WWE Monday Night Raw March 6, 2017 Review

The opening of the show had Jericho getting a super ovation, then Kevin Owens coming out to cut a promo. That led to Samoa Joe coming out to beat up Jericho and Kevin Owens to join in. Sami Zayn ran into save the day, and that set up the matches for this show.

Kevin Owens def. Sami Zayn

Remember when WWE was talking about Owens and Zayn would only have one last match and never again? Nope. They lied. They lied about it, and well here you go. Owens and Zayn one more time in a 5 minute match where the fat man wins. Not a bad match, but not that good either.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville def. Rich Swann

These two put on the best match of the night. Swann and Neville are absolutely great here. I loved it. The two put on an entertaining match, even though the WWE shoved 2 commercials in between the match and only let them go for about 5 minutes tops.

Brock Lesnar confronted Universal Champion Goldberg

Goldberg got an F5 and that was that. Ok. I still hope for Goldberg to squash Lesnar again.

Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson def. Enzo Amore and Big Cass via Disqualification

This match was interesting at first glance, but of course it got all messed up. This ended with a disqualification because Cesaro and Sheamus showed up and got coffee spilled on them. Oh well. This sets up a match next week for Enzo and Cass against The Club Sandwich Boys.

Akira Tozawa def. Ariya Daivari

A fast match with Tozawa yelling. This wasn’t that great.

The New Day def. The Shining Stars

The Shining Stars again buried. Why even have a tag team from Puerto Rico if you’re just going to bury them?

Sasha Banks def. Raw Women's Champion Bayley to make the Raw Women’s Championship Match a Triple Threat at WrestleMania

Sasha Banks beat Bayley to get into a triple threat match at Mania. Oh swell, another one of these. Banks is on a roll, no sign of Nia Jax though! What the hell?

Triple H addressed Seth Rollins' rehabilitation

Seth Rollins looking good. Triple H mocking CM Punk’s lawsuit.

Samoa Joe def. U.S. Champion Chris Jericho via Count-out

A boring match with a count out finish, that’s the end of wrestling on this night of Raw.

Roman Reigns confronted The Undertaker

The Undertaker came down and got in the face of Reigns. Old man vs. New Guy? Look for Reigns to win against Taker at Mania.

This night on Raw, a lot of questions were not answered. The continuity is thrown out. The matches were short, and we are on the way to Wrestlemania in a mine cart in the dark. I hope things go well, we will all watch it. Lots of people are mad right now online. I’m not. But wow, what a waste of stories from Fastlane moving into Raw. The CM Punk chants were cool in Chicago, I wish he would show up. I didn’t like Raw, it was boring.
