WWE 205 Live April 17, 2018 Results and Review The Weight Problem

Stereo Dives - Source WWE
205 Live is a bastard child of the WWE at this point, and while this show was good, it doesn’t get nearly the same promotional consideration that the other shows get. That’s sad, considering the talent that comes through this brand.

WWE 205 Live April 17, 2018 Results and Review

Mustafa Ali defeated Ariya Daivari

I thought for sure Ariya Daivari had Mustafa Ali’s number here, but nope, Ali wins again. The match was stellar, but I can’t stand how they book Ali sometimes. He should be selling from Wrestlemania’s loss, and should be slightly distracted, and shouldn’t kick out of Daivari’s finisher. But then again, Daivari must be learning or something because Ali got the win, even if it was logical. The 054 splash hit and Ali gets another hard fought victory. I miss the ZO Train.

Buddy Murphy Doesn’t Make Weight

Buddy Murphy was 2 pounds over, who gives a crap!?! So now we get a gauntlet match for next week’s show. Ok.

Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick defeated Jobbers

There wasn’t much to this, it was just jobbers getting beat up.

Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik defeated Akira Tozawa and Hideo Itami in a Tornado Tag Team Match

I haven’t seen one of these in a while and it didn’t disappoint. The match was back and forth, with lots of action, lots of high flying, and counters. The lucha guys were able to get a win with some killer moves from the top to end it all, but it was a fast paced, flurried match with a lot to offer critics. I found it fund, and was loving every minute. A great way to end 205 Live that’s for sure.

WWE 205 Live April 25, 2017 Results and Review The C Show At Best Comes Through

Austin Aries gives a beat down - SRC WWE.COM
They say that 205 Live is the most exciting hour of wrestling, but honestly, it’s more like 45 minutes of boredom. This night’s show was not good. It was bad. It was an absolute terrible showing if you ask me.

WWE 205 Live April 25, 2017 Results

Rich Swann and Akira Tozawa defeated Noam Dar and Brian Kendrick
Tony Nese defeated Mustafa Ali via Disqualification
Neville defeated Jack Gallagher

WWE 205 Live April 25, 2017 Review

Rich Swann and Akira Tozawa defeated Noam Dar and Brian Kendrick

Rich Swann’s entrance is one of my favorites. His enthusiasm for what he does is infections. If I am ever in the arena, I will be dancing along with him, because he is quite fun to watch. Akira Tozawa has also won me over. The two make a good team, and they were able to get the win over Noam Dar and Kendrick. This was a good flowing match, with fast paced shots, and great overall momentum. Nothing crazy, just pure wrestling action here, so for that, great job WWE.

Tony Nese defeated Mustafa Ali via Disqualification

I’m a fan of Tony Nese and Mustafa Ali, but I don’t need to see them wrestle every week. This moved the needle a bit towards the feud with Drew Gulak and Ali. Other than that, it was a somewhat boring match, with Ali and Nese going through their normal motions.

Neville defeated Jack Gallagher

Neville and Jack Gallagher did the same match you’ve already seen them do on PPV. This time, Neville would get the win with the Rings of Saturn, and never going too risky. Afterwards he beat up Gallagher, and that prompted Austin Aries to run out and beat him up.

This night was boring. There was a few great spots, but overall, it was not fun. The opening match was the best part of this show, and other than that, this is another forgettable night from the cruiserweights of WWE.

WWE 205 Live March 14, 2017 Results and Review The Predictable Austin Aries

I Just Don't Get It Yet - src wwe.com
I may be the only idiot that is watching and reviewing 205 live. I listen to a lot of podcasts and few of them are watching and reviewing this show, so if you’re looking for opinions on it, you’re going to find that it’s few and far between. Here are my thoughts on the night of action from the cruiserweights of WWE.

WWE 205 Live March 14, 2017 Results

Mustafa Ali defeated Drew Gulak
Noam Dar and Ariya Daivari defeated Rich Swann and Gentleman Jack Gallagher
Austin Aries defeated Tj Perkins, The Brian Kendrick, Akira Tozawa, and Tony Nese in a 5 way

WWE 205 Live March 14, 2017 Review

Mustafa Ali defeated Drew Gulak

Mustafa Ali may be the most underrated wrestler in WWE. Ok, a lot of the guys are underrated. Drew Gulak showed some serious momentum at one point in this match, but was the inverted 450 that took him out. You have to see this move, it’s absolutely stunning. I’m absolutely impressed with the execution every single time. Ali gets the win and Gulak gets frustrated after the fact, yelling into the mic that 205 sucks essentially.

Noam Dar and Ariya Daivari defeated Rich Swann and Gentleman Jack Gallagher

A good match with Noam Dar and Daivari getting their win back. Dar is so good with his selling, and Daivari’s vendetta against Jack Gallagher is great. Rich Swann’s charisma is great too, and all of these guys are fun to watch. This match had a lot of fast moving action, and through it all we were left wondering about Alicia Fouxxxxx. I love Dar’s accent, and this match was good too. Great stuff.

Austin Aries defeated Tj Perkins, The Brian Kendrick, Akira Tozawa, and Tony Nese in a 5 way

What a battle. The 5 way matches on 205 Live are incredible. This was another great one. Every man is over with the crowd here. Tozawa is great, his yelling has grown on me. Nese is a specimen of greatness, and Kendrick as the all out heel is great too. Aries hasn’t grown on me, and I don’t see his appeal just yet. But his finisher and elbow from the top is great. My only major critique here is the constant suicide dives every wrestler does, I’m tired of those. Other than that, this was a great match that should get more views.

Overall, 205 Live is a great wrestling show, and if you’re not watching it, I feel sorry for you. The guys on this show are absolutely talented and should get more attention. Aries and Neville is booked for Mania and should be an interesting match to watch. I don’t expect Aries to win, yet.

WWE Monday Night Raw March 13, 2017 Results and Review Waste of Our Time

Rollins Is Hurt? Not Likely - SRC WWE.COM
Raw came to us from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan and from what I’m told it’s the last time. The arena may be getting bulldozed or something, but whatever the case may be, last night Raw was live and in stereo. I had high hopes for the night, but what ended up being pushed through was absolute garbage. There was a lot to complain about on this Raw, and wow, what a big level of b.s. and here we go.

WWE Monday Night Raw March 13, 2017 Results

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman revealed the “Theory of WrestleMania Relativity”
Sasha Banks def. Dana Brooke
The Brian Kendrick and Tony Nese def. Akira Tozawa and TJ Perkins
U.S. Champion Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn def. Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe via Disqualification
Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Cesaro and Sheamus ended in a No Contest
Roman Reigns def. Jinder Mahal
Austin Aries def. Ariya Daivari
Big Show def. Titus O'Neil
Raw Women's Champion Bayley def. Nia Jax via Disqualification
Raw General Manager Mick Foley tried to fire Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon

WWE Monday Night Raw March 13, 2017 Review

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman revealed the “Theory of WrestleMania Relativity”

I am not a fan of wrestling shows opening with guys talking. This night opened up with some absolutely tremendous b.s! Heyman came out to say that Lesnar will win at Wrestlemania. Brock Lesnar, the guy that has been punked out twice now, is going to win at Wrestlemania? I am STILL going to say that Bill Goldberg will win the match at Mania.

Sasha Banks def. Dana Brooke

This match was supposed to help Charlotte Flair. Flair told Brooke to make sure that Sasha could not continue moving forward to their match at Wrestlemania. But what happened? Brooke got beat down and lost in a fast match.

After the match, Flair was in the ring berating Brooke for losing, but Brooke turned and beat up the former women’s champion to an uproar from the crowd. I liked that!

The Brian Kendrick and Tony Nese def. Akira Tozawa and TJ Perkins

The cruiserweights once again put on a show. This was a fast paced, knock out match with some great timing. Even though Kendrick and Nese won, Perkins and Tozawa put on a great show of moves, and it was fun to watch. I really liked this match.

U.S. Champion Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn def. Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe via Disqualification

This match came after Kevin Owens did a longwinded speech about how he was going to beat Jericho. Then out came Samoa Joe and a straight up tag team match took shape. Jericho and Zayn tagged together, because they are now friends? This match ended in a disqualification, and that’s that. I guess Joe and Owens are the new hit crew? I don’t care for them, and Jericho is signaling a loss at Mania.

Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Cesaro and Sheamus ended in a No Contest

This match didn’t get going too far, as the Club Sandwich boys came out and beat up the two tag teams. Foley got mad and made a triple threat match for the titles at Mania.

Roman Reigns def. Jinder Mahal

Jinder My Balls lost. Reigns wins again, simple as that.

Shawn Michaels came out after the fact. HBK told Reigns that Undertaker is in his head, and that he better watch out. Reigns was ok here, but it was mostly a loss.

Austin Aries def. Ariya Daivari

This match was slow moving, and that was that. It was forgettable to say the least.

Big Show def. Titus O'Neil

Ugh, The BIG SLOW beat up Titus O’Neil. Lame.

Raw Women's Champion Bayley def. Nia Jax via Disqualification

Another bad match. Jax got disqualified and that’s that. She was back stage saying that she should be getting a title shot, and instead got this match, bulldozing Bayley. The same Nia Jax that couldn’t beat Sasha Banks at Fastlane is now just bulldozing Bayley, who cares.

Raw General Manager Mick Foley tried to fire Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon

And then we came to the end. Mick Foley said that Stephanie McMahon should be fired. Then Stephanie said no, and out came Triple H. Triple H came out and berated Foley. Foley was about to leave when he came out with Mr. Socko and put it into H! The crowd went nuts, and that prompted limpy Mcgee Seth Rollins. He threw away his crutch and then beat up Triple H for a minute before Triple H took the crutch and smashed Rollins across the knee and then beat him up. That was the end of Raw.

This night of 3 hours of Raw had very little wrestling. It was boring to say the least. Rollins doesn’t have a legit knee injury folks. I have one, and can say that it’s not so simple to get back into the ring like that. Whatever the case is, Raw was a boring, diluted, convoluted showcase of bad wrestling. Oh well. If you saw it, did you like it? I didn’t. I feel like it was a waste of my time.

WWE 205 Live November 29, 2016 Results and Review Half The Building Leaves

More of This Is Needed In The Division
The new 205 Live show showed up on the WWE Network immediately following Smackdown. This show was filmed right after the main Smackdown show. By all accounts from people that were there, half of the arena left. If you look online, you will find a lot of photographs of people leaving when this show was filmed. The crowds absolutely do not like the Cruiserweights, and there’s some serious problems that I noticed with this showcase. Here we go, my thoughts on 205 Live’s first show.

WWE 205 Live November 29, 2016 Results and Review

The WWE Universe is introduced to the Cruiserweights of WWE 205 Live
The Bollywood Boyz def. Tony Nese & Drew Gulak
Jack Gallagher def. Ariya Daivari
Rich Swann def. The Brian Kendrick to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion

WWE 205 Live November 29, 2016 Results and Review

The Bollywood Boyz def. Tony Nese & Drew Gulak

The Bollywood Boyz are great, and they remind of the Young Bucks. I wouldn’t be surprised if they feuded with the Young Bucks when they get signed to WWE contracts. Speaking of which, Gulak and Nese didn’t seem to fit in with the overall style of the Boyz. This was the most “cruiserweight” friendly match I’ve seen. What I mean by that is that there was a lot of fast paced action, great aerials, and nice elements that the big guys don’t do. Well, except for the Tope Suicida which EVERY WWE wrestler seems to do now. Good match, fun stuff.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Jack Gallagher def. Ariya Daivari

Gallagher is awesome. I love how amidst the faster wrestlers, he’s a thinking man’s wrestler. His moves are performance art, not just wrestling. That’s what the WWE needs more of, a technically sound wrestler that is also a showman. This was great, and Daivari lost after a lot of hiccups thrown him into a loop. Gallagher doesn’t look like much, but his crisp, funny style is perfect. Great stuff in my book.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Rich Swann def. The Brian Kendrick to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion

You could tell that Swann was going to win the title. He was smiling and laughing the whole time, and Kendrick broke character at a few times before the match even started. In fact, Kendrick wasn’t given an entrance! This match had some great moments. Swann is so good, so clean, crisp, and fast when he is allowed to put his moves through. Brian Kendrick can go fast too, but for whatever reason he’s wrestling the SLOW WWE style. This match had a lot of low points, with a lot of rest holds and lots of stops that didn’t need to be put in the match. I know they were under timing issues, but still. Swann won the match, but this was not a 5 star classic by any stretch.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Overall, the show felt like a discount WWE Main Event or WWE Superstars. The matches were lopsided at times, and while these guys are supposed to be high flyers, you didn't see it all that much. I recently went back to watch some WCW and ECW matches from the cruiserweights and the timing is way different from those and what this is. Plus, the crowd left! So you know this isn't going to do well. I would much rather have more high flying, fast paced, catch as catch can type of wrestling, but that's just me. We'll see how things progress.

WWE Monday Night Raw November 21, 2016 Results and Review One Hell of A Main Event

Kevin Owens Didn't Get Injured Here, A Miracle for Thanksgiving!
The WWE was still in Canada after Survivor Series and with that comes another edition of Monday Night Raw. This 3 hour block was actually a little over 2 hours when I saw it, since I get it without any commercials at all. Whatever the case may be, it wasn’t half bad, well, some of it was good anyways. Here we go, the Raw results and review showcase that is NOT the Hulu Edition anymore.

WWE Monday Night Raw November 21, 2016 Results

Goldberg declared for the Royal Rumble Match
Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day def. Cesaro & Sheamus
Cedric Alexander def. Ariya Daivari
Rusev def. Enzo Amore
Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson def. The Golden Truth to become No. 1 contenders to the Raw Tag Team Championship
Braun Strowman def. Sami Zayn via Match stoppage
Sasha Banks & Bayley def. Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair & Nia Jax
Rich Swann def. TJ Perkins and Noam Dar to become No. 1 contender to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens def. Seth Rollins in a No Disqualification Match

WWE Monday Night Raw November 21, 2016 Review

Goldberg declared for the Royal Rumble Match

Really? Who cares. Ok, maybe the WWE cares since Goldberg completely buried Brock Lesnar. How would I book it? I would have Goldberg come out as #1 and plow through the first 5 or so candidates until Brock shows up, and the two start throwing people out and over the top. I would eventually have Lesnar sucker punch Goldberg and toss him out. Then Lesnar gets tossed out too. I would also have Dean Ambrose with an ultimatum that if he doesn’t win the Royal Rumble, he will not get another WWE title shot against Aj Styles, since he will not win at TLC. Ambrose loses, Lesnar is out, Goldberg is also out, and that leaves Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, and The Undertaker left in the match. I’m going with Taker getting a win here, but hey, you may see something new out of the match, so we’ll have to wait for Texas, won’t we? I wish I was going.

Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day def. Cesaro & Sheamus

Now this was an all start classic for me. Cesaro and Sheamus should’ve won this match. The two work so well together and they put on a serious show. Cesaro’s strength alone is worth checking out here, as he was on fire. Why he is not a Title contender and why he is not a champion is beyond me. Speaking of Champions, has anyone seen the U.S. Title? Yeah, me neither. Go back and watch this one for Cesaro’s incredible timing. Oh and The New Day wins by cheating. Whatever.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Cedric Alexander def. Ariya Daivari

No one cares about the cruiserweights. From what I read online, the WWE won’t let them have the same type of matches that they had during the Cruiserweight Classic. It shows. This match was ok, nothing more. I miss the WCW division of this, heck, even the ECW option was better.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Rusev def. Enzo Amore

Enzo got killed. Enzo was walking around the back naked, as Cass had locked him out of their locker room as a prank. That set up this match as Enzo was naked in front of Lana, and well Rusev got mad.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson def. The Golden Truth to become No. 1 contenders to the Raw Tag Team Championship

How in the world did The Golden Truth get into a No. 1 contenders match? How? Whatever, The Club Sandwich boys win this match and everyone goes home happy, who cares. I don’t.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Braun Strowman def. Sami Zayn via Match stoppage

THE BS moment of the night. Sami Zayn is told that if his punishment for losing at Survivor Series was to face off against Brown Shoeman. Well, Shoeman beat him to death, and that was that. Foley stopped the match. Zayn is lost here. It’s time for him to leave the Raw brand and perhaps even the WWE, they aren’t doing anything with him.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

Sasha Banks & Bayley def. Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair & Nia Jax

Another boring match in which we are supposed to believe that Nia Jax is a monster that can be beaten one minute, than can’t be beaten the next. Oh well, this match was ok. However, why is Sasha Banks teaming with Bayley and why are they friends? How can she be the boss if she’s friendly with everyone? I don’t know. Not a bad match, but short and sweet, moving towards diva territory if you ask me.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Rich Swann def. TJ Perkins and Noam Dar to become No. 1 contender to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship

Again, no one on Raw cares about the cruiserweights. Swann is talented, and it was nice to see him pick up the win. However, this needs to move towards Smackdown, it just has to, otherwise we are in for a long winter.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens def. Seth Rollins in a No Disqualification Match

Raw usually doesn’t get good main events, in my opinion. However, this was one hell of a main event. It not only featured everything that you’d want out of a title match, it features some shenanigans as well. Jericho and Owens were teasing splitting up earlier, but they ended up solid with Jericho coming through the crowd in a Sin Cara mask to beat up Rollins. He was supposed to barred from ringside. Rollins loses again, and Owens pulls off another victory. Fat Ass Kevin Owens put on a show, and took a beating, this was great, a 4 star match on Raw.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Great overall showcase for the Raw brand. I liked the booking, it had some good overall matches, and some great moments overall. Even though it seemed a bit long, that ending match made it all worth it, as the Canadian fans got a 4 star classic for the Universal Super Belt. We’ll see where this all goes, but it was a good night of wrestling for me and for those that watched it, I’m sure.

WWE Monday Night Raw Results October 31, 2016 Results and Review The Boredom Continues

Rollins Wears Nikes
Monday Night Raw showed up yet again to bore us for 3 hours. Actually, I watched the Youtube option. It was only 2 hours and 8 minutes long. I’m awesome.

WWE Monday Night Raw Results October 31, 2016

Paul Heyman and Rusev confronted Goldberg
Enzo Amore def. Luke Gallows in a Trick or Street Fight
TJ Perkins def. WWE Cruiserweight Champion The Brian Kendrick via Count-out
Braun Strowman won a Battle Royal to qualify for the 5-on-5 Traditional Survivor Series Men’s Elimination Match
Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander & Lince Dorado def. Tony Nese, Drew Gulak & Ariya Daivari
Nia Jax def. Bayley
Cesaro & Sheamus def. The Shining Stars
U.S. Champion Roman Reigns def. Chris Jericho via Disqualification

WWE Monday Night Raw Review October 31, 2016

Since I watched the whole show, let’s discuss things in brief, since I’m not going to go longwinded on something that was so awful.

Paul Heyman and Rusev confronted Goldberg

Rusev sucks. I said it. Ok, he doesn’t, but he certainly should’ve been selling his injuries from Hell in A Cell, right? He wasn’t. Instead he got in Goldberg’s face, and got a jackhammer for his troubles. Then Heyman got a spear for jacking his jaw, and that was that. Golbderg is ok, I guess. I miss the WCW version circa 1997 – 1999, even if he did knock out Hart.

Enzo Amore def. Luke Gallows in a Trick or Street Fight

I loved this match. I love these matches, and it was a lot of fun to watch. Even though a lot of podcasts buried this, I didn’t. I thought it was fun, and I love how Gallows and Anderson worked in this one. Enzo and Cass were fun too, but this match was just a ball to see. I loved it, even if it wasn’t the most technical.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

TJ Perkins def. WWE Cruiserweight Champion The Brian Kendrick via Count-out

Brian Kendrick is the smartest champion I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve always said that the heel champions should not want to fight fair, and figure out a way to keep the title on their waists, even if it means looking cowardly. This was just smart. Perkins got outsmarted, simple as that.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Braun Strowman won a Battle Royal to qualify for the 5-on-5 Traditional Survivor Series Men’s Elimination Match

Snow man wins. I don’t care for it.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander & Lince Dorado def. Tony Nese, Drew Gulak & Ariya Daivari

The after thought of the show is really turning into another Divas type showcase. These guys are good, but I feel like we already saw this at the PPV.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Nia Jax def. Bayley

Bayley sucks on Raw. Simple as that. She’s not nearly on the level of Charlotte or Sasha Banks. Nia Jax finished her fast, and that was that. Nia Jax versus Charlotte makes sense to me.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

Cesaro & Sheamus def. The Shining Stars

I was yawning throughout this.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

U.S. Champion Roman Reigns def. Chris Jericho via Disqualification

I was rooting for Jericho. Reigns sucks, and he was set to win this until Owens interfered and cost him the match. Rollins came out for the save, but why? Why would Seth Rollins care of Reigns is getting beat up? It makes no sense. This will no doubt lead to a tag match, I’m sure.

Raw sucked yet again. It’s a boring affair, and don’t think Smackdown was any better, it wasn’t. This was just awful, with a few sprinkles of fun.

WWE Hell In A Cell 2016 Results and Review The Best Women’s Match In History

Hell In A Cell 2016 was held in Boston. I wanted to go, but didn’t get a chance to save up enough money and get there. Oh well. The show had 16,119 fans at the TD Garden, and it featured some excellent wrestling, and some not so excellent wrestling as well. Here are my thoughts on the show, as I saw it on Monday after the initial broadcast.

WWE Hell In A Cell 2016 Results

Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado and Sin Cara defeated Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari
Roman Reigns defeated Rusev (HIAC US TITLE MATCH)
Bayley defeated Dana Brooke
The Club Sandwich Boys defeated Enzo and Cass
Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins (HIAC WWE Universal Title Match)
The Brian Kendrick defeated T.J. Perkins for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Cesaro and Sheamus defeated The New Day via DQ (Tag Team Championship Match)
Charlotte Flair defeated Sasha Banks (HIAC Women’s Championship Match)

WWE Hell In A cell 2016 Review

Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado and Sin Cara defeated Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari

A good overall opener with lots of high flying, and classic moves. I love the division, I just hate how WWE is booking this thing. When you look back at how WCW worked their cruisewerights, you noticed that they weren’t a different part of the show, they were part of it, and more than just openers. Just look back at events like World War 3 1997, and Superbrawl, and you’ll see that they were not treated like different entities, but rather part of the greater WCW good.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Roman Reigns defeated Rusev (HIAC US TITLE MATCH)

These two guys beat the holy hell out of each other. Rusev really put the boots to Roman, but he was playing the role of Super Man, because he won. I didn’t like the finish, and some of the spots didn’t make sense since Roman has a chest protector on. Other than that, this match was fine, and 24 minutes wasn’t half bad, but with no blood, and super human wins, Reigns once again turns into the Samoan John Cena. The fact that he wasn’t selling his injuries made me mad, but hey, that’s WWE logic for you right?

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Bayley defeated Dana Brooke

I think the WWE has dropped the ball with Dana Brooke and Bayley. I think that Dana should pick up a few more wins, and do so by cheating, but that’s just me. Bayley is ok, but she’s nowhere near as good as she was in NXT, and the WWE is failing to capture the magic that I have seen from her time and time again.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

The Club Sandwich Boys defeated Enzo and Cass

The Club Sandwich boys finally win a match. This wasn’t a terrible match by any means, and it was a fun romp, with a win for the Club Sandwich guys. Overall, not a bad showing, but nothing really to write about here.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins (HIAC WWE Universal Title Match)

Perhaps one of the better matches I’ve seen in the cell, but without blood, I have to question the overall substance. Even without the blood, I think that this was a great performance, with the sole exception of Seth Rollins selling the back injury on and off. His back should hurt, so why is he dead lifting fat ass Kevin Owens? Seriously?! I thought his back hurt? Oh well. Chris Jericho getting involved, outsmarting everyone and beating down Rollins is great, and Owens winning makes a lot of sense if you ask me. Fat Ass Kevin Owens wins again.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

The Brian Kendrick defeated T.J. Perkins for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship

The crowd was completely dead for this, and rightfully so. Don’t get me wrong, T.J. Perkins is an absolutely amazing wrestler, but no one knows who he is or why he’s the champion, unless they saw the CWC. I think that the majority of fans that watch WWE on a weekly basis, did not. I did, but they didn’t. Despite all the talent, he’s lost on a lot of people, and this match showed. Kendrick wins, and that’s all she wrote. Kendrick’s sly move of pretending he was hurt was good story telling, for an otherwise forgettable match.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Cesaro and Sheamus defeated The New Day via DQ (Tag Team Championship Match)

For a moment, I thought for sure that The New Day was going to lose. Cesaro and Sheamus have perfect timing in the ring and put on an entertaining round up within their 11 minutes of time. I loved it. I thought the match was great, and the timing was even better, only to get a DQ finish. Oh well. The new Day loses, but not the championship belts.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Charlotte Flair defeated Sasha Banks (HIAC Women’s Championship Match)

Here we go, one of the best women’s title matches I’ve ever seen in my life. In fact, it was a grand showcase. I did have a little bit of a gripe with the opening, in which I thought Sasha Banks was legitimately hurt by going through the announcers table. But she made it to the ring, and fought Charlotte tooth and nail. I love the story here. Banks’s back was going to give out, it was just a matter of when, and where. Well, it finally gave out when she was being rag dolled on the table by Charlotte, and it was amazing. I love the ending, and thought it was great story telling to finally have her gas out, back hurt, and dead in order for Charlotte to win. The only thing that would have made this better was if Charlotte or Sasha had blood. Even fake blood would work. The iconic image of having one of them wiping blood from their mouths or nose, or bloody hand prints on the mat would be great, showing that they are in a bitter blood feud. Charlotte’s entrance was great. I loved this match and really enjoyed the overall show that they put on.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

My overall thoughts on Hell In A Cell For 2016 are simple, it was a good show. It wasn’t great throughout, but it held my attention for the most part. I really loved the last match, and really thought that Charlotte and Sasha Banks put on a showcase for the immortals. I really loved the ending, and the idea that Banks was just gassed out and her back had finally given out. I loved the monkey flip into the cage, the table breaks, the rag doll finish, and Charlotte’s tears as she won the title and proved that she’s seriously the best women’s wrestler in the world, that’s that. Oh and I really enjoyed Fat Ass Kevin Owens winning his match as well. Good stuff from WWE for a change.

WWE Monday Night Raw October 3, 2016 Review (HULU)

As you know, I don’t write a play by play, I just talk about what I remember, and here we go.

Lana is hot as hell.

Lana asking for a match was cool, but finding out it was going to be a Hell In The Cell match didn’t do much for me. I don’t care about Rusev or Reigns, so that is going to be the point where I take a dump during the PPV.

Brian Kendrick defeated TJ Perkins

Last week, Kendrick won a title shot. This was supposed to be that title match, but guess what? NOPE! The WWE decided it wasn’t, last minute. Kendrick wins, no title change, and everyone in the building was confused. King Ross of Whatculture posted up a graphic of the promotion for this match, and it was in fact a WWE screw job. Nice going WWE, idiots.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day defeated Jeri-KO

Kevin Owens is going to end up on the List of Jericho, just you wait. New Day wins in a boring match. I don’t like the idea of the champion losing matches on Raw, but hey, that’s just me.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte to become the new Raw Women’s Champion

Here’s the thing about these title changes, the losers don’t fight back. Charlotte missed a sign here. I would have much rather her be vindictive, jumping back in to beat up the newly crowned champ, and taking her title, even though she lost. Show some aggression, show that despite the loss, you’re still better. She’s the bad guy, she’s supposed to beat up Sasha after the loss she took, and then steal the belt, setting up a huge match for Sunday, but nope. Instead, Charlotte started crying, no sign of Dana Brooke, but from what I read online, she was taken out. This match was good, great to see the women end the night on Raw, and great to see a title change. However, there were some botches, and the ending I didn’t believe quite as much. Also, the crying, there’s no crying in Baseball! I mean, wrestling.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Not a terrible night of wrestling, but not a good one. The HULU edition neutered Raw completely. The above is not just what I remembered, it’s nearly ALL of what they showed on HULU. Oh well. Maybe one day I can afford getting cable, but that’s not going to be today. An ok Raw, and a lackluster build for a PPV this weekend.

WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Results and Review The Women Steal The Show

The Women Put on A Clinic of Pro-Wrestling
Last night, Indianapolis was the host for Clash of Champions 2016. This event was in my home town and I decided against going. Tickets were as low as a few bucks, but I instead ate pizza and stayed home. I saw the whole thing, and well, here are my thoughts on what went down from Nap Town.

WWE Clash of Champions Results

Nia Jax def. Alicia Fox (Kickoff Match)
Chris Jericho def. Sami Zayn
WWE Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins def. Brian Kendrick
Cesaro vs. Sheamus ended in a No Contest (Match No. 7 in Best of Seven Series)
Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day def. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Raw Women's Champion Charlotte def. Sasha Banks and Bayley
Roman Reigns def. United States Champion Rusev
WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens def. Seth Rollins

WWE Clash of Champions Review

Nia Jax def. Alicia Fox (Kickoff Match)

Nia Jax was actually showing that she wasn’t a monster. Alicia Fox put on a showcase of moves, and really took it to Nia. I was surprised with how much offense she was given. Nia Jax would eventually stop everything and get a nice Samoan drop on Alicia Fox and the win. Nice opener.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Chris Jericho def. Sami Zayn

Jericho and Zayn put on a strong showing. However, Sami Zayn losing yet again, is dumb. Zayn can’t win, he’s in Ziggler status now. That’s all. Entertaining match, Jericho wins, stays strong, and that’s the end. I love how Jericho is burying talent. He just can’t lose can he? I love it, you stupid idiots.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

WWE Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins def. Brian Kendrick

I heard several podcasts trash this. I didn’t get it. Why don’t people like the cruiserweights? Seriously!? I wish I had a large audience to discuss this. Unfortunately, I don’t. These two put on a good show, and I liked it. It seemed a little toned down, and from what I hear, they have already told the guys in this division to tone it down. Kendrick looked great in defeat, and Perkins is amazing. These guys should be opening the shows and becoming mid-card entertainment, like in the WCW days. They aren’t ready for the main event, if you ask me.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Cesaro vs. Sheamus ended in a No Contest (Match No. 7 in Best of Seven Series)

I didn’t want to see this. I didn’t care about it. There was a non-finish when they seemed to injure one another. I will say this much, Cesaro needs to stop doing suicide dives. In fact, ALL talent should stop doing them. It’s so watered down, like the DDT. It’s stupid.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day def. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson

The Club Sandwich boys are nothing more than losers. They lose every time. There’s nothing good about this. I didn’t like the match. The New Day won because they cheated when Xavier hit one of the Sandwich boys got hit in the head with a trombone. That’s it. This was stupid. The Club Sandwich is done. Go back to japan, right? Yep. I’m tired of the New Day, I need new Champions!

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Raw Women's Champion Charlotte def. Sasha Banks and Bayley

Match of the night folks. These ladies put on a showcase. I love Dana Brooke, lucky Ziggler is banging her. Charlotte and Sasha’s story continued, but Bayley injected herself into the match and put on a showcase. The story these women told, wow, if you missed it, go back and see it. Everything to me made sense, Charlotte’s moonsault is the number one in the WWE right now. Bayley lost after getting two big boots to the head, and Sasha got thrown off the apron. I loved this. Charlotte is one hell of a Champion, I hope Ric is proud, I’m sure he is.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Roman Reigns def. United States Champion Rusev

Roman Reigns won a boring match. I hated it, I don’t think he’s good, both these idiots suck. No thanks.

Match Rating: 1 out of 5

WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens def. Seth Rollins

This was not half bad. However, I’m tired of the main events showing so many kick outs. The story that the guys tell just seems dumb. I recall better stories, but I will say this much, this match was way better than any Dean Ambrose match I’ve seen this year. Yeah, I said it. Owens did well here, Rollins looked injured at one point, he was getting thrown around a great deal. Jericho would come out, the ref would get bumped, and Owens would retain the title. Good match. Nice sexual tension with Stephanie and Seth, though. Look for that angle to play, man, what a lucky dude Trips, I’m just saying.

Match Rating: 4 out of 5

Overall, Clash of Champions was a fun night of wrestling. I do not regret not going. I would rather not have to deal with nose bleed seats or anything like that. I liked this ppv. I would give the whole thing a 3 out of 5. Good, not great, with some solid wrestling, and some ok moments. That’s that.

WWE Monday Night Raw September 19, 2016 Results and Review: Nothing Makes Logical Sense

This Makes Absolutely No Sense!!?!! What The Hell!?!?

WWE Monday Night Raw Results

Roman Reigns addressed his rivalry with Rusev
Seth Rollins vs. U.S. Champion Rusev ended in a Double Count-out
Braun Strowman def. Sin Cara
Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte & Dana Brooke def. Sasha Banks & Bayley

Roman Reigns def. WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens in a Steel Cage Match via Escape

WWE Monday Night Raw Review

Monday Night Raw was a chore, even for the HULU edition. I had a very hard time getting through the show. I do not have cable, so I did not get to see the 3 hour showcase, but from what I hear online, it wasn’t that good at all. Here are my thoughts on the HULU edition, since it cut out a LOT.

Seth Rollins Fought Rusev to a Double Count Out

This wasn’t half bad. Rusev and Rollins put on an OK match. I liked the fact that Rollins did not injure Rusev, and didn’t get him killed either. Other than that, I was wondering how they would keep both men strong. What ended up happening, however, was the two fought each other to a double count out and that was that. Not a terrible match, but not great either.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Charlotte and Dana Brooke defeated Sasha Banks and Bayley

They turned the WWE Championship match for this weekend into a three way dance. I live in Indianapolis, and will not be attending at all. Oh well. This match wasn’t bad, but it was far from good as well. It featured the same spots as before, and it seemed a little rushed to me. Dana and Charlotte would get the win, and that’s it.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Chris Jericho Throws Logic Out of the Window

Chris Jericho came out to put people on his list of grievances. One minute he is writing off everyone on the roster, then joins those same idiots as part of a tag team! What the hell?

Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day, Sami Zayn, Enzo Amore & Big Cass def. Chris Jericho, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson & The Shining Stars

A fun match, nothing to write home about though. I was tired, but this match was even more tired. They all phoned it in, with the spots you’d expect from a pay per view opener.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Brian Kendrick defeated Gran Metalik, Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann

The winner would get a title shot this weekend, and I loved it. I loved how the match was paced, and I like how Kendrick looked strong amidst the others. I did notice that the move sets were toned down. Turns out, that the WWE has asked these guys to tone down the jumps and what not. After a full classic tournament where the guys were flying around the ring, they are muted already? Whatever. Look for the division to get more of a Chavo Guerrero style wrestling program rather than what you saw in the CWC.

Roman Reigns defeated Kevin Owens in a Steel Cage Match

Here’s the thing. The announce team kept talking about how Kevin Owens was a coward for trying to escape. But Roman Reigns wins by escape!?! What the hell? Where is the logic? Then Seth Rollins comes out to save Roman Reigns for a beat down? Why? WHY DOES SETH ROLLINS CARE? Seriously, what does he care if Roman Reigns is getting a beat down? WHAT THE HELL?

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Monday Night Raw made absolutely no sense. Seriously, it made no sense for Seth Rollins, it made no sense to have sexual tension between Stephanie McMahon and Seth Rollins, it was a crap show with a crap build for their pay per view this weekend. I almost bought a ticket, I’m glad I did not. What a load of garbage.

TNA Impact 2/10/11 Results and Review

Ah yes, I finally get to sit down and watch TNA. I know that this is going to be a train wreck, as I heard "They" was just Forchan or whatever they call it, and I can already hear crickets going off for the story lines that the TNA creative team is pushing, but maybe, just maybe they can do something better....we'll see.

TNA Impact 2/10/11 Results

Immortal came out and it looks like a bunch of jobbers instead of the main event status that you'd hope for. THe members are seriously bad, including Double J, Karen Angle, the security guards, the hardy's and more. It's sad.

Fortune came out while Bischoff was cutting a promo and they have new shirts. They stood face to face with Immortal, and they squared off verbally. After some words were exchanged, they fought each other and out came Crimson, Kurt Angle and Scott Steiner hit the ring and cleared everyone out. That was that.

Bischoff was backstage trying to recruit Super Mex to join Immortal.

This was supposed to be a tables match or something, but it started off as a complete brawl. Joe and Pope ran off, the Dudley's were fighting on the outside. Matt Hardy for once didn't look bloated and fat, but maybe it was just the file I was watching. Rvd and Hardy fought each other and it looked like Hardy was drugged because he was taking some odd looking bumps while RVD was trying to compensate for his opponents obvious impairment. BUlly Ray got in the face of Devon's kids and the kids jumped the rail and held Bubba's legs while Devon shoved him through a table and that was that. This match was over. A lousy match with a cool spot ending, I guess I can't complain that much, it had some good moments, specifically Devon's kids jumping the guard rail and helping Bubba fall through a table.

Rvd, Devon & Samoa Joe defeated Bully Ray, The Pope, and Matt Hardy

Karen Angle isn't THAT ugly, I don't know what the internet is saying.

Jarrett said that if Angle wins the match on sunday, Angle will get custody of the kids?! Oh man...this is just bad. Jarrett stated that if he wins Angle will renew her vows with Double J live and Angle has to walk down the aisle and give away Karen Angle in marriage to Jarrett. This is stupid, that's what I would be chanting. Nothing really happened with the contract signing, no one got beat up, it was just a waste of time.

This was an 8 knockouts tag match, but no one said anything they just kept announcing women. Rosita was introduced as a new knockout and she's really small. She's a lot smaller than the other divas and isn't quite as good. That didn't matter, the rest of the knockouts fought each other and this match was a cluster of a battle. Rosita got the pinfall victory, and that was that...a strange kind of match.

Sarita & Rosita and Tara & Madison Rayne defeated Angelina Love & Winter and Mickie James

Madison Rayne and Mickie James will battle this weekend in a Last Knockout's Standing match. There was a promo, but it was lousy.

I'm not sure why they would have a title match the Thursday before a ppv and then have Jeff Hardy cut a promo like he's the champion! What the heck!?!

Ken Anderson and Matt Morgan put on a very safe looking match. This match wasn't at all anything I'd expect. It was safe until the ref bump and that's when Hernandez hit the ring and beat up Matt Morgan. Morgan would get thrown into the ring and Anderson would pick up the scraps and get the win. The match for the most part was boring, and tired. Anderson is NOT a charismatic champion, the title belt looks like a divas belt, and on a ladder outside the ring was Jeff Hardy just watching.

Ken Anderson defeated Matt Morgan

Hernandez then beat up Anderson, and that was that.

The x-division triple threat was the highlight of the night. Robbie E, Suicide and Brian Kendrick had an interesting match with lots of high spots, lots of reversals, and just a battle in a fast match. This match seemed as though I was watching in fast forward because things just kept going forward and the match seemed like it was going to get Suicide over, but instead it was Robbie E and Kendrick that impressed me most. After some distraction from Cookie, Robbie E would get the win.

Robbie E defeated Suicide and Brian Kendrick in a triple threat match

The line up for Against All Odds was run down, and it was not impressive. I feel sorry for anyone that is going to pay money to see it, because it's a terrible card.

The main event wasn't even about the WORLD TITLE! THis is the same problem I have with WWE sometimes. They make their titles seem unimportant.

Jeff Jarrett teamed up with Jeff Hardy to face off against Kurt Angle and Aj Styles, and something was awry up front. Aj Styles had the same tights he's always had, which doesn't seem to change anything since he just turned face, right? He should update his look a little. Angle started the match after a tag in, and Jarrett ran away. Hardy and Angle locking up was interesting to see, and it was very obvious that ANgle still has some amazing wrestling skill, despite being in the worst wrestling company going today. This match took a lot of rest holds, and through a lot of commercials, you had to watch some of the worst wrestling. Sure Angle can go, but Hardy was just sloppy and throwing some terrible offense at the olympic gold medalist. The match sped up towards the end and Angle and Styles took it to the bad guys here, and Aj Styles would eventually get the pinfall, thanks in part to a distraction by Karen Angle. Aj hit a nice splash and pinned Jarrett.

Aj Styles & Kurt Angle defeated Jeff Jarrett and Jeff Hardy

Post match Jarrett hit the stroke on Angle and Styles. Hardy then came in and hit the Twist of Hate. Fortune hit the ring, IMmortal hit the ring, and everyone just started fighting.

This night in wrestling was some of the worst I've seen in a while. The matches seemed clustered together, and performed with lazy attitudes. The story line is so convoluted, and I really don't care about the title picture. There's no tag team titles? The x-Division title isn't going to be defended? What happened to the tv title? See, there's a lot of terrible points for TNA and it doesn't need to be this way.

Oh well. Lots of random crap to end today's wrestling posts...I'm going to sleep now.

TNA Impact 9/30/10 Results

Rhyno & Tommy Dreamer defeated Beer Money in a lumberjack match
Generation Me defeated Ink Inc
Aj Styles defeated Brian Kendrick
Ken Anderson defeated Samoa Joe
Abyss vs. Kurt Angle in a steel cage match

TNA Impact 9/30/10 Review

Kurt Angle started the show talking about random crap...then we found out that Abyss will fight Angle in a cage and the two started fighting backstage. Yep, they just randomly brawled, and that's it.

Rhyno & Tommy Dreamer defeated Beer Money in a lumberjack match

This match was terrible. These four do not have charisma with each other and the match was just boring. The match had a lot of nearfalls towards the end, and pandamonium broke loose on the floor. Dreamer dodged a beer bottle to the head and hit the Dreamer Driver to win the match up. This was seriously a terrible match. It was a waste of time.

Mick Foley challenged Ric Flair.

Ric Flair beat up Foley's book...yep. I kid you not, he beat up FOley's book....I'm so bored with this crap.

Generation Me defeated Ink Inc

This match sucked. I think the guys are talented, but it just didn't strike me as that good. There were some nice spots, but nothing that great.

Post match they got chased out by The Motor City Machine Guns. They didn't appeared injured at all.

Remember the ranking system? Yeah, neither does TNA. Oh and, WHO KIDNAPPED SAMOA JOE?!?!?!

Ken Anderson defeated Samoa Joe

This match was slow moving, and didn't highlight either man. Anderson eventually got the Mic Check on Joe and that was that. This match was barely passable.

The Pope, Kevin Nash and Sting are apparently friends now.

Aj Styles defeated Brian Kendrick

Not much to say about this one. Styles won. Styles looked like he took a major shot to the mouth, but Kendrick was the loser here. I'm not sure where they are going with his character, as he just keeps losing.

Abyss vs. Kurt Angle in a steel cage match

This match was in fact a cage match. It had all the trappings of a quality cage match, and it got brutal. Angle got completely bloodied and was getting the beating of his life. He was getting taken out at every corner, and Abyss took some shots, but not nearly as bad as Angle. The ref got taken out and then Anderson came down to help, but he got taken out by Abyss.

The end of the match had Abyss with both men beaten, and the ref out. I guess that means Abyss wins?

The crowd was dead quiet on this, cause no one cared for it, and I didn't. Worst cage match I've ever seen. Worst one ever...plain and simple. Worst than the Kennel from Hell match.

Tna has the worst wrestling in the world, face it. I know WWE isn't always that good, but TNA is beyond repair to me at this point. This was one of the worst shows...I'm so sick of TNA.

TNA IMPACT 9/16/10 Results

Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Nash double countout
Jay Lethal defeated Doug Williams for the x-division title
Taylor Wilde & Hamada defeated The Beautiful People
Brian Kendrick defeated Matt Morgan
Jeff Hardy vs. Kurt Angle

TNA IMPACT 9/16/10 Review

The shift and alt keys on my laptop are brokwn. So I am now writing on a usb keyboard to try and make sure I can still type. I hate how things are looking for me right now, as I've still not landed any job, and no one buys anything from my amazon links, and no one clicks on ads...either way....I'm once again reviewing TNA...even though I'm sick of TNA.

Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Nash double countout

This match was beyond stupid. It was a double countout, that's about it. Nothing happened except for Joe and Double J brawling outside with Sting and Kevin Nash.

Jay Lethal defeated Doug Williams for the x-division title

Not a terrible match, not a great match. There were some nice moments that made this match worth watching. Doug William's is quite good, but Lethal? It seems like he was just thrown in here for no apparent reason. Lethal was able to block the tornado DDT and then hit the Lethal Injection to get the three count. I'm not sure why they just hot shot the title like this, considering there's no build up or anything....I guess this is a feel good moment? I don't know. Not a terrible match, not a great one either.

Taylor Wilde & Hamada defeated The Beautiful People

THis was terrible. This was just terrible. Hamada and Taylor Wilde have very little to work with in Lacey Von Erich. This was a bad match, with terrible mess ups, and stupidity throughout. I hated it. THe women's division champs are still champs, and Taylor WIlde is still selling sunglasses in her home town, because she's broke.

Dreamer and Fortune call a truce? This seemed weird.

Then Fortune beat him up.

Out came Brian Kendrick...again...to save the day.

Brian Kendrick defeated Matt Morgan

This was anon-match. It was stupid. Kendrick beat morgan in a quick roll up...whatever...tna sucks.

Jeff Hardy vs. Kurt Angle

I didn't see it, I don't watch the other show....i heard it was a draw. the match sucked...i'm so sick of tna.

TNA Impact 7/15/10 Results

Sarita defeated Taylor Wilde in a hardcore match
Brian Kendrick defeated Doug Williams in an I Quit Match
Samoa Joe defeated Rob Terry & Desmond Wolfe in a triple threat match
Beer Money defeated The Motor City Machine Guns in a ladder match
Jeff Hardy defeated Jay Lethal

TNA Impact 7/15/10 Review

There were so many spoilers for this week's Impact that if you weren't careful You would miss the surprise. I managed to get minimal spoilers, but still found out that this show was going to be somewhat epic, epic if this was 2001.

A new Top 10 was announced and it was pretty obvious. Jeff Hardy and Abyss were #1 and #2, and I don't know why. I'm SO SICK OF ABYSS! PLEASE WRITE HIM OFF THE SHOW! HE IS THE WORST CHARACTER IN TNA! THERE IS NO REASON TO HAVE ABYSS ON TV OR IN TNA HE SUCKS, I HATE ABYSS, THERE I SAID IT, I HATE ABYSS!

The show started with the worst gimmick and character in pro-wrestling, and he brought a side of beef to the ring, and it was stupid. That's how people get diseases, throwing meat into the ring....ugh..I'm so tired of Abyss. Abyss started calling out RVD and what not, whatever, FU ABYSS.

Sarita defeated Taylor Wilde in a hardcore match

This match was stupid, the Knockouts were taking stupid mistakes and this match was not necessary. Sartia took some sick shots and whether they were intentional or not, the two women were hurting each other in a way that definitely was like the old ECW. This street fight was just not that great, and had the worst finish ever. Sarita choked out Taylor Wilde with a purse and that was that, Taylor Wilde apparently was out cold. What a terrible match, there's no need for it.

Brian Kendrick defeated Doug Williams in an I Quit Match

This was one of the worst x-division matches I've seen in a long time. Kendrick and Williams can work, but with limited time and a gimmick like an “I Quit” gimmick, they couldn't really do much. Kendrick eventually won with a cobra clutch, but not before he countered a few of Williams finishers. This fast match was non-title and got Williams to quit. Seriously, this rushed match was terrible, I have no idea why TNA books such terrible matches with NO time to execute anything memorable.

Big Sexy Kevin Nash came to ringside after the match was over and got on the mic. Nash chokeslammed Kendrick to hell, then got on the mic. Nash basically said he was going to take out the x-division. Before he could take out Kendrick further, out came Jeff Jarrett to talk to Nash. I'm not sure what was going on with this, but whatever, Nash and Jarrett going to feud? I don't understand the TNA wrtiers.

Samoa Joe defeated Rob Terry & Desmond Wolfe in a triple threat match

Magnus got into the broadcast booth. This triple threat match was catering to Rob Terry and his big moves. Joe and Desmond fought each other at times, but it was Terry that was getting a lot of the focus, at least early on. Joe and Terry fought against Desmond and working as a team instead of fighting each other. Samoa Joe got the win by making Desmond Wolfe tap out, and that was that. The belt wasn't on the line, but I guess this wasn't half bad. Samao Joe gave some props to Rob Terry and that was that.

WHY IS THERE A BEST OF FIVE TAG TEAM MATCH UP? WHY?????I HATE THIS I DO NOT WANT TO SEE The Motor City Machine Guns fight Beer Money five times!!!?!?! FIRE ALL THE TNA WRITERS ALL OF THEM!!!!

Beer Money defeated The Motor City Machine Guns in a ladder match

This match wasn't that great. Sure, it had a few moments and some nice quick moves and bumps, but it didn't matter to me. It's a best of 5! Who cares?!?! This is what happens when you don't have that many tag teams to make the division worthwhile. If you like high spots and fast paced wrestling, this match had that, but it didn't mean anything as it wasn't for the titles. Beer Money won after Sabin was hit in the head with a beer bottle.

Once again, I DO NOT WANT TO SEE A BEST OF FIVE WITH THESE TWO TEAMS!

The Pope D'Angelo Dinero defeated Matt Morgan

This fast match was a quick run through and had the Pope coming out on top against Matt Morgan. Morgan didn't just roll over either, but with limited time, a lot of this match just seemed rushed. Matt Morgan lost to the Pope's Codebreaker-esque finisher, and then got angry.

Post match Matt Morgan hit the Carbon Foot Print and was looking strong, after he had already lost against the pope. Mr. Anderson jumped into the ring and started taking out Matt Morgan. Anderson is going after Morgan now? Why? I guess.

The Beautiful People were arguing in ring, and Angelina Love came out and the group exchanged words. The Beautiful People seemed to be breaking up, and that's fine. Angelina Love was at the top of the ramp and was invited to fight....once again: FIRE ALL THE TNA WRITERS ALL OF THEM FIRE THEM! THIS WAS THE WORST, MOST ANNOYING SEGMENT OF TNA!

Angelina Love and Madison Rayne fought each other and that was that. The girl on the motorcycle showed up and beat up Angelina Love. Madison Rayne hit Angelina Love with a nic,e DDT on a steel chair, and I for once cared. The Mystery woman drove off and that was that. I still think that the TNA writers should be fired.

Jeff Hardy defeated Jay Lethal

This is somewhat of a dream match, just because both of these guys can turn on the wrestling quite well. This match was fast paced and featured some great high points, but it was painfually obvious that Lethal is in better shape. Hardy got sluggish towards the end of the match and was winded, his gut nearly falling out of his weird looking outfit. Jay Lethal managed to take most of the highlights in this match, at least in my view. I liked this match more than I would usually do, simply because of Lethal's quickness. Hardy won after the Swanton, ending the best TNA match I've seen since Kurt Angle defeated Amazing Red. If only more matches were like this one, maybe TNA would actually get more credibility. Sure, it wasn't the greatest match TNA has put on, but it was interesting enough to keep my attention.

Ric Flair was in ring and was announcing the first two members of Fortune, it was Kazarian and Aj Styles, but out came Desmond Wolfe. Desmond Wolfe on the mic was quite good, and though brief, was well worth the few seconds of air time. Abyss came down for whatever reason and Fortune ran out of the ring. Who cares about ABYSS? SERIOUSLY? WHY? THIS GUY SUCKS!

RVD was confronted by Abyss and RVD fought the big man quickly and took care of the big guy. Abyss overpowered the champ towards the end. This thing was getting bad, and right when Abyss was going to hit RVD with the nail bat, out came Mick Foley.

ECW INVADES TNA

Foley came out and the ECW rushed Abyss. The ECW guys invaded the ring and just beat up Abyss and the security guys. Out came the TNA locker room and they got beat up as well. This is the worst Invasion angle ever played out. Why would the TNA locker room clear out? What do they care if Abyss gets beat up?

D-Lo Brown was out there, Al Snow, RVD turned in this invasion too. Anyone that had anything to do with ECW was now on the ECW side of things.

As far as Invasions goes, the ECW invasion of TNA is completely stupid. The way it has played out for no apparent reason is just stupid. Getting Jeff Jarrett to come out to try and stop things was dumb, the Police showed up? Two officers showed up and that is supposed to calm the situation?

Dixie Carter got on the mic and started yelling for them to stop. Dixie said that she invited the ECW guys and she turned! DIXIE TURNED ON TNA!

STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID! FIRE ALL THE TNA WRITERS FIRE THEM ALL!

Two invasion angles going on in wrestling at the same time? What is this 1999?

I'm sick of this crap. ARGH!

TNA Victory Road 2010 Results and Review

TNA Victory Road 2010 Results

Doug Williams defeated Brian Kendrick
Brother Ray defeated Jesse Neal and Brother Devon in a triple threat match
Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne via disqualification
Kazarian & Aj Styles defeated Rob Terry & Samoa Joe
Hernandez defeated Matt Morgan in a steel cage match
Jay Lethal defeated Ric Flair
The Motor City Machine Guns defeated Beer Money
Kurt Angle defeated The Pope D'Angelo Dinero
Rob Van Dam defeated Abyss,Jeff Hardy, and Mr. Anderson

TNA Victory Road 2010 Review

I was fortunate enough to see the show, and therefore, here is my review of the latest TNA ppv offering.

The show opened up with a promo for Abyss. They did it just like they did the old Mankind promo's, and I'm tired of it already. Abyss sucks, face it folks, Abyss is such a stale character that hasn't been relevant for a long time.

Doug Williams defeated Brian Kendrick

The story here is that Williams is afraid of heights, which meant that Kendrick had the upper hand here. The match was even handed, going back and forth throughout the match up. Williams was working a more strong style, while Kendrick was throwing all his high spots at the champion, making for a nice flow. The match should've gotten better with near falls or something, but overall, this match started hot and fizzled out over time. The ending featured a bad landing from the “x” ropes Williams managed to choke out Kendrick, who looked dead after the fall. A boring ending to an otherwise mediocre match.

Post match, Kendrick looked legit knocked out, and it could've been from the fall off the top of the “x” sign ropes.

Brother Ray defeated Jesse Neal and Brother Devon in a triple threat match

This match was just terrible to watch. I was so bored with it, and even though it had a few hits, the majority just wasn't that good. I haven't been a fan of Team 3D since they were battling the Eliminators in ECW. Devon didn't show up after they introduced him, and it turned out that Devon was locked in his dressing room with and he couldn't get out. This match was just a few steps above an Impact match. The most exciting part of the match was seeing the ECW originals walking in the crowd, that's about it. Devon eventually ran down to the ring, and this match could've started to get good, but guess what? It didn't. Neal accidentally speared Devon and Brother Ray won via pinfall.

This is the worst feud going right now. I'm sick of it, that's for sure.

Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne via disqualification **Love wins the title

First and foremost, Madison was wearing a flesh tone ring outfit, giving the perception that she was naked. I'm not sure if that was the intention of TNA, but it came across very sexy. Just sayin. The match was a systematic movement of botches, attempts at wrestling, and just terrible points of interest. I was really bored with this match, even though you could see everything that Madison Rayne has, including a shot of her nether-regions.

Out of the blue a woman riding a Motorcycle showed up in full black gear and a helmet on. Angelina Love was thrown outside and the masked woman attacked her, and then the Ref was beat up, causing the match to end in a disqualification.

Post match the Motorcycle riding woman took Madison Rayne with her to the backstage area. Angelina Love won, and I didn't care, and I'm sure no one else did either.

Kazarian & Aj Styles defeated Rob Terry & Samoa Joe

This hot shot tag team didn't make any sense to me. That's right, Rob Terry was feuding with Orlando Jordan and Samoa Joe is fresh off losing to RVD, so why are they tagging together out of the blue? I don't know, and guess what? WHO CARES?!?! Ugh, I'm so sick of TNA's booking, it just doesn't make sense to me, and doesn't interest me at all. Plus, WHO KIDNAPPED SAMOA JOE???

The match was mostly Joe & Terry and the two were in full control of this match up, while Styles and Kaz tried their best to fight the monster duo. Kaz and AJ were bumping all over the ring, and the dual offense of Terry & Joe definitely made the match fun to watch. I thought I was going to hate the match, but the pace was fast, the moves were definitely solid, and it just kept getting better over time, with Styles and Kaz just getting PWNED at all points. Samoa Joe caught Styles flying into the corner and slammed him in a move that should've broken the ring, it was sick. Terry is jacked as ever, and was throwing around Kaz and Styles like rag dolls, making for a nice throwback to the 80's Steroids era of wrestling. Desmond Wolfe ran down to interfere in the match, and helped turn the match around.

Desmond Wolfe was easily taken care of and the Flair wannabes took turns hitting their finishers to get Rob Terry out, and that was that. This match was actually very entertaining, and I liked it. They won the match with a nice flurry of finishers, and a little help from Desmond Wolfe.

Post match, Desmond Wolfe got a Muscle Buster for his troubles.

Hernandez defeated Matt Morgan in a steel cage match

This match was a classic steel cage match, and it featured blood! This match wasn't pg, and it shouldn't be. The two men fought each other quite well and each man took major bumps into the cage, and through power moves at various stages of the match up. Hernandez got the biggest bump as he flew off the top of the cage, only to miss Morgan. Morgan got a pair of handcuffs and cuffed Hernandez to the ring ropes, but Super Mex broke the cuffs and spread the cage door hard and busted through to win the match! Not a terrible match, and definitely a throwback to the old style cage matches from WWE, I liked it.

Christy Hemme has a HUGE forehead, but I'd still hook up, if I had a chance.

Jay Lethal defeated Ric Flair

Jay Lethal did a lot of standard 80's and early 90's style wrestling in this match. Taking pages from many other matches that Flair has been a part of, Lethal kept hitting standard wrestling moves instead of flying through the year often. Flair wasn't exactly putting on a show tonight, and he was winded early. Lethal eventually started to work Flair's leg and eventually strapped on the Figure Four leg lock and Flair quit. That was that. This match was barely passable, and Lethal was really excited, about beating up a 50 year old man.

The Motor City Machine Guns defeated Beer Money

This match was given plenty of time, and the guys put on a show as they always do. I don't remember being too intrigued, but I give the two teams a lot of credit. Both teams had points where this thing was over, but I felt like I've seen this match too many times. I'm actually getting tired of seeing the Machine Guns fight Beer Money, and that's why I didn't care too much about this match. Yes, there were double team moves, high spots, nearfalls, and some good quality tag team wrestling, but I just didn't find myself caring too much. The Eye of the Storm was a nice move towards the end.

There was a ref bump, out ran Earl Hebner to equalize the match up. The Machine Guns kept getting close. The match ended in an odd fashion. One member Beer Money pinned One member of The Machine Guns, While one member of the Machine Guns pinned one member of Beer Money, and both Brian Hebner and Earl Hebner counted 3 which meant that both teams won?!?

The match was restarted, since there were no definitive winners. After the match was restarted, the Motor City Machine Guns hit a tandem move and finally got the pinfall win to capture the TNA Tag Team Championship Belts.

Kurt Angle defeated The Pope D'Angelo Dinero

This wasn't a four star epic, but it had enough gusto to make a very interesting match from two good overall competitors. The match was back and forth with neither man really getting too much of an advantage in the match up. You got your traditional Angle moments with suplexes, rough tackles and mat wrestling. Dinero kept fighting and hit his move set, but the end came with Dinero getting trapped in the Ankle Lock several times, and eventually giving up. This match was telegraphed for Angle to win, and anyone that thought he would lose, is dumb. Angle will not lose a match for a long time, that's for sure.

Rob Van Dam defeated Abyss,Jeff Hardy, and Mr. Anderson

This match was probably the safest main event I've seen in a long time. The match didn't have a lot of high spots, and while there were a few cool moments, this match just looked like it was phoned in. I didn't think this match was all that great, and actually ended with such a stupid ending, that even the crowd wasn't that insane. It was a quiet crowd in a lackluster finish, that saw all men on top of each other and Rob Van Dam with the pinfall win. The dead crowd showcased how crappy this match was. Seriously, there is nothing really worth mentioning throughout the match, and I felt cheated as a wrestling fan.

Post match Abyss grabbed his Nail Board and was ready to attack RVD, he didn't hit him, but wanted to. Abyss was left in the ring with the board and that was that. The show ended with Abyss in ring, and that was that. I hated this crap. One of the worst ppv's of the year, and I am not surprised that I hated it. TNA hasn't done anything worth while in a few months and dare I say years? Man, TNA sucks.

TNA Impact 7/1/10 Results

The Motor City Machine Guns defeated Ink Inc
Samoa Joe defeated Aj Styles
Brian Kendrick defeated Desmond Wolfe
Jay Lethal defeated Matt Morgan
Madison Rayne defeated Taylor Wilde
Jeff Hardy defeated Abyss w/ RVD special guest Referee

TNA Impact 7/1/10 Review

The show started with a recap of Abyss turning heel. I don't like Abyss, and I don't care about his turn, nor his character. It is stupid.

First and foremost, remember when So Cal Val was being fought over? Remember the “love her or leave her match”? Lethal vs Sonjay Dutt? Remember? Yeah neither does TNA.

Abyss was at ringside throwing chairs into the ring. Hogan came out to try and stop things, I guess. I don't know, this was stupid. Hogan called out Abyss, and the two were about to brawl?

Security ran down and stopped Abyss from fighting Hogan. Despite the crowd's reaction, the two didn't beat each other up, and I still don't care. TNA once again doesn't know what the heck they are doing.

Eric Bischoff ran down and slapped Abyss, only to have Hogan hit Abyss with a chair. Abyss is now “SUPER” and can just absorb chair shots. Jeff hardy ran down for the save. I've already seen Hardy vs Abyss several times, this is stupid. I'm sick of TNA, come on! Hardy hit the Swanton on Abyss and that was that. Abyss was laid out and in the middle of the ring...so sick of Hardy, Abyss, and Hogan.

The Motor City Machine Guns defeated Ink Inc

This match was ok. There were a lot of high spots, and the Machine Guns once again are getting a title shot. The match was exactly what you would expect from a fast paced tag match. Ink Inc is now buried? I don't know, i'm tired of this crap.

They had two clips of Dixie Carter walking backstage....ugh.

Remember when Aj styles was relevant? Remember when he won the title and the locker room cleared out to hoist him on the their shoulders? Yeah, he sucks now.

Samoa Joe defeated Aj Styles

I've seen these two put on some good matches, and some classic 3-way matches for the x-division title. However, this match was neither epic, nor classic. This match sucked. Joe is still fat, styles was doing a lot of ground based attacks and when I thought this thing couuld've improved, Styles got Aj Styles into his patented finishing submission and it was over. This was a poor match, between two guys that have put on way better matches in the past.

Post match, Ric Flair was yelling at Styles. Kaz was there in a suit too, and he was causing friction. Nothing came of this.

Styles got on the mic, and he was upset. He called out Kaz. Apparently, next week the two are going to brawl in the ring, and I personally couldn't care less...or more, whatever.

Remember when Desmond Wolfe was the big heel, putting on quality matches against Kurt Angle? Now he's a jobber?

Brian Kendrick defeated Desmond Wolfe

Desmond Wolfe is getting interesting, and more than his Smackdown persona that got him a spot in TNA. This apparently is a submission match? Why wouldn't they announce this at the top of the show? Try to build something, anything, I'm tired. Kendrick got a Cobra Clutch on Wolfe and that was it, that was it...Kendrick defeated DESMOND WOLFE! I couldn't believe this, I couldn't believe this crap...seriously? Kendrick beat Wolfe? I'm so tired of TNA.

The Pope came out and cut a promo, apparently the Pope is read for action. Kurt Angle came out to interrupt the Pope, and I guess the two are going to put on a quality match, in the near future.

Jay Lethal defeated Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan doesn't have that flare that he once had. He is now back to stuttering Matt Morgan to me. Lethal was definitely upping his game, but I find that the persona of Lethal is far more compelling than his in ring work. This match was ok, I guess, it had a few nice spots, but overall, the lackluster announce team mixed with what seemed like an obvious turning point to an otherwise average match, was a waste of time. Goozle City? Really Tazz? What the heck man! Jay Lethal won after some interference from Hernandez.

There appears to be an ECW invasion going on. Tommy Dreamer, Rhino, and Stevie Richards were in the crowd.

Madison Rayne defeated Taylor Wilde

Remember when Taylor Wilde was relevant? Now she's nothing more than a hot body in a bikini. Madison Rayne won an easy knockouts match.

Angelina Love came out, and attacked Madison. I didn't care. Angelina Love looks so plastic, and lopsided. I'm sure they'll fight...and I won't care.

Backstage Sarita beat up Taylor Wilde. Yep. Just a brawl in the back, nothing too crazy here. The camera kept shaking, so that was odd. The two were just fighting each other.

Dixie Carter told Sting he was suspended for 30 days. That's it. It was stupid. I hate Sting and how he sucks now. Sting said he is indefinitely suspended, good riddance. Sting hasn't been good in a looong time.

Jeff Hardy defeated Abyss w/ RVD special guest Referee

This match was back and forth, and relatively extreme in nature. There were a lot of different moments where I thought this match was over, but it wasn't at all, it just kept going, and after some back and forth, this match broke down into a brawl. I thought Abyss would win since his heel turn is in full effect. Jeff Hardy hit a botched swanton on Abyss and won with a pinfall.

Towards the end of the show, Anderson ran down with a chair and attacked Abyss. Then he hit Hardy with a chair! Before we got any answers Abyss hit his finisher on Anderson, and the show ended. This match sucked, the show sucked, TNA needs to stop putting so much effort in a “Kane” clone. Just sayin.

If you mixed Kane + Mick Foley's Mankind, you'd get Abyss.

Did Anderson turn? I don't know...I just don't know, and frankly, I don't care.

TNA Impact 6/24/10 Results

Without cable I've been trying to stream the shows or find a suitable download, but this week I couldn't stream the show because my internet was down from 6 pm to 3 am this morning.

I searched high and low and couldn't find either Superstars, Smackdown (Australian version) or Impact. So instead of writing lengthy reviews, here's the results.

From what I can see, I didn't miss much.

TNA Impact 6/24/10 Results

TNA Impact opened with Hulk Hogan announcing Fatal Fourway match for the TNA World Title at Victory Road. It'll be champion Rob Van Dam against Jeff Hardy, Mr. Anderson, and Abyss.

Why in the world is Abyss getting a title shot? It's beyond me. That dude sucks, face it.

Velvet Sky defeated Angelina Love by disqualification
Jay Lethal defeated Kazarian n.
Kurt Angle defeated Desmond Wolfe
The Doug Williams vs. Brian Kendrick
Beer Money (Robert Roode and James Storm) defeated Ink, Inc. (Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal)
Abyss defeated Mr. Anderson in a Falls Count Anywhere Match

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Results and Review

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Results

Brian Kendrick defeated Homicide
The Band defeated Matt Morgan
Kurt Angle defeated Amazing Red
Beer Money, Aj Styles, and Desmond Wolfe defeated Abyss, Anderson, Lethal, and Hardy

TNA Impact 6/10/10 Review

Aj Styles came out with most of the Ric Flair crew and started mouthing off about random crap. Then him and Kaz started to argue about things, and that prompted Jay Lethal to come out dressed like Ric Flair doing his parody thing again.

Lethal then said he put together a team to face Flair's crew. This was funny at first, but overall, it was just long and pointless to me.

Lethal, Anderson and Abyss fought the whole Flair crew...that was the opening.

Kendrick started to cut a promo backstage and was like the old Raven interviews, he was just randomly speaking...it was weird. Honestly, it was like Raven lite.

Brian Kendrick defeated Homicide

First of all Homicide is wearing some weird trunks and it was stupid. Homicide and Kendrick could've put on a four star match, but instead, this thing was just a waste of time. Seriously, this thing was oen of the worst x-division matches I've seen in a long time.

Meanwhile, backstage Jesse Neal and Bubba Ray Dudley were fighting.

Bubba Ray got called out by Neal and the two faced off in the ring, and it led to a near brawl. It was lame.

Backstage Sting was killing Jeff Jarrett again. He apparently ripped Double J's shoulder? Whatever. Jarrett sucks, Sting sucks, and this is just stupid. Jarrett was taken away in an ambulance.

Matt Morgan came out and was ready for a tag team match, and out came Super Mex! Matt Morgan was completely beat down and put on a stretcher before the tag match. Hernandez just left, and out came the band.

The Band was scheduled to wrestle Matt Morgan & Hernandez but instead was laid out and that was that.

The Band defeated Matt Morgan

The Band came out and pinned a dead Matt Morgan. This was stupid, these guys get paid to do nothing! What the heck? I want to get paid to do nothing. What a terrible match, it was a non match, this is seriously one of the worst impact shows ever!

Backstage, Sting beat up RVD and just choked him out for no apparent reason. Sting stole the belt and that was that.

Kurt Angle defeated Amazing Red

This was by far the best match I've seen in TNA in a long time. Amazing Red was fighting fast, and Angle was getting punished with some high spots. Angle hit a few counters, but he was definitely giving Red some breathing room to showcase his talent. Red hung in there quite well against a much bigger Angle. Angle was nearly put away with several instances of Red's offense but after rolling away from one of the finishers from Red, and hitting the Angle Slam, Red lost.

Honestly, this was the funnest match I've seen in a long time. Angle and Red put on one hell of a television match and it was amazing to see.

Sting cut a weird promo, just like Raven. He sucks.

TNA put in a weird promo where they said they are growing and they have been expanding by leaps and bounds. REALLY TNA? REALLY? That's why they failed on Monday nights? That's why they are pulling .9 ratings on thursdays? Whatever.

Beer Money, Aj Styles, and Desmond Wolfe defeated Abyss, Anderson, Lethal, and Hardy

This eight man tag was just a “WWE” lite main event. I hate eight man tags from guys I don't care about. The teams worked ok together, I guess, but come on, this was not fun to watch. It was given a little bit of time, and it wasn't a complete waste, but it was far from something I wanted to see, let alone write about. I do give TNA credit, it was given a lot of time to run through. It ended up being all finishers at the end, which was ok I guess. I don't know who the legal person was as the ref let everyone just run in and do their finishers. I'm sick of hearing Tenay say “goozle”!

Desmond Wolfe got Chelsea to throw in a chair, and Abyss punched it...what a terrible move...Lethal jumped in and got hit with the Styles Clash for the win. This match was ok at best....no, it was a little less than ok. The bad guys won in the end, and that was it.

Backstage Sting beat up RVD and it spilled into the ring, where RVD set up Sting to take some offense. I guess this sets up their match on Sunday, but once again, I ask, who cares? Sting and RVD set up a good little piece, but still, Sting sucks.

Was it me or were the Knockouts non-existent on this show?

Oh well.
