The Bella Twins defeated Alicia Fox & Jillian
Kofi Kingston defeated Jack Swagger via dq
WWE SUperstars 9/30/10 Review
Well, look at what we have here, more WWE programming. I'm finally getting over this head cold I had. I still have no job, still have no leads, and am 2 weeks away from getting welfare and food stamps, but at least I can enjoy some fine wrestling programming...right right? Anybody?
FYI, i'm looking for a "news" guy. Email me at sirjorge AT gmail dot com. You won't get paid, I don't get paid, but you'll be able to post your thoughts on news. Let me know if you're interested.
The Bella Twins defeated Alicia Fox & Jillian
This is not the best way to start Superstars. The Bella Twins haven't been good in a long time, and well, the other divas? Not good at all. I really really miss the old TNA knockouts, when they actually wrestled. Just so you know how this match went, within 3 seconds of the bell ringing, there was a botch. The Bellas win...and it was stupid. This match lasted a lot longer than the average divas match, but it didn't really matter, it was boring.
The second segment of the show was the FULL VERSION of Randy Orton vs Chris Jericho from Monday Night Raw. THis is stupid. I already saw it....waste of time.
Kofi Kingston defeated Jack Swagger via dq
This match was given a lot of time, but that isn't necessarily a good thing. These two are capable of a quality match, but this wasn't one of those nights. Swagger eventually lost for not letting go of Kofi's leg with the ankle lock. Kofi continues his downward spiral, that's for sure.
Overall, this show sucked. Superstars can have some major hits, but this night it was all misses. I didn't like it at all, and didn't care for anything that happened on the show. Swagger's post match beatdown of Kofi was ok I guess...but I didn't care.

WWE Superstars 9/09/10 Review
R Truth defeated William Regal
When's the last time William Regal was a real threat? Regal got beat up here corner to corner, and while he did have some offense, this was mostly Truth's match. After a nice counter towards the end of the match, R Truth rolled up Regal and wont his match clean. Regal needs to hang it up, since he is not being used anywhere near main event status.
Goldust & Gail Kim defeated Primo & Jillian
Probably one of the best mix-tag matches I've ever seen. This match was just well timed, and got the crowd into the match up, and while there wasn't anything amazing in terms of wrestling, it did manage to keep my interest with fast paced moves, counters, and real wrestling. It's about time we see some quality work from a mix-tag. Too bad it's on a show no one is watching.
The Dudebusters defeated Archer & Hawkins
This match sucked. I'm sick of these 2 non-teams, but I ugess they'll eventually get a title shot...only to lose.
Big Show defeated Luke Gallows
Luke Gallows put on an ok offensive match, but it was BIG SHOW that went over. After a huge punch, Gallows was out cold yet again. The straightedge society is crumbling, and I'm not sure where these guys will fit in next.

The Miz defeated John Cena via dq
Kozlov & Santino defeated The USOS
Randy Orton defeated John MOrrison & Ted Dibiase Jr.
Sheamus defeated Zack Ryder
WWE Monday Night Raw 8/23/10 Review
I almost forgot that there was raw on, but I managed to check it out and this is what I thought of it...
Sheamus came out and ranted, and I didn't care. Michael Cole got on the computer and it was weird. A throne was put out and Sheamus was going to sit in it...what the heck? Stupid.
Edge defeated R Truth
Not the most technical match in the world, and not exactly a four star thriller either. This match was ok at best. I liked it for what it was, but I didn't believe it was worth much more than the time given. Truth put in some good offense and was fast on the counters, but Edge hit a short spear to win this one clean. Truth goes down without much recourse.
Chris Jericho defeated The Great Khali
Khali was looking very dominant in this match up and Jericho fight to get some offense in, but it was not boding well for the former champion. Eventually Khali made a mistake and Jericho put the Walls of Jericho on and Khali tapped. Not a terrible match, and actually a cool one to see...I guess, yes, I liked it. Jericho wins via submission.
Melina defeated Jillian
I didn't care about this match, and neither did you. Melina sucks, I hate the divas, I hate women's wrestling in the wwe.
Laycool was on the screen and they started talking and what not. I'm already tired....ugh.
The Miz defeated John Cena via dq
The Miz wasn't just laying down on this match. Cena wasn't exactly dominant but he wasn't getting an easy win on this one. Miz was completely taking it to Cena and was nearly victorious with the SKull Crushing Finale, but it just wasn't there for him. Cena eventually got the STFU and I thought this was over. Apparently, Michael Cole thought this was the greatest match ever, but this match had a lot of set up and slow moments, before Miz could hit counters on a very tired looking John Cena. Late in the match Daniel Bryan ran down and hit the Miz and threw him back in. John Cena hit the attitude adjustment and told Bryan to get in and handle his problems.
Post match The Miz got put into the Cattle Mutilation and MIZ was tapping out like a drunk man. It took 4 officials to break up the move. The Miz was completely taken out. I hate Michael Cole's commentary, I hate Michael Cole...gosh.
Kozlov & Santino defeated The USOS
This was a glorified jobber match. The only story that this match had was Tamina getting with Santino after the match, that's about it. The Usos are on their way out...screw em. The tag division is so depleted...ugh...I hate the tag division or lack there of.
Randy Orton defeated John MOrrison & Ted Dibiase Jr.
Randy Orton's super ORTOn character is not nearly as bad as Cena's yet. Speaking of Orton, I was watching these highlights of DDP and you know what? I see parallels! If Orton could only get on the mic as good as DDP, I think that the RKO and the Diamond Cutter can be the best finisher in wrestling. The best move here was the RKO that Orton hit off of John Morrison jumping off the top ropes! I loved it. It wasn't as good as Evan Bourne, but yes, it was really dang good. If you blinked you missed it.
Sheamus was going to pick his next opponent, and he picked....ZACK RYDER! Yep. ZACK RYDER!
Sheamus defeated Zack Ryder
IF Ryder would've won the title, he would've become instant FACE. But nope. Sheamus beat him with a Bro Kick or whatever...stupid ending stupid match. Sheamus won...what a joke of a match.
The general manager emailed as Sheamus and Wade Barrett were in the ring arguing about crap. Sheamus will now defend against Wade at night of champions...alongside 4 other guys too.
I'm tired.
I'm sick of Super Cena, tired of stupid Sheamus...tired of Nexus...tired of this stale programming.
Wade was surrounded by the 6 other opponents, and that was kind of interesting, they all beat him down together. Wade took a beating which was awesome...but I'm still sick of Super Cena. The guys all hit their finishers with Orton looking strongest with an RKO.
Orton is shooting up and this is great...if only he could talk! Not a terrible Raw, but far from best.

WWE Superstars 7/15/10 Results
Chavo Guerrero defeated JTG
Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer defeated Jobbers
The Bella Twins defeated Jillian & Maryse
Chris Jericho defeated Yoshi Tatsu
WWE Superstars 7/15/10 Review
I remember wanting to get up early on weekends to watch cartoons then eat sugary cereal and then watch WWF Challenge or WWF Superstars at noon on regular television. The latest incarnation of Superstars really is somewhat like that, only in that it shares the name and style. The show is just wrestling, and not a whole lot of storyline, which isn't too bad, but it lacks the enthusiasm that the other shows had. I for one, am not as enthused each Thursday to watch and review 3 hours of wrestling, but I somehow continue to do so, and sometimes, I wonder why. Here are my thoughts on Superstars for this week.
Chavo Guerrero defeated JTG
JTG is way over in comparison to Shad Gaspar. Remember, it was Shad's time? Yeah, well JTG seemed to have the gimmick and the legs to continue being featured on WWE tv. This match seemed odd, two lower card guys opening television? I guess. I like Chavo, but no one else seems to like him, and he's still pushing that “Chavito Heat” type of gimmick. It only worked because of his Uncle Eddie, and he needs an update. JTG and Chavo exchanged momentum in this match up, and both men had unique points of interest, and I wasn't sure who'd actually win this one. I could make arguments for each man winning, but after some botches and some obvious “light hits” it seemed obvious to me that Chavo had the upper hand. Chavo ended up winning with the Frog Splash and that was that.
Not exactly a great match, but I guess it's nice to see Chavo getting a win, even if the fan fare was chimed in during post production.
Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer defeated Jobbers
This was stupid, and while I loved the classic jobbers from yesteryear in WCW and WWF, I don't care for them anymore. The jobbers got beat up and that was that. Hawkins and Archer is the worst team in WWE right now, and this match made me care even less about them. Your typical jobber match, that's about it.
The Bella Twins defeated Jillian & Maryse
This match sucked. The divas are the worst example of women's wrestling ever. The match had a lot of Blonde action, with both Maryse and Jillian taking control of the Bellas at different points in this match up. The Twins switched places during the match, a roll up worked and the Bellas win another match up. This was boring, and really only further proves that the divas suck. A funny moment in the match was when Jillian and Maryse tried to do the switch.
Chris Jericho defeated Yoshi Tatsu
Yoshi gave Chris Jericho a good fight, and the contrast of styles was definitely working towards making this match a great main event for Superstars. The match had Tatsu looking strong throughout and when he almost got to the ropes during the Walls of Jericho, I thought for sure this match would have Jericho once again losing. Tatsu kept in there and looking like he was going to win this one, but nope, the veteran managed to get the submission win and that was that. Jericho wins a very competitive and dare I say, entertaining main event match.
Superstars was actually good this week. No, not great, but the main event and opening matches were well enough that I actually was entertained.

WWE Superstars 7/8/10 Results
Yoshi Tatsu & Gail Kim defeated Primo & Jillian
Zack Ryder defeated Goldust
Laycool defeated Kelly Kelly & Tiffany
WWE Superstars 7/8/10 Review
First and foremost, I want to give a huge shout out to Shane Simmons and all the rest of you that emailed me reviews for my “guest blogger” program I was going to be running. While I had a lot of great entries and emails, I have worked out a quick deal that has allowed me to watch Superstars on WGN America! Oh and NO, it's not the Youtube channel, although that's another option I guess.
Thanks again to all that tried out, but I'm going to be taking over the reviews now...if I get tired or need a replacement, I'll make sure to get you guys to help, thanks again.
The Bella Twins started the show as the guest referees, and they were quite hot! Wow!
Yoshi Tatsu & Gail Kim defeated Primo & Jillian
This match actually had some wrestling in it! Yeah, I can't believe that they let Gail Kim and Jillian actually put on some quick wrestling. Evil primo looks weird, and Tatsu's character has definitely run its course by this point, hasn't it? Gail Kim mixed it up with Primo, if only for a quick high spot. Despite reports of the “knife edge chop” being banned, Yoshi was all over Primo with them, prompting the fans to go “WOOOO!”. This match was a bit entertaining, if only for a little male curiosity, considering the Bellas were nearly naked in this match up, and their bottoms couldn't get any tighter. Jillian and Gail Kim put on the best women's wrestling in WWE so far this year, and it's a shame their being put on a secondary show like this. The “double clothesline” was probably the best thing I remember from the match, as it set up a good ending sequence. Jillian attacked one the ref's, and that's when Gail Kim rolled up Jillian and got a fast count. Not a terrible match, but it was more eye candy than anything else, especially with the Bella Twins.
Zack Ryder defeated Goldust
I'm glad to see that Goldust is getting a chance to wrestle, even if it's on a third rate show. He's fast, and he is in shape, far better than his debut way back when. I'm surprised the writers don't give him more credibility, and maybe even bring back Marlena. Ryder put on a fight, and didn't just go down easily, but was able to counter after a lot of abuse and get back in the match. I liked the offense from Goldust, and despite being an old character, Ryder wasn't just rolling over the veteran. Ryder might be on a good roll and can end up being a very hated part of the WWE roster, that's for sure. The Rough Ryder was hit, and this hard fought comeback for Ryder was over. I didn't hate the match, but I hope Goldust gets a better spot in the roster.
The NXT recap was far better than watching the full show, and that's a shame.
I almost forgot that Chris Masters was still in the WWE! Well, he had a Masterlock Challenge with one of the Dudebusters and boy was it menacing. Croft got basically pwned by Masters and lost this one. Masters got some hair grafts or something, cause he has a fuller head of hair now, and he's looking a little less jacked.
After Croft got beaten in the Masterlock challenge, his partner sat down and he too was going to go down, but Croft attacked and the Dudebusters beat up the Masterpiece Chris Masters. I'm not sure what this accomplished, as the tag team division needs more than 1 or 2 teams on each show...but whatever.
Laycool defeated Kelly Kelly & Tiffany
When I saw Laycool in person at a house show, I couldn't help but drool over Layla. I was 3 row from ring and wow, she's hotter in person, just saying. As far as Divas matches are concerned, this wasn't as terrible as the Raw and Smackdown matches that get rushed through. There was a good amount of time given to the bout, and Laycool were in relative control throughout the match up. They were punishing Tiffany for a good portion of this match, and it didn't look good for her team. After a ref distraction, and a hot tag, this thing ended with Laycool getting the win after Michelle McCool interfered while the Ref had his back turned. Not a terrible match, and not a great one either.
Feel free to share your thoughts, comments, and insights via the comments section or via email. I'm going to be doing a "week in wrestling" recap and review after the Smackdown review every week.

WWE Superstars 6/24/10 Results
After a few phone calls and some pleading and even begging at times, I couldn't convince either Time Warner or Dish Network to give me a deal on cable television or satellite television.
Therefore, I didn't get to see Superstars. I never usually see it, but it's getting frustrating for me not to be able to see wrestling and keep this site alive.
Furthermore, it frustrates me that an educated man (like myself) can't get a job. Not even McDonald's.
I'm having a hard year.
Here are the WWE Superstars Results for 6/24/10
JTG defeated Caylen Croft
Luke Gallows defeated Chris Masters
Brie Bella defeated Jillian
R-Truth defeated William Regal

WWE Monday Night Raw 2/8/10 Review
Here we go another Monday Night Raw! We’ve been waiting for this one, with an elimination triple threat match for the tag titles being one of the big advertised matches tonight, which will be great…right? We’ll see.
Carl Edwards was the guest host tonight, and I don’t know who he is, other than a Nascar guy. Edwards was interrupted by Sheamus, and after Sheamus was ragging on the new host, out came none other than CHRISTIAN! He came out to a lukewarm reception, and it looked like Sheamus was going to kick his head off.
Sheamus defeated Christian
Sheamus started this match really strong, but Christian wasn’t laying down. He took it to Sheamus, and the two exchanged rights and lefts, and I was marking out for this match up. Christian threw everything he had at Sheamus and I thought it was all over, but nope, Sheamus managed to kick Christian’s head off, then hit the Razors edge…or whatever they call it, and pinned Christian clean. I don’t think Christian was completely buried, but this should’ve been a win for Christian in my book.
The Miz & The Big Show defeated Degeneration X and Cm Punk & Luke Gallows in an elimination style triple threat match for the unified tag team titles
This match was given a good amount of time. Punk was cleaning house and really hitting HBK with some big moves. Triple H was clearing out the outside of the ring, and this match had some good overall moments. I thought Punk and Gallows were due for a big win, but Shawn Micheals nearly killed Punk with a Superkick, getting the Straightedge society eliminated from this elimination style triple threat match. I liked the way this match went, lots of good spots, plenty of time, and then a slowed down pace towards the end with Big Show showing off his weight and size against a much smaller HBK. HBK was getting worn out and tagged in Triple H at random, and was stunned when The Miz rolled him up and got the quick three count, garnering the new tag team as champions! Yep, The Miz and Big Show are now the unified tag team champions!
HBK begged Theodore Long to trade him to Smackdown. He was begging to get in on the Elimination Chamber. HBK knocked out Theodore Long with a Super Kick then walked away, his career (he said) is over.
Gail Kim defeated Jillian
Not much of a match here, in fact it bored me, but before I could yawn Gail Kim won. They should just scrap the divas title completely.
Cody Rhodes defeated Randy Orton
This is a shocker of some sort. Cody Rhodes was getting beat up in this one, but Sheamus interrupted the match for a second, and Orton got hit with Crossroads and lost cleanly. Not a great match, but it was interesting to see Rhodes get a win over Orton, that’s for sure.
John Cena came out and buried Ted Dibiase Jr. There was no major match or anything he just beat the crap out of Dibiase and that was it. Then he cut a promo against Batista and how he wants to fight him tonight. Vince McMahon came down at Cena’s request and McMahon cut a promo.
John Cena said that Bret Hart wants a match at wrestlemania with Vince McMahon! McMahon says YES! John Cena walked away though. McMahon said yes and then playd last weeks finale to Raw. Bret Hart came out of the crowd and was beating the crap out of a random guy, then beat the crap out of Vince McMahon, and wants a shot at Mcmahon!
McMahon then said he didn’t want Bret at Wrestlemania, and ran away like a chump.
Hart then started to dismantle the Raw set!
Final Thoughts
This raw had some good wrestling. Not a lot of it, but it had some good stuff towards the middle of the show. I was hoping the Straightedge society would capture the gold, but that’s ok.
Hart and McMahon to happen at wrestlemania? I SAY YES!
That’s all. I won’t have a Superstars review because I lost my satellite free promotion. So now I have to settle for the regular shows…it was good for a week.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/7/09 Review
Mark Cuban was the guest host. I’m so tired of guest hosts right now. I don’t want to see anymore guests, seriously.
John Cena defeated Carlito
I used to kind of like Carlito, and now it seems like he’s one of the most hated wrestlers. No, not by the fans, but whoever is booking Carlito. He basically got stomped out, punked out and well thrown out by Cena. Now he gets a match with Cena? Odd.
Sheamus tried to come down to ringside, but security thwarted his attempt. Carlito jumped up and tried to hit the back stabber but nope, Cena turned it into the Attitude Adjustment and beat Carlito without even breaking a sweat. WWE just dealt a big F-U to Carlito.
I’m so sick of Randy Orton. I’m sick of a lot of things with professional wrestling. Orton and his idiots came down to ringside and cut a promo against the guest host and I was tired.
Legacy defeated Primo Colon & Evan Bourne
It’s nice to see that Primo and Bourne have something to do but is this really where we want them? I personally am tired of seeing “hot shot” tag teams thrown together for no apparent reason. Will Primo and Bourne also now get title shots too? Show & Jericho makes some sort of sense, but these two? Not really. By the time I wrote that last sentence, Legacy had taken control of the match and won with somewhat ease. They barely broke a sweat, meanwhile Bourne and Primo gave it their best shot.
Post match, Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase Jr were ejected from the arena. Security came out and essentially threw them out.
Maryse defeated Gail Kim
Maryse, the worst woman wrestler since Kelly Kelly got the win. Gail Kim, a great knockout in TNA, is now just a jobber. I don’t like the divas, there is no saving grace to them. I’m sorry, I don’t like any of them.
Kofi Kingston defeated Randy Orton w/ special guest referee Mark Cuban
This match was all Orton for the most part. Then Kofi hit a nice backslide, and Mark Cuban gave the fastest count in wwe history! Kofi wins! I don’t care for this feud right now. I’ve already seen these two wrestle, they can’t possibly steal the show any longer. There’s no anticipation for me to see anything.
The Miz defeated Mark Henry
The Miz defended his title, and surprisingly won in a fast match against Mark Henry. He won with a ddt, and that was about it. There was a few moments that were alright, but overall a short, throwaway match up for the title.
Hornswoggle & Eve defeated Chavo & Jillian
This is not important. It’s filler, and bad filler at that. Chavo is still employed? Wow. This was a standard psuedo-comedy match up. Eve pinned Jillian to pick up the win.
Post match, Chris Masters came out to fight Chavo. Apparently Chris Masters is a face now.
At this point the Emergency Alert System decided to do an Emergency TEST! They interrupted my RAW program! What the hell! I hate this place.
Dx vs Chris Jericho no contest
Jericho had to wrestle both members of Dx. It was a little interesting. Jericho was definitely out numbered and was getting hit hard. The ref was knocked out at one point and out came The Big Show to help out. Triple H got a chair, and that only made the giant mad. The match never really finished, I assume it was thrown out. Jericho and the Big show were left standing with the belts and Ladders.
Sheamus and John Cena had a “debate”. If you saw it, you know what I’m talking about. This was the worst ending to raw I’ve ever seen. Seriously, the worst…it was like a contract signing, and it ended with Sheamus beating up Cena, knocking down Mark Cuban.
Mark Cuban didn’t back down from Sheamus, and he got pushed down! Seriously, he got punked out! Sheamus proceeded to knock Cuban through a table! Yep, basically speared him through a table! If you missed it…you missed it. That’s when the Dallas Mavericks players jumped the guard rail, and Sheamus decided to leave.

WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Results and Review Last Day in November
WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Results
Maryse & Jillian defeated Melina & Gail Kim
Shaemus vs Santino (no contest)
Randy Orton defeated Kofi Kingston
Mark Henry defeated The Miz
Triple H defeated Chris Jericho
WWE Monday Night Raw 11/30/09 Review
Chris Jericho and Big Show opened up the show, and this week seems new to me. No, not just “new” in the sense that we are in a new week, but moreover, that we’re watching a new show altogether with different story lines. The last few weeks are thrown out the window, because now Jericho is talking about fighting Dx. I’m too tired, and this is how raw started; Jericho and Big Show talking smack.
DX came out to rectify the situation, and that to a huge ovation. Apparently if Jericho loses at the ppv, he will have to leave Raw too.
Maryse & Jillian defeated Melina & Gail Kim
Gail Kim is still employed? Lame. This match wasn’t much of a match. There were a few good parts, but overall, this match was fast paced and really didn’t offer much in the way of wrestling. Maryse picked up the win, and I guess she’s after the title, but does anyone care? I know I don’t really care.
Shaemus vs Santino (no contest)
Shaemus got on the mic, and I didn’t care. He was rambling about how he can beat John Cena or something, I don’t know. Santino then came out to confront him. Santino then was fed to the new guy, got pummeled, and there was no match? I don’t know what was going on. I know they need to build him up for Cena, but they could’ve just had him be mysterious, like Goldberg, but nope…he eventually threw Santino through a table.
We’re almost an hour into the show, and we’re going to get another match. Kofi Kingston was on his way to the ring, but was taken out by Cody Rhodes. He said he wanted to continue with the match, but out came Ted Dibiase to beat up Kofi and therefore causing this match to not even start, so we still have no major wrestling an hour in.
Randy Orton defeated Kofi Kingston
Kingston still wanted the match, so out came Orton. Orton was fighting Kingstn, at every turn, hitting him with some major moves. Kingston had no major chance here, as Orton was simply beating an already beaten man. Kingston did manage a moment of offense, but it was to no avail, Orton hit the RKO and this thing was over.
Backstage Jillian was crushed by Mark Henry after dancing, it was kind of a funny sketch.
John Cena got on the mic. He was talking and rambling, but out came Carlito! Carlito is still alive! Wow…he came out and started talking about how Cena needs to get beaten. Cena buries Carlito, who is as good as fired now.
Mark Henry defeated The Miz
The Miz put up a few shots at the world’s strongest man, but Mark Henry was just too much for the IC Champion, and one world’s strongest slam later, it was all said and done.
Triple H defeated Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho is the best heel in the business, and he’s being worked hard every week. This time around he is fighting off Triple H, and it seemed like an easy task for him, at least up to the commercial break, which he had full control of the match up. Jericho had this thing going his way after the commercial as well, and Shawn Michaels and Big Show were ringside for this one as well. Triple H turned this thing around, if only momentarily, with some big shots. Jericho, though, had this thing really going his way with some reversals, but they didn’t suffice. Big Show got up, and knocked out Triple H with a big right hand, meanwhile Shawn Michaels hit Jericho with sweet chin music! The ref then threw out the big show and shawn Michaels from ring side. Triple H got the big win after recovering from the Big Show’s knockout punch.
This match made for a match that will have Jericho fighting for his career on Raw!
This night of wrestling kind of bored me.
