumpsters

Alex Wright > Finn Balor
I’m not sure how to even frame this positively. I guess I can see it in a positive light, but it’s hard for me to do so. The reason being is simple, it’s very difficult to be a long time fan and not ask questions about what is going on. I guess I’ll just talk about the HULU version because hey, that’s what I have to watch these days.

WWE Monday Night Raw December 18, 2017 Results and Review

Kurt Angle comes out, and out come Kane and Braun Strowman, and that forces Angle to announce that the two of them will face Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble for the title. I do not want to see this at all. Absolutely, do not want to see anything with these three. I can’t wait for Lesnar to escape for another win, and then get paid more than any other champion on the roster, and work less dates than everyone else. I’m tired of Lesnar, it’s that simple.

Seth Rollins defeated Jason Jordan

Why? Just why does Jason Jordan get so much time to lose? Seth Rollins takes him on and wants Samoa Joe too, and well, he first beats Jordan in a competitive match, and then Rollins would get the win. This isn’t a bad match, but it’s not that great. It has the same spots you’d expect, but I feel like I’ve seen so much Jason Jordan losses, that it just gets boring for me.

Finn Balor and Hideo Itami defeated The Miztourage

Finn Balor started with fighting The Miztourage, and it wasn’t that great. He was having a hard time with the two, and out came Hideo Itami and that set up a Straight up Tag team Match Playa! The match had Balor getting beat up a lot, and it was awful. Balor was getting beat up and beat up, and then got the tag for Itami and that was the end. He tore through the jobbers and that’s the end of that. I don’t see the big deal with this guy, at least not in WWE.

Cedric Alexander defeated Drew Gulak to earn the right to challenge Enzo Amore

This was not shown on HULU.

Asuka defeated Alicia Fox

This was not shown on HULU

The Bar and Samoa Joe defeated Ambrose, Rollins, and Jason Jordan

This was not a great match, and since Ambrose is injured, Jordan and Rollins already had a match earlier, this was not going to be good. It was mediocre at best, and had a lot of great elements, as the teams are good to work with the teams. This is not a terrible match, mind you, but I feel like I’ve seen this so many times it was just boring to me.

Matt Hardy did a promo.

This was not shown on HULU

The Revival defeated Heath Slater and Rhyno

This was not shown on HULU

Elias is in the 2018 Rumble.

Meh

Stephanie McMahon Announcement

What can I say? McMahon came out and said there will be a women’s Royal Rumble match. I didn’t care. Are there even 30 women on the roster? Ugh. Ok well, good for them?

Raw had so little wrestling that I took a nap immediately afterward. This was a dumpster fire of Raw, and reminded me of WCW Thunder.

WWE Clash of Champions 2017 Results and Review

Charlotte Flair is A Pure Queen - Source WWE dot com
WWE Clash of Champions is the last pay per view event in 2017 and it was live from Boston. I was planning on going, but got sick, and decided against it. That makes another year that I didn’t go to see WWE live in person, and that is just something that happens, what can I say? Life gets in the way as you get older. The show was smooth, and I only drank one beer through this one, although I did have a lot of pizza, which I shouldn’t have, but it’s the holidays.

WWE Clash of Champions 2017 Results and Review

Mojo Rawley defeated Zack Ryder

This was a brawl where Mojo just beat down Zack Ryder until he pinned him. It was a one sided affair for the most part, and Mojo was hitting absolutely harder than Ryder was. A good starter, and a nice opening for Mojo to get through.

Dolph ZIggler defeated Baron Corbin, and Bobby Roode for the United States Championship

Here you go, a nice round of expertise, with a lot of action, and great back and forth. Roode had a great deal of fighting, Corbin was able to reverse things here and there, but it was Ziggler that was able to pull off a big victory here. Ziggler was on fire throughout, but Roode and Corbin put on a few great moments too. I was surprised how good Corbin looked here, and of course I didn’t call Ziggler winning.

The Usos defeated The New Day, Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin, and Rusev with Aiden English in a Fatal 4-Way

This was an all out brawl with a lot of action, and some impressive elements. Chad Gable did an incredible job, and reminded me of Chris Benoit. He was pulling through some amazing suplexes on everyone! I was impressed, I just can’t say enough about him. The Usos are on fire, and I wish they would fight The Young Bucks, they are that good, and they need more competition.

Charlotte Flair defeated Natalya in a Lumberjack Match

This wasn’t great, it was awkward, and it was boring. Flair did her usual spots, and Natalya had a few moments, but it was far from a great showing for the two. I didn’t like the match, and the lumberjacks didn’t add much to it. Flair wins, and afterwards Natalya starts crying.

Bludgeon Brothers defeated Breezango

This was a fast match, and it was pretty much a burial. There’s not much to say about this.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton

This was an awkward, wrestlecrap showcase of tom foolery. Why? Because Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon were the in ring referees! After some screw jobs by Shane, and after a few moments where Bryan was pushed over at one point, a fast count won the match for Owens and Zayn, and that’s that. It was nice while it lasted, but this was just odd to watch. It was like a carnie type of show.

Aj Styles defeated Jinder Mahal in the WWF Championship

Here we go, the title match to end all title matches. This featured the modern day maharaja, and well, Jinder Mahal put on a show beating down Aj Styles for a great push through the match. It wasn’t that bad, it wasn’t terrible, and well it ended with Aj Styles winning big, and that’s it.

The show was ended nicely, and I went to bed. It’s not a memorable thing, I just didn’t care. I just didn’t care, so that’s the end of that. Where was Tye Dillinger? So much for being the perfect 10.

WWE NXT December 13, 2017 Results and Review A Stand Out of Wrestling Purity

Aleister Black Wins Again - SRC WWE dot com
If you like pure wrestling, kind of like WCW Saturday Night, then you’ll like this night of NXT. I loved the showcase, but there were some sour points too. Let’s discuss it.

WWE NXT December 13, 2017 Results and Review

Andrade Cien Almas defeated Fabian Aichner

Aichner took to the skies and surprised Almas, which was interesting. Even though the champ was shocked, he was able to get back into form and won the match with his finisher. Not a bad match, mind you, but it was quick and lacked psychology. AIchner has a long way to go, but here he wasn’t half bad.

Ember Moon defeated Peyton Royce

This wasn’t that great. It was ok. Ember Moon needs better competition than Royce, which is still looking a bit too “diva” like if you ask me. Another quality match, but it wasn’t great because it was so short.

The Authors of Pain defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch

This was a fast paced match with The Authors of Pain turning things around after an initial beat down from the foreign team. They would eventually throw down the gauntlet and put in their finisher before getting the pinfall victory.

Aleister Black defeated Adam Cole

Adam Cole BABY! That’s what Adam kept pushing what his name was, and it wasn’t half bad. I liked it, I popped for it, and well Black wasn’t having it. Black is incredibly skilled at Martial Arts, and can throw it into the match very well. Cole uniquely avoided a few things, but eventually succumb to Black throwing in some great kicks and counters. This eventually ended with Black hitting his big kick and boom, Cole goes down and that’s the end of the match.

NXT may only have been 45 minutes, but it seemed so much fun, and a lot better than 205 Live. I liked this night, but mainly the main event. I can’t wait to see Black as champion.

WWE 205 Live Results and Review December 12, 2017 The Enzo Show Continues

WWE 205 Live Is Tired - SRC WWE Dot Com
I swear there’s more people in the Cruiserweight Classic than the WWE signed, and that’s obvious. But the shows that 205 Live keeps putting out seem to have a very specific amount of characters and it’s somewhat boring at times. Case in point tonight, another boring show with the same cast, and well, I saw it and I’ll review it.

WWE 205 Live Results and Review December 12, 2017 Results and Review

Cedric Alexander defeated Ariya Daivari

This wasn’t half bad, as I enjoy watching Cedric Alexander work. Ariya Daivari was selling bruised ribs. Drew Gulak was outside the ring with a megaphone telling Daivari what to do, but it wasn’t enough, Alexander would win big.

Kalisto defeated Jack Gallagher

This was a wasted match, Kalisto won but most of the match was Jack Gallagher beating down Kalisto. After he won, The Brian Kendrick showed up to beat up Kalisto but that prompted Gran Metalik to come out and beat up the bad guys. Not a good match at all, but hey maybe we’ll get a tag team match.

Tony Nese defeated Enzo Amore via DQ

This was awful. Just awful. Enzo jib jabbed and then got disqualified when the Zo Train attacked Nese. Then the guys forced Gulak to come in and beat up Nese, and that was that. Nothing big here, just a beat down.

This was a wasted hour of action, simple as that.

WWE Smackdown December 12, 2017 Results and Review Daniel Bryan Returns

Daniel Bryan Returns To The Ring on Smackdown 2017 - SRC WWE DOT COM
Daniel Bryan has returned to the ring! That’s right folks, you’re reading this correctly, Daniel Bryan was back in the ring for WWE and here’s what went down on this night of Smackdown Live from Cincinnati Ohio.

WWE Smackdown December 12, 2017 Results and Review

The opening of the show had Aj Styles talking to the Singh Brothers. The Brothers came out and said that they were behind Styles and not Jinder Mahal. Styles didn’t believe it, and out came Jinder Mahal! Jinder Mahal and the Singh Brothers tried to put the boots to Styles, and that opened the show. The Modern Day Maharaja still has fuel in the tank, and he may be the next big thing going into Clash of Champions.

Charlotte defeated Ruby Riott via DQ

This is a boring event for the most part. Ruby Riott is from my area so she’s automatically awesome in my book. This match ended when Riott’s cronies came in and helped Ruby out. Out came Naomi to help, and the backstage area cleared out. Oh, Natalya was on color commentary. This isn’t half bad.

Dolph Ziggler defeated Baron Corbin via DQ

I went to take out the trash during this and missed the whole match.

Bludgeon Brothers defeated Colin Delaney and Joe Monroe

The Bludgeon Brothers buried these two jobbers.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn tried to occupy Smackdown. This was a segment that involved no wrestling really. I didn’t care about it.

Rusev and Aiden English defeated The Usos

The Usos have been booked like chumps lately. They lose to Rusev and Aiden English, which is absolutely horrendous. This is a bad showcase for The Usos, but Rusev and Aiden was great here with a fast paced tag element, and good moments. The two are great at what they do, and I had a good deal of fun.

Kevin Owens defeated Shinsuke Nakamura

This wasn’t their best match, but it was decent for a television main event. The real story here is not so much these two, but what happened during the match. The referee got knocked out and so Daniel Bryan took the ref shirt off the ref, and put it on, getting into the ring! That’s right, Daniel Bryan jumped into the ring and the crowd went nuts where he counted the 3 count for Kevin Owens! That’s right, Daniel Bryan is back in the ring!

Oh, one thing that I missed was that Aj Styles got beat down by Jinder Mahal backstage.

Now, Smackdown wasn’t half bad, but it wasn’t great either. It was ok at best, with a lot of filler that made the show seem a lot longer than it was. Not a bad night, but not a great one either.

WWE Monday Night Raw December 11, 2017 Results and Review The Same Old Stuff

Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro WWE Raw - Source WWE dot com
If you watch the HULU version of Monday Night Raw, then you know that the good stuff isn’t that good, but at least it wasn’t 9 hours long. Ok, it’s supposed to be 3 hours long, but honestly, the WWE wastes a lot of time with what they are doing. Whatever the case may be, you’ll find that this is a show that has hits and misses, but mostly misses.

WWE Monday Night Raw December 11, 2017 Results and Review

The opening had Samoa Joe cutting a great promo and calling out Roman Reigns. That brought out the rest of the shield, but only after The Bar showed up to help Joe beat up Roman. This took forever it seemed.

Paige and Mandy Rose defeated Bayley and Mickie James

This wasn’t a bad match, but the timing was off at several times. Paige is actually really good, and Many Rose is fine. Mickie James made this match awesome, as her timing is great, but Bayley had a few points where it just didn’t seem like she knew how to work or what she was doing. I was so focused on what she was and wasn’t doing, that I ended up having to hate this math. Paige is still fluid, and Rose was good in ring, but Bayley seemed a little lost, but oh well. This match was decent, especially for a television match.

Woken Matty Hardy and Bray Wyatt Did a Promo

This was boring. It seemed too manufactured.

Finn Balor defeated Curtis Axel

This was not shown on HULU.

Seth Rollins defeated Sheamus

This was a decent match, and despite Sheamus having a neck injury, he was bumping like he felt fine. Rollins did his normal push, but Sheamus was right there with him to counter attacks. Despite a flurry of offense from Sheamus, Rollins was able to get the big win, and it was entertaining to see. This match was good, but I’m honestly tired of seeing these teams wrestling one on one moving forward to a tag team title match.

Cedric Alexander defeated Mustafa Ali, Tony Nese, and Ariya Daivari

Since Rich Swann was arrested and suspended, here comes Cedric Alexander. This wasn’t shown on HULU.

Roman Reigns defeated Cesaro

Cesaro got an intercontinental championship match, and it was good. Cesaro is one of the best wrestlers in the world and it showed. Roman Reigns tried to keep up but it seemed as though Cesaro was one step ahead of him throughout, including blocking the Superman punch, the driveby, and many other moves that Reigns through at him. A great match with a terrible spear ending and Reigns coming out on top.

Absolution Attacked Asuka

This was just a beat down, nothing more. Asuka did manage to clear a few of the girls, but wasn’t able to get the upper hand without help.

Samoa Joe defeated Dean Ambrose

This was not shown on HULU.

Braun Strowman vs. Kane ended in a double count-out

I do not want to see Kane wrestle any longer. Strowman had to sell his offense, and Kane didn’t seem dominant! He kept cowering at times, and it just made Strowman look stronger, while making Kane look like an idiot. The match ended in a double count-out when Strowman speared Kane through the ringside barrier. Then a table was setup in ring and Strowman drilled Kane through it, but it was too little too late.

That was Raw. For a roster that is so full, I feel like we see the same thing over and over again. I guess that’s just the case for WWE today.

WWE Smackdown Live December 5, 2017 Results and Review

Tamina vs Charlotte Flair - SRC wwe dot com
The showcase of the immortals was in San Diego, and it wasn’t that fun to watch, unless you loved the teams and random action. I thought the show flowed well, but there is definitely a lackluster element to this week’s show. However, I did like a few things here and there. Once again, I’m reviewing the HULU version, since I’m on the road in Las Vegas.

WWE Smackdown Live December 5, 2017 Results and Review

The starting line of the show was Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn going to the ring and cutting a promo, only to get Randy Orton to show up and hit Owens with an RKO, out of nowhere. That led to Shane McMahon showing up and talking about the show, and the match that will take place in the main event. We’ll go forward.

Rusev and Aiden English defeated The New Day

The New Day came out throwing around pancakes into the crowd, I kid you not. They were throwing pancakes out, and it wasn’t half bad. The match was ok, it wasn’t incredible, but it didn’t suck either. Rusev and Aiden English did manage to fight a better option than the New Day and would even get a nice win for their trouble. They will be added to the Tag Team title match at the next PPV, so it will be quite interesting overall to see how everything goes down.

Bobby Roode defeated Baron Corbin via DQ

This was a lousy match, and I didn’t like it at all. Roode was going through simple motions, but it was Dolph Ziggler that interfered and caused the match to get thrown out. The match was ok, the guys are good in singles matches sometimes, but this was obviously just to setup a triple threat match for the PPV. I’m sure the match will be good, but you’ll probably see Ziggler lose again, as per usual.

The Bludgeon Brothers defeated Adam James and Josh Carr

This was a burial of two jobbers. Nothing else.

Charlotte Flair defeated Tamina

The commentary team kept saying that Tamina was the strongest woman in the WWE, and well, she wasn’t. Charlotte Flair got the win here, and that’s really all you need to know. It was a boring match to say the least.

Randy Orton defeated Sami Zayn

Kevin Owens was handcuffed at ringside. It was funny to see him squirm for the most part, and well it seemed like he wasn’t going to be there for long. He kept fighting it, but eventually had to or he’d be suspended. Well, eventually Zayn brought out some wire cutters and that prompted Owens to get free, and help Zayn, only for Orton to get the upper hand anyways, and get the big win. Orton would win, Zayn would lose, and that was that.

After the match, they announced that Shane McMahon would be the special guest referee for a tag match which would feature Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton versus Owens and Zayn, and if the duo didn’t win, they’d be fired.

That was a result of Shinsuke Nakamura running down to the ring and saving Orton from a beat down.

Overall, not a great night of wrestling, but not the worst night either. It was a quick show, and it ended well enough, but I feel like there’s so many other talents on the roster that you don’t see, like the Perfect 10? What about Mike Kinellis? Where’s Everyone else?

WWE Monday Night Raw December 4, 2017 Results and Review The Dumpster Fire Keeps Burning

Asuka Looking Great - Source WWE dot com
Once again, I am reviewing the HULU version of Monday Night Raw, mainly because I’m on the road in Las Vegas. The night of Wrestling was edited down into 90 minutes of action, and well, here we go, my take on how it all worked out.

WWE Monday Night Raw December 4, 2017 Results and Review

I honestly forget how the show opened. It was mainly talking. Roman Reigns and Jason Jordan were slack jawing about the Intercontinental Title, and how Jordan wants a shot and asks his dad to give him a shot, and Angle obliges. But not until Samoa Joe comes out to challenge, and that prompts a Reigns beat down from Jordan, and what not.

Roman Reigns defeated Jason Jordan

Here we go, not a bad match for Jason Jordan. Jordan fights a 20 minute or so battle with Reigns, who has recently said he was the best wrestler in the entire world. Reigns put the boots to Jordan, but Jason Jordan was dropping a lot of suplexes, dropkicks, and running through the paces of a good match. This wasn’t half bad, it was a fun showcase of stellar wrestling, and some good moments, even though the crowd was booing the crap out of Jordan at some points.

Paige defeated Sasha Banks

Paige actually put on a good match with Banks. The Boss couldn’t handle the onslaught that Paige and her cronies brought, and eventually led to a brawl outside and then Banks beat down Banks finishing her off for the 3 count and her finisher.

Drew Gulak defeated Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, and Tony Nesese

This was not shown on HULU

Braun Strowman attacked Elias

Elias wanted a match, and Braun came out to answer, only to beat up Elias, and the match never really started.

Asuka defeated Alicia Fox

This went a lot longer than the last time Asuka fought. Alicia Fox was able to fight a great deal, but in the end it was Asuka that would get the win. I was surprised by how long it took Asuka to win this match, it took her way longer than I would’ve thought, and it was kind of interesting to see how she went through the motions.

Finn Balor defeated Bo Dallas

This was not shown on HULU

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt Did Dueling Promos

Matt Hardy is now Awoken, and he’s in full Broken or rather Woken mode. It’s going to be interesting to see how he can pin Wyatt, because you know Wyatt loses every time.

Cesaro and Sheamus defeated Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins

The main event was for the Raw tag team titles, and it was interesting to see how it all went down. The two teams work really well, and were able to gain the upper hand on each other left and right. However, Cesaro and Sheamus did get a big win with the help of Samoa Joe, and they retained the titles, in one hell of a main event in Los Angeles.

Raw wasn’t half bad. But let’s be honest. There was no Universal Champion, Reigns and Jordan were getting booed, the main event was good, and the rest of the show was just a lot of fluff if you ask me. Not exactly a great one, but not the worst one I’ve ever seen either.
